Great work. I can't say enough good things. Steve was always responsive and answered my questions honestly. His crew was hard working, and Pedro paid attention to every detail. The workmanship is stellar. I am extremely pleased with all they have done. They followed through on all their promises. My boyfriend couldn't finish the work he started and my yard was unusable. Now it's a showpiece!

I had the pleasure of working with Steve and his team for a complete overhaul of my backyard and couldn't be more thrilled with the results! Everyone was extremely professional and patient, taking the time to answer my many questions as well as offering valuable suggestions based on their extensive experience. I had received multiple quotes from different companies and not only was All One extremely competitive price-wise, but was also able to complete the project quicker than others without sacrificing quality.

It took us quite a long time to pull the trigger on the backyard. We wanted to find the right parter, while making sure we weren't being completely taken advantage of. We found Ruben with All One Landscape on Yelp and after meeting with him, it was clear this is the direction we wanted to go. They act with integrity. They plan, they show up, they do exactly what they say they'll do and commit to dates. They didn't slip, they just delivered! We had some change requests in the process that they were able to quickly pivot, work us into their busy schedule and again, deliver what we think was a delightful experience. We are thrilled with the outcome, and look forward to using them for future projects. Thank you, Ruben & your incredible team!

I'm finally able to get a chance to sit and write this review. Started a Yelp account just for you Steve haha. Here's a few before and afters. Wish I took pictures right when they were done, but holidays took over. Please excuse the mess; we have 2 kids enjoying the space. I did however take pictures later in the day to showcase their landscape lighting. Can't wait to update with future pictures of the plants and trees as they mature. There's so much more to share; hopefully I can add additional pictures down the road! Steve and his guys were amazing. His leads were awesome! Very professional; the ones I interacted with the most were Pedro and Oscar. I believe the project started in Oct 2023 and ended before Christmas 2023; this is important because they worked within my requested deadline. Steve also referred us to a designer (Elaine from Summit Landscaping which I'll be reviewing next). We're an easy going young family. We agreed to the designs and just let the guys do what they do best. This renovation included both hardscaping (cement, retaining wall, tiles, pavers, aftermarket pergola installation) and landscaping of both front and back yards. Now I just gotta maintain this haha. Thanks again guys!

Steve and his team did an absolutely incredible job on our landscaping remodel, sprinkler install and driveway repaving. We hired a landscape architect to create a plan and Steve and his team executed it exactly to our liking. Steve's communication throughout the project was excellent. His crew worked quickly and cleanly and never left the jobsite dirty. They made sure to check with us if something in the plan was unclear, and were flexible to any real-time tweaks we wanted to make. Project was completed within 6 weeks. I would hire All One Landscape again and recommend without hesitation.

Steve and his crew did a great job in our landscaping. They mirrored the design to spec and was accommodating in making minor adjustment as needed. Greatly appreciated how they cleaned up the work area every day and was very responsive to questions. They were very conscientious to work within budget and made this project a positive experience.

I had great experiment working with All One Landscape in last 2 months. Our project was started at the beginning of Sep. 2022 as promised and most of things moved forward as scheduled. We made many small changes and ad-hoc requests and Steve was able to accommodate them with reasonable approaches. The team are very helpful. For instance, one time we'd like to change the design of the fence which might not be the best idea after completion. The team recommended a much better way based on their rich experience on Landscape. We really appreciate it. In term of quality, (though I'm not the expert), from what I can tell, they follow the best practice well. For instance, before the paver, it requires multiple layers at the base in order to make the paver sustain for long terms. I think they did a great job from my perspective.

One summary: All One Landscape is the best contractor I have encountered so far. They listen to you. Since we moved into our new home, we are desperate to do something to our challenging backyard. We have a decent size backyard but it has a slope so it is hard for human to walk. That makes it a paradise for weeds, and wild deers/foxes family. We knew the backyard renovation won't be easy due to the slope, limited assess to backyard and scope of the project (whole renovation). I personally did a lot researches on retaining walls, drainage for house on slope and so on. I interviewed multiple contractors and Steve stood out because of his patience. First, his estimates is the most detail itemized one. Secondly, Steve will listen to my requests and edit the quote accordingly. Because I only have the budget to do a portion of project, I have to add or delete items based on his quote. He worked with me and changed the estimated around 3 times. Later on, when the project started, his brother, Ruben, became the main person in charge of daily field work. They made sure my fence line won't cause trouble for my neighbor and helped me fixed a lot of drainage issues as well. Over all, they are very responsive and did a great job. I recommended them. Their business is good so they will need to contact them early to book their time. I feel really thankful to have them. Now I enjoy my backyard a lot.

We did our backyard last year, Steve and his team did a phenomenal job! We added pavers, grass and irrigation. The grass quality is top notch. The pavers look so neat. The job was done on time and hassle free. All my friends and family love our backyard.

