It's been 2 months since I had Alex help us with a overflowing toilet tank and a faulty/leaking sink faucet, and I'm finally writing a review! Alex was really responsive and quick in getting back to me about quotes and questions on what needed fixing. He was very honest and didn't try to give us unaffordable and high prices like other places; he doesnt try to rip you off. He was also polite/ respectful towards our house. He took off his shoes before entering inside our house and was trying to clean up dirty spots after fixing our things. Our bathroom sink faucet was leaking badly and would drip every 3-4 seconds when it was closed/turned off all the way, and our toilet tank kept overflowing and water would come out even if we weren't using it. He came the next day and helped us fix it really quick. He offered us a new faucet he had on hand to help us replace our old one, but it didn't fit and he even helped us go purchase one from a nearby Home Depot. He sent pictures of different brands and gave recommendations. Now, 2 months later, our things are still working and we had no problems at all! He did a great job, and if I have plumbing problems again in the future, I'd definitely look for Alex again. Definitely recommend his service! read more

I have to give Alex another shout out here. He was at my house on Monday night to fix a cracked drain pipe behind the cabinet under my kitchen sink.
