I love how their menu is so festive and fun, however all the coffees are pretty sweet. They had some fun valentines specials on the menu, I got one that had pink whipped cream which was extra fun! One drink and a bagel sandwich was over $20 which seems a bit expensive. Also the interior and decorations were interesting. There were goddy table clothes on half the tables, although the valentines decorations were cute and fun. I love how their menu have a little drive thru window. Service was good, and the woman behind the counter was very friendly.

Came here with a friend around 10:30 Sunday morning. It wasn't very busy so we were seen pretty quickly. The staff were friendly and helped us navigate the menu. I ordered their specialty v-day banana latte and a bagel sandwich. Although the latte flavors were great, it was extremely sweet and I only drank about half. Also on the pricier side, as I paid about $12. The bagel sandwich however was absolutely fantastic. I would've never thought to mix cream cheese and pesto together however it added an amazing taste to the sandwich. I would 100% come back just for the bagel sandwich!

This spot is a secret jewel in Turlock! Not only is the food delicious (strawberry, banana, nutella crepe) but the coffee was to die for. The spot is cute, trendy, has a cute patio and the service is amazing! I highly recommend it.

Horrible experience. I asked for a s'mores drink like the one in the left and the lady brought me the one on the right. I even clarified with her if it was the s'mores drink after she brought it was she said yes. They look nothing alike. I didn't even ask for a refund because she took 20 mins to make my drink and crepe, which would of been understandable but someone can in after me that she knew and she made his 2 drinks before my 1 drink.

This was my husbands favorite spot he love's a sweet coffee, unfortunately we went today and felt scammed by the older lady taking our order. She added an espresso shot to his coffee that we never asked for. I also noticed on my drink she added boba, I thought maybe it's something my drink comes with but as shown in the picture I attached there is no boba. She also didn't mention my husband's coffee would have an additional charge for the soft top, she made it seem during our conversation that his drink came with this. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS PEOPLE!!!!

Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cups Recommended by my friend and can absolutely vouch that they have the best Dubai chocolate strawberry cups! $20 for a cup but it's really good and can definitely be shared. Lots of other options in terms of baked goods, pastries, coffees, and other drinks. Space is very open and has lots of seating for studying owns conversations. Welcoming atmosphere and they even have a drive thru. Service was good and friendly.

Such a cute little coffee shop! I love their little outdoor patio. Staff were very welcoming and since it was our first time, she was helpful with their updated menu as well as recommendations. I ordered the keto friendly Reeses iced coffee with heavy whipping cream and then we also ordered the sugar-free Red Bull with sugar-free raspberry, and peach flavoring. So delicious.

The best drink at Alison's Cafe hands down has to be the keto ice German Mocha with +coffee jelly boba ! Enjoy! no I know it's soooo delicious!! The only thing I would change next time is to request lite ice but other than that I'm hooked on this drink! Inside is cozy and hospitality is always appreciated.

This place is cool if it's your first time, you're not hungry & if you have a lot of time... yeah the ambiance is nice, the drinks are good but I've been here so many times & I've given them too many chances, I WILL NEVER SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. These people do not care at all. 3 times they forgot my food and the every other time it takes almost 20-40 minutes for anything you order, even with no line!! Last time I went I order a toasted bagel, hoping it would be quick and I still waited 15 minutes, the whole time I was watching them do nothing behind the counter, I had to go up and ask for my bagel which they hadn't even started it. Also last bagel sandwich I ordered, I asked how long it will take and I was told "about 15 minutes uhh maybe 5 minutes" I waited 20 minutes for a sandwich that had the hardest most unripe avocado. read more

I came here with my boyfriend. My boyfriend is from Los Angeles and we were looking for a cute coffee shop. This coffee shop is very cozy especially on a rainy day. There was only one lady working and she was fast and effective she was taking drive through orders and walk ins I was super impressed and she was super kind and sweet. The drinks were amazing you definitely get a bang for your buck we drove 45 minutes to try this place out and it was worth it. Yummy drinks and a hard working staff. read more

I love getting the bagel breakfast sandwiches. I recommend dining there because they give you a pickle spear and a couple yellow peppers. The one time I ordered through the drive through we didn't receive any. Either way the bagel was great. I would also recommend any of their energy drinks! read more

I love the transformation and vibe that Alison's Cafe has brought to the late Christina's coffee house. There's plenty of seating area. Everyone is super friendly. The owner is sweet and truly cares about her customers and experience at the cafe! Their breakfast sandwich and smoothie was delicious! I can't wait to come back to try their coffee and other items on their menu. This will for sure be my new study spot once the semester starts back up again. read more

