Took it home, put the spare on, drove the tire to Mo @ Kings Customs. I asked if it can be safely repaired. They said by either methos, patch or plug. Plug is more labor, but I asked for a patch. Less than 20 minutes I was back on the road, tire repaired, good for another 50k miles. I told my son long ago to always trust Kings Customs, never bother with Discount Tire. As I was waiting, I was on the outside bench reading my book. A lady walked by to go in and asked me what I was reading. I told her, and we chatted for a few moments about the book. I went in to pay, and the friendly lady turned out to be the cashier. She was just as friendly and professional behind the counter, as were the techs. They sold me some new tires that can't be balanced…read more I've been to two additional tire shops trying to get these tires balanced only to be told that they're bad tires. My old set of tires didn't vibrate at all. When I returned to this POS shop they tried to find issues with my car instead of addressing the issue of these garbage tires that they sold me. I guess that I'll be going back to the higher priced national tire stores. At least they'll stand behind what they sell and not rip people off.
