This will be my go-to company if I need any trenchless plumbing work. Lowest price I could find with great quality of work. Philipe is thoughtful, can come up with solutions other plumbers didn't think of and also transparent about all the congs and pros of each solutions. Eventually I asked them to go with the long term maintenance-free solution so they laid 100ft sewage pipe for me from backyard with very reasonable price. Also worth to mention that the sewage outlet from my mobile home shipped from china was not a standard one, which other plumbers complained to be troublesome. Philipe made the connection clean and beautiful without a word. Finally upon finishing the pipeline, they recovered the surface to its original shape if not better. read more

Felipe. Just FYI. After each passing storm, I always run downstairs to check and make sure everything is OK. It's always such a wonderful feeling of relief when I see everything dry as a bone! However, I went down today to check again after the storm a day ago, and ... while there's no water flowing down from the rock foundation into my basement like we discovered last time ... it's clear that some water has seeped into the dirt in that same area. You can see two dark spots where water has come in ... the soil being wet and moist ... but again ... no water flowing from those areas. The basement floor is still dry, so no water has seeped down from those spots. Maybe this is normal, and it will never get any worse? But I thought I'd run it by you, in case it's a signal of some kind that it could get worse with the coming forecasted storms this week. I sure hope not! read more

We had a leak in the main water line from the city source to the house--large puddle atop our asphalt driveway. As the main water line had been replaced 7 years prior but was no longer under warranty--the Moor group was prompt, efficient and economical--with a much better warranty than the last group. The trenchless approach meant that the asphalt did not have to be dug up or replaced for the new line to be placed which minimized the intrusion of the repair. Kudos all around!! read more

I had a sewer back up that needed immediate attention and Felipe was able to come within a couple hours to fix the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable, provided a fair estimate on the phone. When he snaked the sewer line, he also took the the time to put a camera down the pipe and show me the tree roots that were the issue. He gave me a few options for a short term & long term solution. The gas line to our fire pit and BBQ in the backyard had a leak and PG&E came out to disconnect and shut off the line at a rental property in Los Gatos. We got multiple quotes for repairing or replacing the line but many of the companies that came out wanted to dig up our walkway and damage our hardscape. We called Moor Plumbing solutions and Felipe gave us a more reasonable and less disruptive solution to installing a new gas line. One of our toilets was backed up so we called a plumber. We paid hundreds of dollars to scope the line and was given a choice to pipe burst the line for thousands more or mill it for a temporary fix. The house is 50 years old and is on the coast, so pipes take a beating. We had previously replaced part of the line outside, and after scoping the whole line, we decided to pipe burst the remaining 50 feet under the sidewalk & driveway. We were quoted thousands of dollars by 2 other companies. A neighbor gave us the number for a 3rd opinion - Moor plumbing solutions, which is a newer company, but the owner, Felipe, has years of experience. He came out and gave us lots of great information, scoped the line again for free to be sure that was the best way to address the issue, and gave us an extremely fair price!The job was done professionally, super clean, and they took care of us when we needed it.
