Was in town on vacation and wanted a place to watch a football game. After reading other reviews on the food, I was hesitant but decided to try it since they had several TV's. I was pleasantly surprised! The food was great, we both had a chicken sandwich, two different kinds and they were both delicious! The service, amazing! Our waiter was very friendly and even though he was very busy took really good care of us. The reason I took off a star, lots of TV's, only show 1 game. My wife and I stopped by on a Thursday evening to try their food. There were only three couples sitting at tables and the bar was full. We waited for thirty minutes at a table. The waitress went past us three times and never acknowledged us. Same with the other couple across from us. Never got a menu or even a high we will be right with you. My hot drink was lukewarm when it arrived and our table and sandwiches were soggy on the bottom from sitting so long before arriving. She didn't ask if we wanted additional drinks and brought our bill before asking if we wanted dessert or extra drinks. Came here on the recommendation from the airport FBO, great lunch spot. Tons of indoor/outdoor seating. Wide variety on the menu of mostly pub food but some great main entree options if burger/fries isn't what you're looking for. First off they have fried pickle spears on the menu, huge bonus! Went with the chicken apple Brie sandwich and my buddy went with the ek burger. Everything was awesome and the food came out super fast considering it was lunch time and they were busy. My partner had some business in Grand Junction so we were recommended this restaurant by some friends who know the area. First, the restaurant was easy to find with plenty of parking. We were greeted and sat quickly. The ambiance was great - chill vibes, not too loud. Our server was very attentive and efficient. My partner had a couple beers which were good. I had a peach and crème soda which was refreshing and not too sweet. For food, we got the fried pickles, the Med burger, and the Southern Pulled Pork salad. The fried pickles were pickles spears - we like round pickle slices better but these were still good for spears. My partner said his Med burger was an interesting mix of flavors, but the burger overall was good. I had the Pulled Pork salad which was very good, especially with the chips around the edge. My only complaint is that there was so much juice, from I'm assuming the container the pulled pork is kept in, that the whole bottom of the salad bowl was just liquid, which then made the salad kind of soupy, which is not ideal. But overall, I would recommend this place to others who are stopping by Grand Junction. read more

For starters, couldn't get any eating utensils or napkins, as they "were out of them." Took a good 10 minutes before we had some. And we had to hunt someone down (like go walking around the restaurant) to get some. Meanwhile our food gets colder. I had the chicken, Brie, spinach and apple sandwich. And like another reviewer, the bun absolutely dwarfed the chicken inside. So either fix the bun size or increase the chicken size. When the tab arrives, there's an extra 3% surcharge on it, so the establishment can give some tip share to the non-tipped staff. How about you just raise your prices and give some of that extra to your staff? That surcharge probably hurts your tipped staff. And it was an insult to this guest. read more

Yes, it's moist and falls apart onto the plate, they are keeping it vegan, with no weird "mystery binding agents" here! A major improvement to the prior pre-made frozen boring bland veggie patty. Kudos to this corporation for giving their chefs the freedom to create a phenomenal experience for ALL your customers specific needs. P.S. Food and service was excellent. Had spinach salad, green chili soup and a specialty cocktail. Hubby had Elk Burger and Brew. However I am disabled and entered with my service dog who is perfectly trained and behaved - lays under table on my feet during entire meal. We were harassed by THREE hostesses demanding to know what my service dog was trained to assist me with. That's not only embarrassing but totally illegal. I was almost in tears and ready to leave and just do a fast food drive thru but I know hubby was very much looking forward to an elk burger. Please please train your staff on ADA laws and remember that not all disabilities are visible. My girlfriend and I walked in greeted by the hostess immediately, asked for seating outside, they couldn't accommodate even though I saw several tables cleaned and open and there was a server outside. So they put us in a dim booth, which was okay. Just feel like the hostesses have to have more confidence in the serving staff since they said, that they don't want to put us there because the server outside is do a party, which I was fine with that, then they put us by the booth. Stumbled upon this place when looking for food on our way to our hotel. Service started a little slow, but the food more than made up for it. Nice beer selections- had an exclusive amber ale that was delicious (unfortunately can't remember the name). Southwest steak salad was awesome - love how the carne asada was chopped up really small so you get some with every bite. My boyfriend had the blackened salmon BLT which he really enjoyed.
