I live in an older home (1950s-1960s) so clogged pipes are a problem and they've always done a great job on them. I also appreciated that they've made good suggestions when I've mentioned the cost of upgrading my plumbing and offered me options that made the cost more within reach. For the last call, a regular cleaning could have caused damage to the sewer line which was breaking and was full of roots, so they water-flushed the blockage instead to get the water moving and I realized, it was time to replace the sewer line before it was too late. I received a discount as a repeat customer. The whole process took less than two days. Mike and Anatoliy came out to do the work. They covered the ground with tarps to minimize cleanup later, digging was a few feet deep but confined to the location of the line, narrow to the point that they saved a favorite rose bush that I was supposed to dig out. I appreciated seeing part of the removal process and the explanation of the original sewer material, how it was installed and how that eventually led to the wear. The work on day one didn't take that long and the pipe was installed and the cleanouts were upgraded to current standards. I have been really skeptical of all HVAC companies in the past 5 years. I have been burned by so many HVAC techs and wasted so much money. 4 different companies went through with different shadiness levels giving me different answers for the same HVAC issue. Every company kept telling me my freon was low and i most likely had a leak. One company even told me to just replace my brand new system cause "it was from China" The Jaguar tech (Jeff) definitely gave me some disappointed head shakes at previous work but was the only one to truly put his head down, work, and diagnose the root cause of the issue. He checked every part of the system before he gave me an answer on what he believed was wrong. After the diagnosis he detailed every part of the HVAC unit (and attic unit) and explained to me what he was looking for, what he found, and what he believed was the answer. I never felt like he was up-selling me. It wasn't even a freon issue to begin with and the filter drier needed to be replaced. After another visit and a 4 hour procedure my HVAC unit has been running smoothly all Summer 2026. I will seriously only call this company from now on.
