DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! They will extort you, send you an estimate for one amount but then find other issues while installing the over priced part you agreed to, because you were left for a week without heat (after having already been out to inspect the heater once before) and the cost will double. My mother-in-law called them because her heater was making a loud noise. They came and shut off her heat and told her they'd be back in 2 days. Then at that time she got a text message telling her to shut something off, or push a button. She did and then they were under staffed and couldn't come out. After 6 days of my 80 year old mother-in-law living in a house without heat (her house was sub 50 degrees) they sent her an invoice for $360 because she apparently needed a pump and they said her heater would not turn back on without it (even though it worked prior to them turning it off). She was freezing so she just said as long as it was today. They were at her house within an hour (ironic since they were SOOO busy the first 6 days...). Then, the estimate DOUBLED while the tech was at her house as he said he found a gas leak (the house did begin to smell like gas AFTER the first tech turned off the heat). (I should say the 2nd tech was EXTREMELY understanding and helpful. He also confirmed that the gas leak was NOT reported by the 1st tech and the 1st tech was a new guy.) My mother-in-law agreed to it but called us. While we were on the phone with her the tech said that to fix all the problems he found this time (again someone had already been out there to inspect before) it would be $1500!!!!!!!!!!!! My mother-in-law started crying because she couldn't afford it but she couldn't handle being cold any longer. I called the company, the receptionist told me she wasn't able to make any decisions and would have her manager call me back. Then my husband went to talk to the technician at my MIL's house and he told us that she was delayed due to their high volume of customer's with larger (dollar amount) problems. I called the company back and asked to speak to the owner/manager. The receptionist denied my request and told me she never told me she wasn't authorized and that they have all their calls recorded. She told me they had record of calling my MIL every day to schedule the service but we have phone logs showing my MIL called them every day. She told me we were going to sign a waiver to release them from liability of the gas leak. When I said we wouldn't sign it, so she said she was pulling the techs from the job and hung up on me. When I called back, she again told me they were leaving the job (my husband who was with the technicians confirmed that they had tried to recall the techs from the job and my son had been recording EVERYTHING from their interactions with the techs) and refused to get me in touch with the manager or owner. I said I have read numerous reviews who said the owner was a man of integrity and I had seen negative reviews retracted after speaking with him. She again told me she was pulling the techs and tried to hang up on me. I told her I didn't want that and maybe if I could speak to someone who was authorized to discuss these matters with me (and not lie to me about what was or was not said on recorded phone calls as I am 100% SURE they will justify MY side of the story and not hers) maybe we would sign it but not without discussing these very unethical practices with someone who did have authority, and the person who would actually be impacted by our response to this distress (not someone being a complete brat and who didn't comprehend the severity of the situation). I was put on hold for about 15 minutes but then told she would call me back. I haven't heard anything from the company since. I believe this occurred intentionally to extort my mother-in-law. I also think the initial tech was responsible for the gas leak (whether intentionally or accidentally I can't say). Because they were not clear about what was needed, and they kept delaying her, she didn't have time to get a 2nd opinion or compare prices. We will be taking this up with the BBB (https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint) and the Attorney General as the Department of Justice has a form specifically for Elder Abuse and Elder Financial Exploitation Statutes (https://www.justice.gov/elderjustice/prosecutors/statutes). This is completely immoral, unethical and NOT an action of integrity. I will also be getting someone out to my MIL's to take a look at the gas leak and give us their opinion on how the gas leak came to be. read more

