Walnut spaghetti but the walnuts are whole and not like ground meat and very runny from the veggies

I waited almost 2 hours for this and it wasn't what I expected it to be so I'm very disappointed

Plus, free VEGAN wine sampling. Let me say that we are not vegan but love to try different foods & we enjoyed everything we ordered, including the drinks. Everything was also very filling. We split 3 apps between us 2 & couldn't finish them This was a nice black owned spot to support during our weekend visit!

I discovered Almost V'gan while in town for work and walking the streets of downtown Cincy. They…read morehad a sign out front that mentioned they do vegan food and as a vegetarian of seventeen years, it was like they were calling my name. I also noticed that they are Black-owned,which is awesome to see. At the time, they had only been open for, I wanna say, two-ish weeks so my colleague and I decided to give it a go. The staff was eager to greet us and we got a seat right away. The space itself is magnificent. The bright bursts of color caught my attention first. It's definitely a vibrant space, modern, trendy, photogenic, fun, and creative. You got to check out the bathrooms - so cool! From what I gathered, the owner helped design it himself. The service is what stood out next. Everyone was so friendly, the chef and owner came to our table to check in, which is always a nice touch. As for food, I was only in for a quick bite so I went with the kale caesar salad and a side of truffle fries. I love me a good kale caesar and that definitely hit the spot. The only con with the food was that the serving sizes were rather small for the price. I believe this spot turns into a nightlife experience in the evenings. They have a full bar and even a DJ booth. I would no doubt visit again in the evening. It's great for a date night or evening with friends. Overall, I hope they succeed and recommend you give them a try, even if you don't like vegan food.

This is a great spot to grab breakfast at in downtown Cincinnati. I've ended up several times and…read moreenjoyed each visit. The atmosphere is clean, modern and chic. Really a nice place to hang out and have a meal. The service has always been friendly and knowledgeable. And then the food is always great. The last time I went I tried the Goetta. It's a unique German based meat that you really don't come across outside of the Cincinnati area. You might like it, you might not. But I'd say it's worth giving a try. The whole "when in Rome" thing. Worth noting is that they are in the heart of Cincinnati and parking will be dicey. You'll either need to be in a deck or on the street if you're planning on driving. Ultimately, it's worth swinging by and checking them out. The next time I'm in Cincinnati I'll drop by again.

I returned with an open mind, but unfortunately, I was disappointed once again…read more When my meal arrived, I noticed they had changed the style of potatoes served with the dish. However, one thing that has not changed is that they were served cold. I informed the server that the potatoes were ice cold, and they apologized and promptly placed a replacement order, advising it would take about two minutes. When the new potatoes arrived, they were hot and much better. The eggs were good and served warm, but they appeared to have been sitting for a while before being brought to the table. As a solo diner, I often find that I am overlooked when staff are making rounds for water and coffee refills, and this visit was no exception. Larger tables around me received multiple refills before I was ever approached. Additionally, the table directly in front of me remained uncleared for more than 30 minutes, as shown in the photo. It appeared that the table was only cleared when new diners needed to be seated, and the dirty dishes were simply moved to another table. I am genuinely disappointed that, despite a year having passed since my last visit, it seems that little has changed.
