After arriving at this repair shop, the owner immediately came to my house to detect the fault. The next day a technician came to replace the sensor that affected the startup. Everything was OK! No need to trailer, no need to say more. They consider the convenience of their customers, provide honest services, and charge very reasonable fees. It can be called a first-class auto repair shop.

My transmission was failing. He immediately referred me to a fair transmission specialist. My mileage was dropping. He and Alex showed that my rusting gas tank was leaking. He immediately referred me to a fair specialist who replaced my tank. I went to a tire shop on Beacon Street in Somerville to have my car inspected. It didn't pass because of a 'loose left front end.' They quoted $850 to fix it (replace parts, balance, realign). Because I hadn't noticed anything at all wrong, I went to Murph for a second option. He and Alex showed that the left front tire was only very slightly loose. Within five minutes, Alex tightened the lug nuts and the tire was as solid as a rock. I went back to the inspection shop, and it passed. In the end, Murph saved me $850 for totally unnecessary repairs. I always feel as though I am in good hands with Murph. He can quickly see and solve problems. He is very knowledgeable, reliable, and fair. He is an outstanding leader. When I have a car problem, Murph is the first person I go to.

I'm writing because my experience couldn't be more dissimilar to the negatives left below. Some of these accounts so out of line with what we found, I can't help but question their authenticity. Not unlike other dealerships, we were approached while viewing vehicles of interest. The gentleman patiently answered our many questions and when he didn't have an answer, he would call the owner on his cell to get more of the background to get the answer pronto. We learned he was the owners dad and that the dealership had been in the family for four generations! While awaiting the son's return, we entered the showroom and were blown away. It was packed full of prestine examples of cool, unique, one of a kind, multigenerational vehicles and auto related collections. After the son arrived we learned he was expecting a vehicle we'd be interested in so we will be returning to compare it to several others on the lot we are also interested in. No pressure. We left feeling very upbeat and happy we had stopped. The auto museum/showroom was worth the trip on its own. When most used car lots are lucky to last 5 or 10 year, this one is going on nearly a century......in the same family! That doesn't happen by chance.

Now I feel forced to come back and spend the money on that gift card. I spoke with the manager and explained how it was possible to come back the same day if you were already closing; that can't be legal. In my humble opinion, I'm going to take them to court for this. Not refunding my money within 24 hours of purchase is illegal.

If you are considering buying a vehicle from this dealership we recommend you require proof of the odometer reading and a guarantee of mileage from them.