Excellent service by Aaron, Roy, and Zach. They installed a new water heater, Mitsubishi air handler and heat pump. I had old stuff- air conditioning and furnace. I wanted to go more efficient and get off of gas furnace for the environment. They were efficient, cleaned up every day, clear about what they intended to do, answered all of my questions, polite, intelligent (this is most important as I didn't want a newbie), and creatively figured out a good way to install this unit without opening too many dry wall holes. I've worked with Integrity Energy Systems twice on a mini-split install and in retrospect, I think I should have gone with another company. They're honest - but very disorganized. The first mini-split install that we did with them, I had to follow up maybe 10 times to get a price quote. Once I got the price quote, the install went smoothly. However, a few months later I realized that the coolant line was held together with tape (um...not supposed to do this...) rather than clamps and over a few months, the tape lost cohesion and dumped coolant into my attic causing some damage. I followed up with Taylor and they had someone come and fix the mini-split and the damage that it caused. A few years later, we decided to get a mini-split in the basement and I figured that Integrity Energy installed the previous mini-split and when things went wrong, they eventually fixed everything - so why not go with them again? However after the initial visit, I couldn't get a price quote from Jeremy. I followed up via email, by phone, and even got so desperate as to text Jeremy himself asking for an estimate. 2 months later, I got a call from their office asking if I still wanted an estimate. "Definitely!" I said - and never heard back. After 10+ contacts over 3 months, I gave up trying to get an estimate. If I had to imagine what happened, I have to think that there's a stack rank of jobs that they have going from highest $$$ to lowest $ and because I wanted to install just one mini-split, I was put at the bottom of the list. I've worked with other companies and even when the company doesn't want my business, you'll at least get the courtesy of a prompt estimate at an insane markup. read more

Had a great experience with Joel, Jason (I think I got that name right - believe he is one of the owners?) and Ibs! All were professional, and helpful and even friendly! Joel was here to do a quote for smoke detectors, but while he was here he took care of a wall heater that went rogue and wouldn't turn off - hardly ever. Really appreciated that! Jason was great at providing some recommendations for better (less costly) heating/ventilation which is a struggle in our renovated basement. Ibs provided a furnace maintenance and gave specific updates and recommendations for ways to keep it running well plus sharing the unit's age as a nice reminder since time flies and its good to be on top of future needs! We had our last furnace installed by IES almost 10 years ago and plan to keep going back. I like that they do electrical now too! read more

I have been using integrity boiler for over 5 years. They reinstalled my entire hot water system, boiler and hot water tank. They are very knowledgeable and I trust them completely. Today something I was moving in my garage opened the pressure valve on my hot water tank and I heard the sound of large amounts of water running. I texted their emergency number and Taylor returned my call within minutes and was able to diagnose the problem and tell me how to close the valve. BUT, we signed up for the annual maintenance plan - $350/yr on top of the heat pump cost and it failed twice during recent heat events! IES tried to say that the pump wasn't used to being run so often (1x year is too much?) and at the last maintenance, mid September, the tech "bricked the motherboard" - basically killed it. They then avoided my calls, have refused to refund the maintenance fee (said it would have happened anyway) are unable to find a replacement part, and so after only 5 years, our heat pump is dead. The company honored the warranty of the old thermostat despite replacing it with a new one which was huge. We paid $275 for a diagnostic on November 18, and as of today, Jan 3, we haven't received a quote or a date for the repair and install of the new inducer motor and electric filter. We've called them every week since November and have been told every single time that they are looking into it. Well, today our furnace has stopped working altogether and we are freezing and waiting to schedule with another company. Two times I needed assistance with my hvac and Integrity was there. Both issues we had were caused by the original sub contractor that a general contractor hired for my remodel project. Integrity took care of us and made it right. Honest, ethical business that will always give you options and make sure you know what's going on. This company does the Right Thing. Period. They are true to quote, and won't cut corners. They installed a 5-head ductless heat pump for us. It was not an easy job, but they worked closely with us on price, and were very careful with our house: the quality of the installation was impeccable. At the eleventh hour, we had a neighbor object to the placement of the exterior unit. They moved the unit, electrical, and refrigerant lines without fee, even though it added a day to the project. If you want a company that do great work and will be there for you no matter how fubar things get, I recommend Integrity. After getting a series of competitive quotes, I chose them to install a three-floor HVAC system, and the quality of workmanship was very good. Tidy unit placements, secure wires and fastenings, and with quality equipment. However, over the space of a couple of years, I seemed to fall prey to pretty much every manufacturer fault know to man. I think I was just extremely unlucky. Each time, Integrity came out and did everything they could to fix things based on the specific faults encountered. In this provess I met most of their team and they all seem to be cut from the same cloth. Polite, hard working, and focused on customer satisfaction. A special mention is deserved for Josh, Hakimi, Jason and Laura. Over the last couple of years all of them have gone the extra mile. Despite their best efforts, however, 2018 culminated in another HVAC issue. Integrity worked tirelessly with Mitsubishi to get new parts and then were there in the pouring rain for two days flat out fixing everything. They just left today, and I once again have a fully working, top quality HVAC system. I am very grateful yet again. Usually when something goes wrong, especially when it involves over ten thousand dollars of home investment, you hate the company. But I rate Integrity very highly. Over the period of two years, at each and every stage they have done everything they possibly could to stand by their high standards of quality. Can't ask for more than that. I wish I could give two ratings, one for the service mechanic, Ryan, and one for price. Ryan would get a 5-star rating and the price point a 1. We had an ignitor replaced on our Trane XV95 furnace. The told us up front that we could expect a $109 diagnostic fee - a little high but acceptable. I checked the price of ignitors online and that was $30 to $50 retail. The task of installing the ignitor is quite simple, a couple of screws and unplug the old ignitor. All the testing of the ignitor and control board were presumably done on the diagnosis. The labor to install the new unit was 30 minutes maximum, if that. The quote for the ignitor was $386 dollars - parts and labor. I know they do not pay what I would pay for an ignitor, I was most unhappy with the final bill of $545.00 including tax. Research indicated it should be closer to $200 plus the $109 inital diagnostic charge. I can not recommend Integrity for this reason. read more

