Al is a great guy with a great service. My porsche boxster needed towing after my water pump failed. The dealer pushed me toward another tow company that was more expensive and less responsive. My wife and I have had the misfortune of needing towing services twice in the same week. We called Al with AAT All Area Towing both times (based on the yelp reviews) and were very glad we did. After calling Al and asking him to tow our car, he showed up within 15 minutes each time. He was polite and above all made sure our car was safely towed without any further damage. If I could give them a negative star I would! I just called at 11:30pm bc some car was blocking me and an African women was so rude to me! She did not answer any of my questions and hang up on me!! Terrible customer service! She should get fired! I wonder how many times she has done this to other people! Management needs to hire employees who take their job seriously. Super happy I called AAT!!! So in the last hour my life has literally gone to S*@%... I messed my knee up and Im stuck at my work in San Ramon... Well not even 30 mins had past since the knee thing and my boyfriend calls out of breath and all from running to his work to call me and say baby Im soo sorry but I locked my phone and keys in the car!!! Im not mad but frustrated due to the days events. Well I found this place on yelp and the guy answered really fast and was really friendly. I told him how Bank of America in Walnut Creek was gonna tow my car if I couldn't get it unlocked and out of there facility within an hour!!! Al is the BEST!! Very professional and very outgoing. I just got my car out of the mechanics and on the way back apparently my battery died out! Called AAA and they dispatched a tow company. Well after an hour later that company sent out one of their service trucks, charged the battery and nothing. It was apparent they weren't going to be able to help me so they suggested I have the car tow. Long story short, they called me to let me know that it was going to take FIVE HOURS for them to even bring another tow truck....Ugh...was not going to wait so I called AAT and spoke to Al he told me he could be where I was in 10 minutes. Cancelled the other tow service and called Al back and sure enough he was where I was at within minutes!!! Very professional and helpful. I was looking for a reasonably priced tow service to get my car from the dealer since I was still deciding on getting the repair there or not and my car wouldn't start and guess what? I found this one first so I decide to give Al a call; he was very honest about how long it would take even asked me to call him back .... totally slipped my mind and he called me to see if I still needed the tow. I told him sorry I forgot and perhaps the next day. I called him the next day he gave me a eta, stuck to it and got it from the dealer without me even being there. He arrived even after I missed a few phone calls and a voicemail (my bad) he had my car on the back of his flatbed asked me to get in his truck and asked me where to place it. I told him and he unhooked it and even rolled it in perfectly backwards. After that we had a 10 min conversation about sports, life and the car. It's never fun to come out to your car after work, thinking you're going to be on your way home in a few minutes only to discover you have a flat tire. I tried using my insurance company's app on my phone, but of course it wouldn't work so I turned to good old Yelp for a referral. AAT was in the area and had good reviews so I gave them a call. After reading all of the great reviews about this towing company, the last thing that I would expect to hear from someone on the other end of the phone line is "Go F*** Yourself." After a very nice dinner at Ruth's Chris Steak House in Walnut Creek, my family and I came back to the car just to find out that my younger brother accidentally locked the keys in the car which was a little frustrating. After already dealing with a very rude towing company, I called AAT hoping for a higher level of hospitality. Unfortunately, the guy who answered was just as rude on the phone. After telling him how horrible his level of customer service was he told me to go f** myself and proceeded to call me back on a different number twice for further harassment.
