The salesperson Ashley Seymour was super friendly and very knowledgeable- she had all the answers to our last questions. I cannot say enough how much we thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Ashley was never pushy and was willing to take the time to walk us through the process. We highly recommend Ashley and Garcia Honda.

This place is absolute trash and full of nothing but con-artists…read more If I could give this dealership zero stars, I would. Buying a car here was easily one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being treated as nothing more than a commission check instead of a customer. Every question I asked was met with vague answers, constant pressure, and promises that somehow changed the second it came time to sign paperwork. The sales process dragged on for hours because of "just one more thing" after another. Every time I thought we were finished, someone came back with another form, another fee, or another excuse. It felt less like buying a car and more like surviving an endurance test. Once I finally drove off the lot, the problems started almost immediately. Instead of taking responsibility or showing any concern, I was bounced from one person to another, each acting like it was someone else's problem. Customer service disappeared the moment the sale was complete. What bothers me most isn't even the vehicle--it's the complete lack of honesty, professionalism, and respect. A dealership should value long-term relationships, not squeeze every dollar they can out of someone and then act like they've never met you. I left feeling angry, disappointed, and taken advantage of. I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership, and I'll make sure everyone I know hears about my experience before they consider stepping foot through those doors. Do yourself a favor: shop literally anywhere else. There are plenty of dealerships that understand customer service and stand behind what they sell. This isn't one of them.

I have to say, as wary as I usually am with dealership (because of my lack of knowledge on cars),…read moreQuality Buick really exceeded my expectations! After doing routine oil change at my local carshop, the local carshop let me know I should probably drop by a certified Buick service place and have them replace a catalytic converter, because it looked like my car needed replacement (from more research of why my engine light kept coming up). They also let me know that it looks like because my car was still under 8 years old and less than 80K miles, it should qualify under a federal warranty and that a certified service place should be able to do it for me. So, after a long hesitation because I really didn't want to stop by a place close to dealership because I was just that uncomfortable about it, I reluctantly made an appointment. Even though the appointment was a week out back then, everyone I interacted with at Quality Buick was way more than professional and didn't make me feel bad or get a sleazy feeling at all! They ended up doing diagnostic of the engine light and came to the same conclusion I was expecting that I would need a catalytic converter replacement. Best of all, I didn't have to haggle or go back and forth on the fact that my car part was still under federal warranty at all. They took care of everything and charge me 0 dollars for the diagnostic and the work without having me mentioning it at all! I dropped my car off on Monday and on Wednesday morning, I got a call letting me know that the replacement was done and my car was ready to go! To be honest, this really exceeded my expectations and I really appreciated their honesty. I was really worried about having to shell out a few thousand dollars because of the catalytic converter's malfunction, but....the service center was really honest in offering the free replacement and warranty without me even asking about it To this end, the cost was ZERO dollars out of pocket for me and all the staff I interacted with from checking my car in, to on the phone getting updates about my car and picking my car up, everyone was REALLY professional about it! Thank you to this Quality Buick GMC Mazda team for your service. I really appreciated your help and you all are super awesome and honest. I walked away feeling really good and think so highly about your business.

I filed a complaint with the Texas & New Mexico Attorney Generals office against them for Theft by Credit Card. Still have no product or refund. BUYER BEWARE - SCAM ALERT.

"Excellent experience" would be a 2-word summary of my experience obtaining a vehicle at Quality…read moreMazda. Audra was amazing! I moved from another state in which car sales turn-over is high and competition is high as well, therefore good prices and good service is a standard for car dealerships at my home city to survive. When I planned to move to Albuquerque, I didn't know what to expect but quickly realized that the options aren't that diverse, and because there are only few dealerships, I wasn't treated as well I was used to at my home state by some of NM dealerships. This changed when I called Audra at Quality Mazda; it was so refreshing to shop with her. Actually, I was able to make a deal with her over the phone (due to Covid, and in my case, I was at another state) without waywardly only being offered in-person quotes. Why? Because from what I saw, she knew she had the best price and the best service, undoubtedly. I truly enjoyed my experience with Audra because the pressure was low, and she truly wanted to get me a car that I would like rather than the dealership trying to get rid of their inventory. She's a great listener, and she truly goes above and beyond to keep you happy. I think it's because we clicked, but she was so polite that she offered to pick me up when the car was ready and allowed me to get a lender car for a short while. She truly bends backwards for her clients. I can see why she's their #1 dealer. In my opinion, it is unusual to come across such great reps/dealers that she deserves the proper recognition and praise. I can assure you that you will be very satisfied shopping with Audra at Quality Mazda.

This isn't just a minor complaint; it is a fundamental failure to support their customers. It took three full weeks of calling and leaving multiple messages just to get someone in the service department to pick up the phone. Once I finally made contact, I was informed that the repairs would not be covered because the warranty had expired. While I understand that warranties aren't infinite, here is the issue: just 15 months ago, This Mazda dealership fixed a timing cover leak on my wife's car. Now, it is leaking from the exact same spot. Instead of standing by the quality of their work, they hid behind a 12-month policy. In the current market, it is standard for reputable shops and major brands like General Motors to offer at least a 24-month/unlimited-mile warranty on parts and labor. This dealership's 12-month limit is significantly below industry standards and shows a complete lack of confidence in their own technicians' work. If you value your time and want a repair that actually lasts, take your vehicle anywhere else. Always confirm the parts and labor warranty terms before you hand over your keys. I won't be back, and I strongly suggest you do the same."