They unsuccessfully tried to scam me into paying them $1400, suggesting changing most parts of the fireplace. It smelled like scam, so I did a quick search for the symptoms (pilot turning off after a few minutes) and found that it is fixed with simple thermocouple replacement. I explicitly asked the technician who showed up whether he checked the thermocouple and he said that he did. I actually watched him and saw that he measured low voltage coming back from the pilot, which is another explicit symptom. I paid these folks $120 for (mis-)diagnostics, which any self-respecting company would just refund, not to mention leaving work to be home for the "inspection". Ultimately, when the weather got cold again, I hired a proper company who diagnosed correctly the problem and fixed it for ~$200, including the parts. Of course, it was the thermocouple that needed replacement. When I get time, I may bring these folks to the small claims court to get back at least part of my losses. read more

We just installed an air conditioner. Our install was complicated, requiring our furnace to be moved and suspended. We were offered a fair quote. Even though the work turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, we were not charged a cent more than the quote. Billy, Hakimi, and Willy did the installation and Jason designed the install. They were all incredibly professional, courteous, and punctual. We were told we wouldn't have heat for a couple nights but when I expressed concern, they added someone to the job and good it done a day early so I wouldn't have to go a night without heat. The receptionist was also excellent. I always felt heard, and she communicated my questions or concerns timely to the installers and designer. I am incredibly impressed with this job well done and would recommend this company to anyone. read more

I had 4 gas fireplaces in my home receive services from Integrity. When I made the appointment, I made it very clear that 3 of the 4 where not working, they even asked me the make and model numbers so that they could throw in parts in case something needed to be fixed. I guess Integrity Energy Systems considered this a maintenance visit and not a diagnostic/"fix it" visit? I was never told a price up front for the cost of the services ($279/fireplace with the 4 fireplaces costing over $1200 with tax). When told the final price my jaw nearly hit the floor, there were no parts being installed - nothing extra besides a cleaning and a system check. To reiterate a "maintenance" is just a cleaning and system check. On one of fireplaces, before the technician (who was a really good person and easy to work with) left, I told him the pilot light went out. The technician stated that he would have someone contact me regarding getting that fixed (remember, I call Integrity to have the fireplaces "fixed" in the first place, not to get maintained), because it was already after 6pm. Now Integrity Energy Systems wants to charge an additional $400+ to come back out fix the pilot light. A game of bait and switch? Highway robbery? In my opinion, there are less expensive options to have this kind of work done and other businesses that have more INTEGRITY that you should hire to get your work completed. The Better Business Bureau will also be contacted. In my case; Integrity Energy Systems, didn't have much of their namesake when getting the work done that I needed. Find a different fireplace repair/maintenance company to do work with! read more

