Exceptional service. Definitely recommend. Our drainage clogged and water backed up in all bathrooms. Called a few plumbing companies at 9am. All-Pro plumbing picked up the call after 2 rings and said they could come same day between 11am - 1pm. Ifran showed up at 12pm and snaked for an hour, and concluded that the sewer line from our house to the street is blocked by tree roots and the whole 20ft sewer line needed to be replaced. Ifran didn't charge for the snake ($289) because the problem wasn't fixed. The amazing part was that they were able to do the replacement the next day! Last year we had a problem with a leak and we were very happy with their service. We called them last Friday for a toilet plumbing issue. Had All Pro Plumbing to replace a gas pipe. During the job they advised to install an earthquake valve and I followed the advise and paid extra $400. In the following months, the valve frequently shut the gas (false alarm) about twice a month, which made us having to reignite all pilot lights for the water heater and furnaces each time. It has become a huge headache. Contact the company for multiple times without being able to get a hold of them to inspect or repair. They stopped to reply at some point. Had to hire another plumber to remove the whole thing and re-plumbed the gas main to resolve the problem. The reason of false shut-offs might because of improper installation (not vertically straight) in the opinion of the new plumber. read more

I'm pretty disappointed with my overall experience with All Pro Plumbing. The situation: We saw discoloration on the ceiling of one of our bedrooms, and there is a bathroom above that room, so we called All Pro Plumbing. They answered quickly and came out quickly, and based on their assessment, Ifran believed it was most likely the wax ring on the upstairs toilet. He got the parts and did the work quickly, cost wasn't too high, which was great. We were happy at that point. about 2 weeks later, we noticed that the ceiling sheetrock seemed wet again, so we called All Pro Plumbing back, and Ifran honored the warranty and came out. He cut a hole in the ceiling and determined that there was in fact no plumbing in that area, and he told us because they "misdiagnosed" the issue, they would provide us a full refund for the amount that we paid 2 weeks ago. At that point, I'm still happy because that is very fair and honorable of the business. He told us to call his dispatch team in 1 week if we didn't hear back from them. 1 week passes by, we didn't hear anything, waited another day and then decided to call All Pro Plumbing to ask about the refund. I get no answer, so figured they were busy, so I hung up. Called again later in the day, still no answer, and left a voicemail for the dispatch team about the situation and the promised refund. I didn't get any reply back to the voicemail so i tried again the next day. Still no reply and still waiting for our promised refund. I'm giving this a 2 star instead of 1 because Ifran was professional when he was onsite ... I don't post many Yelp reviews but knew that I had to for Ifran / All Pro Plumbing because of his awesome service. Our shower faucet broke and we couldn't shut off the shower water on a late Sunday night. My husband couldn't fix the problem and didn't know where the main water valve was to shut off the water. We first called two other plumbing services, one who couldn't help us and the other that said it would be at least four hours before someone could come out, even though they advertised themselves as a 24 hour emergency service. When I next called All Pro Plumbing (sometime after 11pm by now), Ifran answered and assessed our problem over the phone and then said he could be over in 15 minutes. Here was a true 24 hour service! I was already feeling beyond grateful at this point because the water had been running nonstop for awhile and we desperately wanted to fix the problem. When Ifran showed up, I was even more impressed. He was super professional, courteous, and polite. He showed us where to turn off our main water supply and then turned it off so that he could assess the shower valve. He was able to provide us a replacement shower valve, on top of explaining what the problem had been. He recommended coming back in two days to actually replace it so that everything could dry off first. I had no problem scheduling the follow up appointment with him and on the day of, he was prompt and super efficient. I've dealt with other contractors and plumbing services who never show up when they say they will so I really appreciated the timeliness. I've called Ifran twice and both times he was very responsive over text, showed up on time, wore mask, and was very professional. First time, it was my kitchen drain pipe that was clogged. Ifran fixed the issue very quickly. He charged me regular rate even though initially I had agreed to a higher emergency rate (I ended up making just a regular appt, and didn't ask him for new price... he himself adjusted it). Second time, I called him for an outdoor drain clog. He spent quite some time trying to clear the drain but found that there were tree roots that had broken into the clay pipe. Finally found an amazing plumbing service in the bay!!!! HONESTY There are some jobs that are very straightforward. I provide the information and pictures, yet no one can give a quote unless they "come out in person". Meaning they need to come out, size up your location & house, size up your expertise in plumbing, then provide the maximum cost they think they will be able to get away with. Ifran - not the case. He looks at the job, looks at the hours it is going to take, then gives a fair estimate (with the obvious disclaimer that if something comes up beyond the scope, it could cost more). I understand some jobs you have to come out to estimate, but there are some where you could easily determine the job scope. My situation, I had a sewage ejector pump in a basin that stopped working. I sent a picture of the piping and setup. I had a new Zoeller pump and solid state switch ready to swap out the old setup. RESPONSIVE Ifran was very quick to reply and provide answers. No waiting days, or hours to hear back. Shows up ON TIME and when he said he would. KNOWLEDGEABLE We had a plumbing service install tubs and drains in both our boys rooms. Same tubs, same drains. One drain would not function properly. After multiple calls to old plumbers, who put new drain in, fiddled with it, they just gave up and scratched their heads. While Ifran was here, I asked if he could take a look at it. He had experience with the drain setup, knew about a set screw that could be adjusted, and dialed in the drain to function properly - and did it free of charge! My wife and I were so excited! DOES THE JOB RIGHT I do a lot of research on parts and I've done a bit of plumbing myself. Not being a plumber, I've done a better job at installs and attention to detail than most "professionals" that come out. With Ifran, he took the time and did things right. Everything he performed was done correctly, and he also didnt blast out of here when done. He took the time to pressure test and review everything worked properly before leaving.
