During their work, additional issues arose in areas they handled, and in my experience the amount they initially offered to contribute toward repairs did not come close to covering the actual cost. This led to a lengthy back-and-forth over several months, and in the end my insurance company--not Advanced Restoration--covered the repair expenses related to those issues. I also had several concerns about professionalism while the crew was in my home. Despite multiple requests, some workers did not consistently wear shoe covers. I also heard profanity used inside my home, which made me uncomfortable. On one occasion, I observed two workers smoking in my driveway. These were not behaviors I expected from a company working in a residential environment. Overall, based on my own experience, I personally would not use this company again. I hope they take steps to improve communication, professionalism, and care for clients' homes in the future.

At first, I thought it may have been from the original installation, but Pete came out and explained that the drawer had simply become too heavy and caused the glide to fail. Even though the bathroom was out of warranty, Pete still took the time to help us. He didn't have the part at the time, so I bought it thinking we could fix it ourselves -- we quickly realized we could not! I called Pete again, and he came right by and fixed it for us. When I tried to pay him, he refused. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. It really says a lot about a company that still takes the time to help their customers long after the job is done. Pete was awesome, and Advanced Restorations Plus Inc. is truly a company that stands behind their work and cares about people. Highly recommend!

Eric Garibay and if I remember correctly, Gideon came to my house a few days later and did an assessment, I got a quote right away and was pleasantly surprised by the thoroughness of the quote and the bottom line. Eric and Gideon returned a couple days later and got to work, Eric did all the under house work which is really difficult under ideal conditions, my crawl space is very tight so less than ideal, but Eric managed his way through it all and got the job done and did it all with a smile. I have the utmost respect for his professionalism, and that goes for Gideon too, I sure hope I got your name right Gideon, if not I appologize. I hereby enthusiastically add my 5 star review to the list and concur with all the others.

I hired RESCO to assist with restoration for soot and odor damage following a backyard fire…read more Initially I was pleased with their quick response. Ryan was very helpful through the process (literally the only positive). However, my floor is now damaged because of how they performed the job. After completing the cleaning process, they had fans running for 3.5 days. After inspecting my house, there was standing water/puddles of what can only be described as slime throughout my flooring. My floor is laminate, which means not only are you not supposed to mop it, you certainly should never have standing water on it. The water and slime were still there after the 3.5 days of fans/HEPA filters running. When RESCO arrived to complete a walk through, they also seemed surprised to see the standing water. They reported, "We didn't have a bucket to ring the mop out" the day they completed cleaning and "[they] thought the fans would dry it out" and that is why they left the water/slime on the floor. They also stated, "We don't know what all the slime is." They could not even complete the walk through because they, again, did not have a mop and bucket. They had to return later that day to mop it up. Of note, after they "mopped" it, the slime-like residue remained, which is extremely slippery. I'm 29 weeks pregnant and almost fell walking on it. After raising concerns regarding the damaged flooring, they did not care. Luke, the owner himself, said he would not do anything, despite his workers clearly messing up and inappropriately "cleaning" my floor and leaving water on it. This was a known problem even the workers acknowledged. They wouldn't even clean the slippery, slime-like residue from the floor. I cannot believe how incredibly unprofessional Luke was, not to mention the worst customer service I have experienced. He simply said, "Take me to court." Not only is my floor damaged throughout the house, I now have to pay someone to actually clean the floors and the slippery slime off the floor. Please save your money, including the money you will need to replace damaged flooring, and do not hire RESCO for your restoration needs.

We were unsure about how severe the damage was and called around to get some quotes. One place was asking for a $250 deposit, which could later be applied to services, just to get one of their technicians to come out. Family friends highly recommended this company after they had utilized their services on multiple homes. Leo was out the next day, free of charge, to assess the damage and provide some guidance on how to proceed. He was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through worst and best case scenarios. Within a few days, he had technicians to rip up our baseboard and some flooring to dry it out. Overall, they removed/replaced a small part of our wall, baseboard and flooring due to some leaking through a cable hole, which they discovered and patched up for us. We were so pleased with the work! Charlene and Leo both were so accommodating to squeeze us in last minute amidst some other projects that were far more severe than ours. Each and every technician that worked in our house was polite and meticulously clean in the aftermath. They knew we had a young baby and were very thoughtful to not bring in any harsh chemicals, which was greatly appreciated. I hope to not experience water damage in our house again but it's reassuring to know we have a reliable contact to help!

Have never dealt with any companies like this in the past but my neighbor use them and was very happy with their results. There was extensive way due to supply chain issues. Just had to pay my deductible that's it. Very happy with the work that was done their true professionals. They did not try to upsell me anything or make things more expensive which I appreciate. A medical emergency concerning my dad and 2 deaths in the family. It's been a hard year that started off with a tree falling into my dad's house during what seemed like gale force winds. My sister, brother in law and I rushed to his aid to get things started to protect the interior of the living room where the elderly Cypress tree crashed. After reporting the incident to AAA, they immediately took over getting his home insurance rolling into action. They contacted Restoration Management in a timely manner to begin the necessary procedures at protecting the roof and wall. Since a lot of rain water had entered inside, they began things by placing a machine to wick or evaporate the moisture for several days, while we placed tarps over the exterior openings. It can be hard to stay patient, because it takes many days to get the repairs completed. Which is understandable, but my dad is not very patient and hard of hearing, so he couldn't always comprehend everything that was going on. So it seemed like communication was sometimes lacking. The technicians explained very little about what was going on, and what the next steps would be, (or maybe he just didn't hear them). But it was sometimes hard to get a hold of the project manager when we had questions. Other than that minor issue, this business demonstrated expert knowledge on what was needed when it came to emergency procedures and repairs. We felt very confident placing our home completely in their hands. They did a great job at getting the house back to it's original vintage self.

That time it was quicker but the communication was horrible.They would pop up at random times with out notice to test the water moisture. Now, third time will be my last....had a sewer backup in the house, the County of Sac was responsible for it; so, they called this company to clean up my bathrooms from the overflow. The service was very quick that day with two people showing up. But my husband's Apple Watch disappeared after they left...My husband took off his watch and put it on our bedroom dressed dealing with the sewage mess initially. Not thinking we left his watch there while this company had two employees in our bedroom. A few hours after they left we could not find his watch so we tracked it and obviously someone had turned it off. Apples find my application, it indicated the last location was right outside our property fence where the company had parked. The company informed me they'll do an investigation which they contacted weeks later saying the trucks gps doesn't align with the location of the watch. Okay....live and learn on us to be watchful of belongings when strangers even with a reputable company are in your home. 2 stars for past experiences

Nat, the technician showed up right on time and we received our lab test results within 4 hours of his inspection. Cost was right in range of their estimate. Very satisfied with this Company. Professional, punctual, excellent service and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again.

After reviewing my photos, he called back, gave me tips on things I could immediately and made an appointment for the next day to review the water damage and mold concerns. When Jim came the next day, after a full assessment, he gave us tips on how to remediate the situation ourselves, but after consideration, we decided to have Jim do the work. Although our job was relatively small (a toilet seal failed on a slab foundation on the first floor), Jim was meticulous about setting up a containment, doing a full remediation and final clearance test. If I ever needed additional work on my home after water leak or intrusion, I would only call on Jim to review and remediate.