IES installed my A/C in 2015, and I recently hired them to repair my system after it stopped working. I would not recommend IES, because they charged me significantly more than originally quoted to complete the repair, and added material costs after the job had begun at an extremely high markup (I believe over 600%). This led to the repair costing $4200+ instead of $2400 or less. Overall, I paid IES about $5275 for repair (under warranty), cleaning, and diagnostic. In 2015, IES installed a Trane XR13 AC in my house for around $6100 and it came with a 10 year warranty on parts/compressor. The original work was mostly good, except their electrical subcontractor showed up a day late, when I was not there to coordinate, and completed the work in a substandard manner which I found out at a much later date was not to code (in the crawlspace hidden from view). Last week, I called them to repair my AC unit. They were good at scheduling the work on a short turn around because I had concerns regarding 90 degree temperatures and my son was sick. I paid $275 for a diagnostic on Monday, which showed my compressor needed replaced. I was sent an invoice to replace the compressor for around $2400 and over the phone was told that this included everything and if the compressor could be warrantied that I may get some of the costs back from parts. They scheduled the work to arrive between 12-4:30 on Wednesday and their techs arrived at around 4:00. After beginning the work at 5:30, past business hours, the tech advised me that they made a mistake and did not include 8.3 lbs of R-410A refrigerant that needed to be added at a cost of $265/lb first, $200/lb afterwards or over $1800 total. He also stated the compressor was not included in the original invoice, and therefore I would not get any cost savings under warranty from the original invoice. In addition, they pressured me into completing outdoor coil cleaning at a cost of $379 which I agreed to, but feel the price is extremely high for less than 1 hour of labor with the techs already onsite. I felt that I had no choice but to agree to the additional demands because of the 90 degree weather, my child's sickness, and now that it was past business hours, I couldn't compare any alternatives. In my opinion, IES pricing is extremely high and greedy. When they made a 'mistake' on the invoice which I put a 50% down payment on for my repair, they did not budge from charging me an extremely high markup on R-410A (I estimate $30/lb cost to them, but added on cost to me $200 / lb). They also claimed the price quoted to me included the compressor, but then said it didn't, therefore allowing them to potentially double dip on the compressor costs. Other HVAC professionals I spoke with shared feedback with me that they believe I was ripped off. I shared my feedback with IES but they were not willing to refund any of the costs, stating that I agreed to it, and they had two techs instead of 1 on site (which I view as a trainee), and threw in some free locking caps for the lines ($10?). I was quoted a flat rate for the compressor repair, and it is unreasonable that I should have expected that not to include refrigerant. Their mistake led to me being charged way more than expected, and for refrigerant they priced at triple the cost of other HVAC technicians I surveyed. In my opinion, you should shop around for a better price as IES has gotten greedy. read more

