We needed to repipe about 50% of our house that had original galvanized steel from the 1940s. Julio gave us a thorough estimate. The price was not the rock bottom lowest but fair considering the reputation of his company. Our house has a limited crawl space so the plumbing is not easy to access. Chris and crew did a very good job of installing everything very efficiently. They did troubleshooting on the hot water heater pilot and replaced a toilet fill value until everything was working correctly. The drywall team came a few days later and did a good job. The inspector said everything looked good. We were informed at the end of the job that our hot water may look brown for a day or so due to sentiment that needed to settle. That corrected in about a day. Also, our drinking water may not taste good for 4-5 days due to the soldering materials used in the repipe job. In fact, our water had a unpleasant taste for about 6 days. But some aggressive cold water use flushed out the system and water taste became normal. It may have been helpful to know about the water taste prior to the job so we could have stocked up on bottled water until the tap water tasted OK. read more

I highly recommend All Pro Repipe for your repipe and plumbing work. I am doing some work in my kitchen and we found out that all the pipes under the house are rusted and ready to burst. Julio came and did the estimate. He was honest and very thoroughly with his evaluation. He found additional issues and gave us options. Strongly recommend Julio and his team at All Pro Repipe for value and professional service. I hired them for a copper repipe of my townhouse, both inside the house as well as to the meter. As it was a 2 floor home with no crawlspace, all pipes were behind walls and so it included more than average opening up of sheetrock and so that repair was also a big component. After taking quotes from 6 firms (4 repipe specialists including All Pro, and 2 general plumbers), I decided to go with All Pro cause they were not just comparable to the lowest bids, but they took ownership for the sheet rock repair too. While most others would tell me I have to hire someone else for that portion, Julio gave me an all in price by sub-contracting someone who also did a great job. Juliio was extremely courteous throughout the project, and was flexible to address things such as installing a new faucet I provided, or installing a grounding rod to satisfy the inspector (I suspect most other firms would have said that I would have to pay extra for it). The repiping work was scheduled for 2 days (install new pipes, repair sheetrock) with an inspection after each work. Yes, due to inspection scheduling challenges, and the repair effort taking slightly longer than estimated, there was some extended inconvenience, but when everything else is considered it was not material. It has been 6 months since the job was completed and not a single issue. Hiring All Pro Repipe has been the best decision I have taken for any home repairs ... the five starts dont do justice to recommend them strong enough! P.S: You might notice that there are not as many yelp reviews as some other Repipe specialists have, but this is cause the firm is relatively newer. I had slight hesitation originally due to this context, but it was inadvertently addressed by one of their top competitors. When one of the larger repipe specialists who has 4 times the reviews and also highly rated, came by to provide me a quote, he saw Julio leaving at that time. He knew his quote would be much higher than Julio's so to rationalize it he said while Julio was a great repipe professional while working for them for many years Julio's firm and team is newer. So, I bet on a professional who decided to start his own firm after gaining years of experience at a top firm in this space, and it paid off. read more

I heard of All Pro Repipe from a friend. My friend strongly recommended this company and now after repiping all the pipes with them, I feel so lucky that my friend recommended this repipe company to me. The condition of pipes in our new purchased house was much worse than we thought. Some hot pipes under the slab were leaking and it was not clear where the leak part is. So we took Julio's suggestion to at least repipe the under-ground part. We also asked another repipe company for quote, just for comparison. This company explained a lot about how hard this work would be and rejected to give a quote before we hire someone to open the ceiling. Julio's team is different. He came to inspect the house and gave several prices depending on how many places we want to repipe. He explained the material and warranty to us and the quote is in our expectation. Julio came in for the quote from All pro repipe and told me that he would provide a good quote upfront rather than quote high and then offer discounts. It worked out exactly that way. Early this year we had a significant leak issue on our property and we were desperately trying to find someone to help us fix it. It's an older home with a good sized crawl space but a few plumbers that we spoke to before refused to even bother figure out where the leak is.. We ended up in a weekend, making us wonder what to do next. Luckily, found All Pro on yelp and gave it a shot!! They repiped the main water line, replaced our old pipes with PEX, replaced our old water heater with a tankless water heater and installed a dedicated gas line. Came in the morning, left in the evening and the job was done. As an added bonus they left the house as tidy as they entered it! All Pro Repipe completed our re-piping project and installed our new water heater in one day! We followed up a couple of weeks later by having them replace the drains under the 60-year-old house. They do quality work and make every effort to keep things clean during a dusty project. I was impressed with how much they covered our floors and even some furniture with plastic or tarps. When the job was done, they did a thorough job of cleaning up and hauling the old pipes away. There were four men doing the work - all conscientious, hard workers who are polite as well as efficient. We had procrastinated getting re-piping done, thinking the tile walls in at least one of our showers would have to be torn out in order to put in the new pipes. All Pro's technique allowed for doing the job with only a few sheet rock holes which they made sure were patched once the plumbing work had been completed. The new chrome piece behind the new shower faucet looks great and covers the previous faucet handle holes very well. Hooray for ingenuity! This project has become one of those "Why didn't we do this before?" projects. The water coming from the tap is clear now, the water pressure is much better, and the additional improvements Christopher suggested are great. In the past I've hired various contractors to do work on my house and I would have to say All Pro Repipe was one of the best. Both Julio and Christopher did a great job for us. This is an outstanding company! I found them on the internet while looking for a company to replace the galvanized pipe in my house in Newark. They had a very high rating and looked like a company I could trust. Julio came out to give an estimate and after a thorough survey of my house he provided a very reasonable estimate. He was very good at explaining my options and the differences in price. He told me that his crew could get the job done in one day which I really liked since the other company I was looking at told me it would take 2 weekends. When they arrived they went right to work getting the pipes replaced. One thing that really impressed me was that after digging and finding that my pipe to the city supply was already copper and in good shape, Julio told me that it didn't need to be replaced unless I really wanted it.