We had the best experience working with Steve to completely remodel our front and back yards. We knew it was a big job and Steve made it easier than we could have imagined. We had them do complete demo, hardscaping (paver driveway, walkway, front patio, back patio, two tier retaining wall), softscaping, a fence, tie in our down pipes from the gutters, drain in the backyard, redwood pergola, irrigation, and everything else needed to make that happen. From the time he came for a quote to completion, Steve was professional, communicative, and accountable. We always knew what the plan was, where we were in the project, and all of our questions and concerns were addressed. We appreciated that Steve listened to us and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. On top of all of that, his crew was amazing. They were respectful and friendly. Their work is meticulous and we didn't mind having them here for the 2.5 months the project lasted. We LOVE our new yards and everyone is wow-ed. Even delivery people have commented! We would absolutely hire All One for future projects and have recommended them to everyone we can. No

My husband and I have been waiting to update our front and backyard patios since we moved into our house five years ago and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We worked with Steve and Ruben who were both wonderful and great to interact with. They were really good at communicating throughout all parts of the project. From giving us a quote to closing out the project, they were in constant communication with us about where things were at, what was next to do on the punch list, etc. Not only are they great, experienced landscapers, but they are also just genuinely good people, which makes it all the more enjoyable to work with them. They helped us take design ideas that we had created and worked with us to make them into a reality. We had a paver walkway installed along our driveway and our front yard landscaped. They also installed a front patio with pavers, and grass, landscaping, and pavers installed in the back of our house. It looks like a completely different yard! The crew was incredibly respectful. They kept the job site clean and always said hello. It's clear that Steve and Ruben also strive to surround themselves with good people. The team did a great job of sticking to the schedule despite the usual unexpected hiccups that always accompany large projects. And as mentioned, they were great about talking us through any delays so we were well aware. The other thing that was really nice about All One was that Steve was great at providing us with resources that we could use to research materials ahead of time. We were told where to go look at the exact pavers we could select from, the plants we could consider, etc. It was great for us to be able to go and take a look at them before having to make a decision on what we wanted to use for our project. It made us all the more confident in our decision when we could take the time to look before having to commit. A huge thank you to Steve, Ruben, and the team for truly helping us upgrade our outdoor living spaces!

We ended up taking a 30 minute video chat with him, and Matt was super helpful in explaining various options. He was thorough, detailed, creative, conscientious and he truly listened - to my goals, likes/dislikes, and concerns. He provided me with recommendations across all 3 work areas that took into account the needs and special considerations for each location. He worked to ensure that we had a good strategy for redirecting water from the downspout to the patio and for redirecting water via a small 'channel' parallel to the driveway to allow for better water management. Being a highly visual person, I also found their showroom very helpful in choosing colors and patterns for the stamped concrete finish. In preparation and execution, Paul and the team took great care planning out each phase, protecting my new glass garage door and fixing a small nick on the house during the cement pour. He also personally adjusted the patio downspout, intentionally going out of his way with a plan to avoid creating unnecessary holes in the new siding. He also helped me anticipate and plan for mail and other deliveries during the time the walkway would be off-limits. He also worked well with my neighbor to plan for and to gain access to the garage each day in my absence. He regularly sent pictures and text updates. All of this because he is thorough, creative, conscientious, detailed and seems to sincerely care about his clients. The result: Exactly what I had hoped, delivered on time, with quality, care and with consideration for my schedule and the well-being of my home. Paul delivered to his word. I would hire Paul and the Alexander & Sons team again for any hardscaping in the future.

Again, with much Prayers for God's Guidance, Directions we contacted for 3 Bids. One company with the initials of SL on Yelp great reviews was not a pleasant experience for us. They wanted Photos before they would even consider to bid. After much stress I did the photos, took the measurements as requested. I didn't expect them to come out to bid but they did and their bid was very high. I kept on praying and D&I Landscaping appeared and had great Yelp reviews. My initial reaction was Alyssa Torres was my first contact very personable and then we booked for Luis Blanco to come out to access our needs. No request for measurements or photos at all. Our job was easier only because my hubby knew what he wanted to have done and gave them his Vision and with their advice and help we tweaked a few things. Pavers is not an easy job especially when there's already Pavers installed, the guy I watched him and he was so methodical and kept placing Pavers down until he felt that he got the flow down and it was an amazing and challenging job but he did very well in my opinion. What we Love about D&I , is one of the owners Irving and their Designer Luis came over to meet with us. D&I doesn't charge for a Designer as some other companies do its part of their services. Irving, David, Luis and Alyssa and the entire Crew are so professional again this company was very Honest, Reputable, Hardworking and most of all they listen to our needs. One time our water spigot started leaking or spouting and we have this Project Group Text that they set up for us, all we do is text and within a few minutes David one of the owners showed up and turned it off while we were gone. They installed a water spigot that is easy for us to reach. They finished our Irrigation system along with installing a Rain Bird timer. It's hard to find a good honest company with Integrity but this company has it. Remember the company with the Initials SL think of S = a hard rock. Well... we had 3 bids which included backyard and front yard. When I called SL company and explained change of plans not doing the backyard she said oh, well that changes your front yard quote by 8 - 10% I was livid are you kidding me? No, it changes your price, the Lord quickly had me shut the door on this company bad feelings from the time I contacted them had to do measurements and photos. When the guy showed up,from SL, I told him you're young but you are passing on small jobs because you don't have time, let me tell you something passing on small job could lead you to something bigger, he was cordial and what was funny was after I went into the house he took measurements. When during our conversation I said how can you bid without taking measurements he replied because I've been doing this a long time really you're not even 40 Years old. D&I I contacted them to not include our backyard sent me a new quote penny for penny they just took off the back yard quote the front yard stayed the same. Honesty and Integrity goes a long way plus they don't charge us for a Porta Potty as SL did on our quote $250 for a Porta Potty folks she said unless you want the crew into your house to potty. I did let our Painters use our restroom which is fine they're in our house anyway and they were so professional and kind to us. To each its own. Looking for good Quality Work, a company with Honesty, Interity and a great ideas on your Landscaping this is the company and we had Carpenter Bees in one of our Post. But small claims court is limited to $10K vs actual cost to replace of $13k+, plus the hassle to do this twice, plus all the harassment and law enforcement calls, and the headaches, and the jackhammer and concrete saw noise and dust, and the time to prep and take this to court.