This review is long overdue. Back in November of last year, during the week when the temperature had suddenly plummeted way down. My furnace had decided to die. It had been pumping cold air (even though the tempt had been dialed way up) pretty consistently for a few days. I didn't realize that it was dead-dead until I got home late night on saturday. It was freezing. I went online and searched 24 hr HVAC fixers and Inegrity Energy Systems had popped up. I called their 24 hr emergency line and left a VM. With how late I had called and the current weather, I wasn't expecting a call back till the next two days. To my surprise, I got a callback 20 min later from a service technician called Robert. Robert was amazing. He's the guy you want coming out to kick your furnace in gear. He's a technician that mostly services South Seattle. He had just finished an appointment over in the Maple Valley area and was just about to call it a night and grab dinner when his boss sends him my VM. He calls me, tells me that he is happy to respond. He arrived way earlier than I thought he would, hopped off the car and dove right into figuring out what was wrong with furnace. Even though it was very late and I was his last minute last appointment of the day, he was very professional and thorough with his diagnostics of the furnace. He was also very patient with me hovering around him and asking him all sorts of questions about the furnace. I appreciated the fact that Robert was very upfront about prices and fixes and didn't push. Turns out that my igniter was dead and the line was clogged. Robert replaced the igniter and did a complimentary line cleaning for me. He flicked the switch and bam, my furnace came back to life. With how old my furnace was, he suggested that I book another appointment for a furnace maintenance and kindly reminded me to book the maintenance appointment on a weekday, as weekends are double the price. Robert is gold and Integrity is lucky to have such a great technician that goes above and beyond. read more

Initially, he thought we needed a new capacitor which cost ~$120. After he left, he did a little more research and figured out ours was ok. He let me know and credited us for the part. I would have had no idea so I really appreciate his integrity in saving us money. Seems like a really hard worker who wants to do the right thing. Jourdan definitely gets five stars. The only reason I'm at 4 stars is their pricing seems a little high and they want to upsell you to their IAP plan. Our boiler system was taken out by a power surge during the coldest weeks of December. We called a few places that were unable to take on the job. Integrity was fast to respond and their techs worked so hard to repair it. We were dealing with Josh and Zach and I could not say enough great things about them. It was determined it could not be repaired but they did what they could to get us through the holiday and not to allow our pipes to freeze. Zach, then spent three full days, including night shift, to install an amazing new energy efficient system. He took his time on a very complicated job and it looks and works incredibly! He was extremely professional and although a boiler system isn't the prettiest sight, he made this one look fantastic. Every person I send a photo to can not believe how nice of an install it is. We weren't sure we would have heat upstairs do to old radiators but he trouble shot that as well and it's working perfectly! Jasmine in the office is equally as sweet and a pleasure to deal with! Integrity heating made a pretty terrible situation turn out really well in the long run. He didn't even had the decency to send even just a simple text or a quick call to let me know that he won't make it. Integrity was a friend's highly recommended referral, however, wanted to do my own research too, so called 4 more companies for the AC install quotes. Narrowed down to 2, which Integrity was one. Final decision came down to the detail work Matt did during the estimation process, his knowledge of what you really need, and his patience in going over the millions of "Why" & "What" questions I had from my online research on brand, AC sizing, air filtration systems and many others: you name a question, I probably asked it. Matt really knows his stuff. He told me what I needed for the house and why--I thought I needed a much bigger system; there was no up-selling for the sake of getting you to pay more. In fact, he talked me out of paying for something that I didn't need with sound facts. He truly validated the reason why my friend had referred him so highly! For the install, although it took longer than expected because the electrician showed up late, Jordan did an excellent and detailed job to make sure everything is done the right way! Even the electrician, when he did show up, his work was top notch! Overall, very happy with their work and will definitely use them again when my 12 year old water heater or furnace is ready to go. read more