I was looking for a place to have a good Chai tea and I found Alisons on Yelp. The spiced Chai did not disappoint! I also ordered a turkey croissant sandwich that was pretty good but a little pricey. I paid almost $16 for my drink and the sandwich. The drive thru is convenient however a bit slow as they don't have a menu posted anywhere so you have to make your selections at the window. I was asked to park around the front because the drive thru line doesn't allow for many more than about 3 cars before backing into a main road. Overall I was happy with my order and will definitely go back when I am in the neighborhood. read more

Decided to stop in for some studying on Labor Day. The ambience was welcoming and they had plenty of room to sit anywhere you'd like. I got an iced matcha with vanilla chai and a caramel iced coffee. The matcha was a little too milky for my taste but the coffee was good. My boyfriend loved the piggyback. 4 things for $28 is pretty good. The only reason why I didn't rate it 5 stars is because it was super busy. Maybe it was because of labor day but I had to ask twice for my food. They brought out the drinks first and forgot about the rest until I asked. read more

1 star for good drinks 1 star for a decent bagel sandwich BUT MINUS 3 stars for three teas and three sandwiches taking over 50 minutes. Now I understand, the poor girl working was completely alone because a coworker called out. But she didn't let us know that she would be putting everyone's order drink orders (who order after us) in front of our food order. So we waited 50 minutes until I got up and asked "how much longer". The girl was completely kind and working as fast as she could but she should have managed her order time better. She shouldn't have placed our order behind everyone who ordered after us. That is where I am complaining, well that and our sandwiches were made with the incorrect meat and cheese choices. Like we waited an hour, and got an incorrect order. Very disappointed, she was nice tho so 2 stars for them. read more

When the sandwiches alone are 10 I believe, I always get a drink and a bagel and it's usually 17 the last time I get it but I notice this morning it was 22 and I remember last time it was 20 make it make sense read more

A co worker mentioned this place to me. I had to give it a try after seeing all the amazing pictures of the drinks. I wasn't sure what to order so the barista (didn't get her name) had recommended some drinks. I wanted to try the matcha drink but it looked so plan in the picture. She assure me that the picture did no justice and said she'll make it picture worthy. Drinks were amazing. She came thru. It sure was picture worthy. It was a little on the sweeter side for me. I'll just have to go easy on the sweet level next time. I was skeptical of this coffee bar. Firstly, I just want to praise the staff and management for having an upbeat attitude and being helpful with service. With that said- there was lols in timeliness. We went at around 9am to meet with a friend yet it wasn't particularly busy on a Friday. My biggest complaint was the tasteless and filterless coffee ordered. It wasn't fancy- a simple ice coffee with the houses pick of sweetener. It wasn't just myself that thought the coffee had an odd taste. I decided to get some water, too. The manager was helpful and informed me that the tap water was unfiltered yet I got some. The major problem was that it was made next to the mop bucket on the counter.. red flag for me. This place lacks its own uniqueness and personal touch and the decoration seem juxtaposition, too. It has such great potential yet it selling point is off. I hope that this post reaches the staff and owner. I'm personally lost how folks seem to give this place anything above a 2 with star reviews. read more

Large matcha latte for 6.50 and I couldn't even drink it. Sickly sweet. I drink matcha all the time and this was not it, I even lowered the sweetness to 1 pump of vanilla instead of the whopping 6 that they usually put. Really disappointed because I wanted to like it so bad too. read more

Everyone should come try there new lavender shortcake drink Alison's cafe is so good there drinks and food are so original , creative and flavorful. Once you try you will be addicted like me. The lavender shortcake drink is one of the best drinks I've ever tried. We also tried peach green tea mega tea which was also very good and a strawberry lemonade. Found this gem when getting gas from the Chevron right across, looked it up on Yelp and just had to give this place a try! The staff was super nice and helped me on choosing a drink since it was my first time here. I got the Kona mocha with a shot of espresso and my brother got the Oreo and Reese's blended (both large size since there's only a .50 cent difference. These drinks are so perfect for a hot day. This is the 3rd time I got coffee form here. Coffee itself it decent but I was shocked a regular blended coffee is almost $8.00? I always get my coffee from old time pastry and similar one cost a little over $5.00. For the price of it i probably won't be back. read more

I always drove past this place and always wanted to try it because it's not a large chain coffee shop and I love supporting local businesses. Today I finally decided to go give it a try after seeing it on the Facebook group, Turlock to go. I was not disappointed. The atmosphere was welcoming and comforting and unique! The barista was very friendly and helped pick out my drink because I didn't know what I was doing, haha. Anyway, the drinks were great and the presentation was impressive. I ordered the s'mores, Reese's, and a regular mocha. It was such a nice treat after a hard week of work and helping my kids with distance learning. The perfect start to the weekend. I wanted to jump on here and leave a comment for Nella. She is a staff member at the Café. I am new and still fairly new to Turlock. I haven't come here for a while, but the last few times I have been coming, I have been taken care of great! I have not been much of a coffee drinker since I get yitterie at times. Nella was patient enough to help try a few types of coffees that have been doing the job. lol I really recommend this coffee shop as the customer service is great! they are fast on making their beverages and taste great! read more

