I came here from out of town wanting to support local businesses instead of going to Starbucks or somewhere else. I Ordered a large caramel macchiato & a ocean water redbull mega size. Friendly service & nice place. However the only thing that wasn't the best was the price $19.21 for two drinks. Also I did feel the lady hustled me. As I told her we are from a different state so she knew we didn't know about her prices. She asked if I wanted half & half I said yes, but she didn't tell me it would be a up charge. She also upcharged me for caramel extra drizzle although I never asked for that. I know it's a dollar or so but in the end it all adds up. I wish she would of told me about the upcharge & that she added extra caramel drizzle. I asked for a small once I heard the total but she said it was a couple cents different from large so I got that. She told me the total would be $18 however when I got my receipt picture I saw it was not $18. Other then that we loved the drinks! It's super good a bang for your buck. I recommend coming here if you're not worried about pricing. The lady who helped us at the drive thru was incredibly nice & welcoming but not sure of her true intentions maybe taking advantage. Great Shop, but Deceptive Menu I just left Alison's Cafe and have to say that I am sad to write this review. The shop is cute and the staff quite pleasant. So why am I sad to write this review? It has to do with the menu and how clueless the staff was to what they were serving. The way the menu is written combined with their ignorance could be a real problem for people with medical conditions. I had the "blended no sugar added Chai" and it was quite good. When I ordered it I assumed from the name that it was unsweetened. When it came, it was sweet. So I assumed the sweetness was from a sugar substitute. Now, I usually hate sugar substitutes, but this one didn't have an after taste. In fact it was so good that I told them so on the way out. Then I asked what substitute they used because I wanted to get some for my house. The girl responded, "I don't know. The ingredients are blocked out from the powder we use. But we don't add any sugar." "OMG!" I thought to myself. "It was so sweet without added sugar! How much sugar did it have?! How badly will this affect my blood glucose level? How badly will it affect my A1c? Thankfully I'm just fighting diabetes and don't have it. What would it do to someone who was an actual diabetic?" I tried to be nice about it, but said, "It's a little deceptive. Your menu says, 'No sugar added'. For the health of others, you might want to change that." "But we didn't add any sugar." the girl said to me. I decided that I wasn't going to get into a debate about the semantics of the phrase "no sugar added". So I told her, "thank you" and started to walk out. "There's no sugar in the powder though.." she said. Silly me should have continued walking but I asked, "Oh, how do you know?" Her response- "It says 20 percent less sugar." I have no words. I know that most people don't care about this, but if you are diabetic, watching your sugar intake or your caloric intake, I'd sadly stay clear read more

Heard about this hidden gem recently because they have a huge list of keto drinks (see list in picture). All of them you can get made hot, iced or blended. We had the snickers and it was amazing. Such a nice surprise knowing that they can make so many drinks keto friendly. Cute place and they did have some food options too. My kids all had smoothies and they were great too. Not Happy Trying to support local business but $10 bucks for a half homemade sandwich with No tomato, no onions, no lettuce because they didn't have and failed to mention. Downhill!!! The main girl in there is always on point but other than that horrible!! This includes the owner and the rotating door of new girls that have zero professionalism. I ordered a Reese's blended and the owner gave me a mocha and instead of remaking my drink she just took it back and put a scoop of peanut butter in it completely insulting my intelligence. Today I tried to order 1 drink by phone and the girl told me it would be 30 minutes. I get here and there is only one car in drive through and nobody inside. Overwhelmed by what?????? It was ok. 18$ for a small frozen drink and a bagel sandwich. The drink taste like any other mocha frap the only difference is that it looks nice. The bagel was too greasy and pricey 11$ for a bagel sandwich too much. Even Monterey has better and cheaper bagel sandwiches. Only go here if you want a unique different flavored drink. Ordered the breakfast burrito, which I've had many many times. This time it straight up tasted like BBQ sauce. I got 3 burritos total for the family and everyone said the same thing. I called them about it and was told it was a chipotle sauce? It didn't taste like chipotle at all, and it was saturated in whatever the sauce was. They were nice enough to remake all 3 of the burritos and threw in a drink for the inconvenience. The remakes didn't have the mystery sauce and although they forgot my turkey bacon it was still better than burrito #1. For $12+ for a burrito I'd expect it to be yummy. My type of coffee shop. This is my first visit and it is completely empty in here! The seating is very comfortable. I'm looking around through and could see a potential issue with power outlets if this place was somewhat crowded. I love their drinks but when I ordered on drive through the barista had her mask on her chin (mouth nose exposed). When I told her the mask was down she was rude and said " I just don't want to wear it". Not to mentioned like the mask looked like it was a month old.