I had a horrible experience using Integrity Energy Systems, LLC to have some radiant heating pipes replaced. The Sales Manager said that the project would last 3-4 days. About after a week, the Project Manager said that he said it would take 7-10 days from the beginning. Four months later, everything has been wrapped up with this company. The technicians sent to do the job were either new to the business or new to the company. After complaints that they were being messy, having water drip on my tenants furniture, insulation (fiberglass) dropping and being left on my tenants items in the garage, dust in the whole townhouse, they techs told my tenants that they should've covered things and just didn't have time to get the plastic. I had called the Project Manager and after they learned he would be stopping by, they started telling the tenants that they knew they were going to get in trouble and that they don't usually do residential work. Not only did the techs not ask if the drywall should be kept, they cut it so poorly that it cost about an extra $800 when the drywall company came in. After the work was completed, I had emailed the company and asked that before they charge the 2nd half of the invoice, I would like to talk to someone. I finally get a phone call from the Project Manager in which we basically argued the whole call. He said he would talk to the co-owners on the company about my dissatisfaction. It took over two weeks for me to get an email from Inside Operations Manager. She emails me, requesting that I email her back within 35 minutes of when the email was sent. After emailing her back the next morning, it took another TWO WEEKS to get a response. Complete lack of professionalism. This Operations Manager looked me up on Facebook and commented on how we had mutual friends. She let me know that " a background in mortgage lending" she looked up where I lived and that we lived only minutes away from each other. During a few of the conversations that I have had with this Manager and the PM, they put blame on me for the things that happened /went wrong. They said as a landlord, I should have been there throughout the project and tenants should never be involved. I have worked with many contractors, painters, cleaning companies, etc and have NEVER had so many issues with a company. When she tells me she has "done her research" I feel more like she has been completely invasive in looking up information that (although public information) has absolutely NOTHING to do with her or the completion of this transaction that has taken over two months to finalize. I purchased a home at the beginning of 2013, which came with a 10 year old Trane XV90 system, originally installed by All-ways heating out of Tacoma and most recently serviced in 2011 by Evergreen Home Heating, to replace an inducer. It appeared to be in great working order when we purchased our home, and during the early winter months of 2013 my heating bill was low and and the furnace was quiet. 11 months later, the Trane sounded like a train and was leaking water, all while blowing cold air! So, I called many servicers, including Integrity. They were the only ones able to come out on same day service (12/20). When the technician arrived, he immediately diagnosed the issue as the inducer. He showed me the error code on the system and explained what it meant. During his diagnosis, he saw that the XV90 system was installed poorly by All-ways heating because they installed the gas line on top of the inducer, putting undo pressure on that component. Evergreen, who conducted the previous replacement of the inducer in 2011 again installed the inducer without re-routing the gas line. Over time, the pressure on the inducer(s) from the gas line had cracked my heat exchanger causing the leak. And yet again, 2 years later, the inducer was also bad. Before making the decision to purchase a new system, I called around to get a quote on the same service from Abundant Heating, Eastside Heating & Air, All Star Heating and Evergreen Home Heating to compare against the quote from Integrity. They were all within $100 of each other with the exception of Evergreen, they did not even return my call. Upon receiving an additional quote from Integrity on a brand new Trane XV95, it turns out the cost to replace the inducer and the heat exchanger was just over 2/3 the cost of a brand new unit. Replacing these components from any company would have been warrantied for only 1 year, while a new system would be warrantied for 10 years. In the end we decided to go with Integrity to replace the XV90 with an XV95 for $3500, and they installed the new unit on Saturday 12/21, and inspected the installation on 12/24. In addition, I received a 3% rebate for paying cash. Tyler and Billy were the great pair of installers who replaced my gas furnace in April. They were professional, so personable, detail oriented and very, very good communicators. Some previous, substandard work had been done by a plumber when the gas water heater was replaced. The venting hadn't been done properly ( funky jerry rigged conduit) and they left the old water heater in place (it was hard to get to) and didn't even drain all the water from it!! Billy and Tyler brought the venting up to code AND removed the old water heater. My delay in posting and 4 stars instead of 5 is two fold; some difficulties with the estimator and I was waiting to see if this new fancy 2 stage furnace would save me any money AND if the heating felt as even as the old furnace. Well, our cold April and May gave me plenty of opportunity to test that out. I will say that the same thermostat setting on this new higher efficiency furnace does not feel as warm as the old single stage furnace. I have to set it 2 degrees higher to get a similar feeling of even warmth. It doesn't seem to be costing more so perhaps the increase in efficiency is making up for that. Lastly, the estimator, whose name now escapes me, was obviously very conscientious and knowledgeable, however, I found communication with him to be somewhat challenging. The issue was around the terms of financing which is significant. I am able to work with it but it wasn't what I planned on and causes me some inconvenience. I did give him feedback about this which he received like a professional. I would definitely recommend Integrity Energy Systems. read more