I follow @alison_cafe_house on Instagram. They have the most beautiful drinks!! I don't really drink Starbucks as I am not a fan of their coffee beans. But Alison's coffee is delicious. A lot of her drinks don't come with caffeine (kid friendly!!), but if you ask for an espresso shot she will add it! I ordered the coffee toffee macchiato... I just have to recommend. It was soooo good. I recommend ordering ahead and picking up as their drive thru window is both order/pickup so the wait will longer! read more

Shortly after, my husband decided he wanted a Biscoff latte instead, so we politely asked if the drink could be changed. Another employee kindly stepped in and said she could do it, which we appreciated. I specifically asked for the drink to be changed to an iced Biscoff latte. Unfortunately, when the drinks came out, mine was still hot instead of iced. I went back up respectfully and let them know there had been a mix-up. Both employees looked at each other and chuckled in what came across as annoyance. I even apologized for the inconvenience, but the first employee responded by saying, "We are just too busy." I completely understand that working in customer service can be overwhelming, and I always try to be patient and understanding. However, at the time there were only a couple of seated customers and just the two of us waiting for our drinks, so the comment felt unnecessary. Upon seeing the reviews of this place, I see why. The business owner claims that they're trying to curate a "lively atmosphere" and it's "not for everyone". That's wack. If half of your reviews are telling you the music is too loud, lower it. I could barely hear my partner speak and had to read lips just to try to have a conversation. Plus some of the waitstaff were changing songs midway through or skipping songs. It was distracting. On top of that, the main dishes do not come with a side. Every single side option is an up charge. I knew when ordering the salmon, that it wouldn't come with a side. But everyone should note that you're spending $25 on an 8oz salmon and two slices of lemon with not a single side. No rice, no nothing. To be honest, you can go to Texas Roadhouse and get the same exact thing for the same exact price and get two sides for free. Plus you're not hounded by extremely loud music. Last thing to note, our waitress was also working the bar. There was a couple at one other table and someone at the bar. Other than that, the restaurant was completely empty. We barely saw our waitress and had to wait for quite a while when we wanted to order another drink. We spent a lot of extra time than we wanted to waiting around. My positive about this restaurant is that the decor is nice and that they let you modify the dish a bit. We ordered the pasta trio and they let us get two of one type of pasta. The pesto was really good. The deals on Thursday for drinks is good. The bread and butter was really good but an extra $5. Overall? Business owner: please take note of what customers are saying and compromise. If a customer asks for the server to lower the music, staff should be allowed to, even if just a little bit. What sort of "lively atmosphere" are you trying to create on a Thursday night at 7pm with a restaurant 90% empty? Maybe change the vibe of the music based on the time of day. Your decorations say "nice dinner" your music says "sports bar". There is an in between and I know it can be found. I hope everyone can learn something from this review.

I clarified that the person wouldn't accept call in orders and they told me they don't have the ability to do that(despite it saying on yelp that you can call to order). I'm not sure if the phone lines have been outsourced or something else, but any place that makes it this hard for me to be a customer has lost me as one. It's unfortunate as this used to be one of Turlock's gems for both food and service.

I recently visited Alison's Cafe House with high hopes due to all the positive reviews, but I left feeling disappointed. I ordered a hot vanilla latte, and it was far from what I expected - it was just terrible. From what I gathered, this place might be better known for its food and their range of fancy cold coffee, shakes, and smoothies that are full of sugar. I'm sure there are things on their menu that are great, but if you're looking for a good hot coffee, this might not be the place for you. It's possible that my visit didn't align with their specialties, but I left with a less than pleasant coffee experience. Bellemare Solar Cleaning Loved the Breakfast Burrito!!. Where a local Solar Cleaning business that does gutters and windows and permanent lighting. After our job today, we were hungry so we wanted to pick a place that served breakfast burritos after going online and finding this place we thought we'd stop by. We ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon & avocado and I gotta tell you it was delicious. We would recommend getting a personal one to eat, but what we did was, we ended up having it cut and shared it, and it was still filling enough for both of us. First of all the place stunk like bleach. They don't use good cleaning products. The bathroom was a mess. There was bath tissue all over the floor. The place was not busy, so they could have had the bathroom clean. The women who was working keep scratching her head and touching her face, while handling food. And she never washed her hands.