I had 7 bids for replacement of my gas furnace and after careful consideration I choose Integrity Energy Systems. Consideration comprised of sales' person approach, quality of product and installation and commitment to stand behind both, price (of course), respect toward customer (me) and well, that ol' gut feeling. Their price was not quite the cheapest yet much less than the most expensive. They have been fantastic to work with. Completed the work very timely even after running into some additional unexpected configuration issues with my very old house. They promised no change orders and they stayed with price committed. Other companies had come up with the same route configuration for PVC piping but there were those that had built in an 'up charge' if they encountered problems. The product is running great (Trane S9V2). IES has been responsive to all my questions and needs regarding the operation of the furnace always responding immediately and going the 'extra'. So -- I give Integrity Energy a 5 star. From salesperson Zachery , Jake and Hakeme installers, to Joolie in administration, this has been a very reassuring, competent and honorable company to work with. I have owned houses for over 40 years and dealt with my share of service companies - IES gets top rating. read more

This business is totally a SCAM! Don't be fooled by its name! 2019 January, my water heater stopped working and my property manager called Integrity Energy Systems. They came out and charged $175 to diagnose the issue, and quoted me $700, $800 for the repair and the part. I asked for breakdowns for the part name and labor hours, they refused to provide it. I had to agree their quote at the time because it's for my rental property and I wanted to solve the issue ASAP. I was also an new home owner and was extremely busy with work. A few days later they came back with more rediclous quote saying the water heater is not repairable for some reason and I needed a whole new one which gonna cost me 2k to 3k?! I didn't believe them because my heater is only installed in 2015 or 2016. So I called the factory warranty myself and found out the technician actually had requested the part - thermocouple which was still included in warranty to be ship to them directly and they not disclosed this to me or my property manager?! They lied that they were using their own part! I requested the part shipped to me only paid shipping fee and had another plumber replaced it. My water heater has been working perfectly since then. If "Integrity" Energy Systems weren't too greedy and tried to screw up me more by telling me I need an new water heater I probably would not be red flagged and would paid their rediclous high fee for my free part and simple replacement! I have the invoice in hand and the invoice has their lies in writing saying my factory warranty was voided. I bet my heater factory has all the records who called and requested the part for free. I know I came back to review them too long time after it happened just because I kept forgetting. I finally start doing my tax for 2019 and seeing the invoice reminded me all of this! IES came out to do an annual inspection of my heat pump and furnace. All units were new within 2 years. They canceled once and then came more than 4 hours late the day they came. Spent two days off work and the service cost $350+. Cant say that I would recommend again. Annual service should cost ~$150 but I did not know that at the time. I felt a bit like I was being sold to versus "advised." Service guy was nice though and maintained professionalism throughout the process. read more

These guys are great and I would not hesitate to recommend them to even the pickiest friends and family. They replaced my hot water heater and also converted my wood fireplace to a gas version. Everything about the experience from estimation through install went smoothly. They promptly returned phone calls, showed up when they said they would, produced a detailed estimate, and every member of their staff was courteous and knowledgeable. I needed someone to service my gas fireplace. Robert was assigned the job and I couldn't have been more happy. He was very nice to chat with and he thoroughly diagnosed and explained the issues we were having. He came out twice- the first time he attempted to clean the ignition valve to get it to start. Though his persistence, unfortunately the fireplace guts were too old to to salvage. He scheduled a follow up appointment with the needed replacement parts. I would be out of town for his second visit, but he coordinated with my realtor for access to the unit. He personally called me to let me know when the job was done and even cleaned up the frosted over fireplace glass. All in all we were very happy with Robert's professionalism, kindness, and results.
