I noticed that a lot of people mentioned counter service, at dinner, they have full service and overall, the servers were friendly and attentive. We shared the salad which was large enough for the six of us. Me and my partner shared the ceviche and the braised pork shoulder. All of the food was excellent, I especially loved the pork. As the sun went down, the patio was lit up with candles. It was such a cozy and relaxing environment and kept thinking that I could sit there and sip wine for hours. Lots of patio seating with shade to enjoy the sunny LA weather. Everyone had great meals. The fried fish plate had generous salad AND fries. The fish was so nicely battered with a light panko breading. I had a delicious pulled pork bowl with just the right amount of "heat". The cheese sandwich was delish; the bread was awesome. I enjoyed some kate salad and I don't even really like kale! The dirty dishes were cleaned off promptly by very nice staff. You order at the desk and they bring the food to your table. Tonight my friend and I wanted to catch up over a warm drink and some dessert and I suggested All Time so we made our way there. We both ordered teas and wanted to share the pistachio bon bons. Our server Abby started off normal but her customer service rapidly deteriorated. I'm not sure if it's because we didn't order a full course meal or what her deal was but when she brought out the dessert she didn't even give us utensils, napkins or a plate. We weren't there for very long but it bothered me that she didn't bother asking us if everything was ok nor asked if we liked what we had ordered and just dropped off the check before we could ask for it. It's pretty standard to check in with how someone's order is before leaving the check -- just in case they want to add something else before paying or what have you but nope. Once she noticed I put card down she brought out the card reader and she STILL didn't bother asking how was everything, say thank you or tell us to enjoy our evening. Honestly, VERY disappointing experience and one of the worst waitresses I've had in a WHILE. I don't expect the royal treatment or for a server to bend over backwards for me but I also expect to be shown common courtesy when I'm giving a restaurant my business. Ok, first of all DEEEE-LISH! Ambiance is moody low lighting perfect for dinner gossip with friends over wine. Service and staff is attentive and so helpful. NOTHING on the menu is less than amazing. If you're planning a birthday dinner, I strongly recommend choosing another restaurant. This is not the place for a special celebration. When making our reservation, we noted that members of our party have allergies to shellfish and mushrooms. However, once seated, we were told that no substitutions or modifications could be made... even though the menu suggests otherwise. For example: the half chicken dish contained mushrooms and no alternative/adjustment was offered. Additionally, another guest asked whether the fingerling potatoes from the fish dish could be added to the steak entree. The waitress responded, "Not to sound ignorant, but it's just fish, right?" The guest then clarified that she has a shellfish and fish allergy, at which point the waitress recognized the seriousness of the concern. One member of our party also ordered a steak medium-well but it arrived on the rarer side. While the mistake was acknowledged, re-cooking the steak took about 20 additional minutes...which delayed the meal. At one point, we waited some time for a Coke, and another waitress eventually checked in to see if we needed anything further. At the beginning of the evening, the hostess mentioned to our waitress that we were celebrating a birthday. Toward the end of the meal, the waitress said she had "just found out" and offered to comp the wine due to the steak issue, explaining that no dessert had been ordered. While we appreciated the gesture, it didn't fully make up for the overall experience. A birthday is a special occasion that can't be redone. My best friend (who had previously enjoyed brunch here and was really looking forward to her birthday dinner) left feeling disappointed. It was our visit to All Time, we always see the brunch lines so decided to stop by for dinner and it was so fantastic. We came around 8pm on a Saturday without a reservation and were greeted by a friendly host and promptly seated at the bar. Big plus to the bar seats was the high backs on the bar stools, very comfy! Our server, who I think is the somm? If not, she was extremely knowledgeable about the wines and super kind and helpful and made us feel at home! I was indecisive around the bottle we wanted to share and she patiently talked me through several different options before landing on a perfect choice. The Steak for One was cooked perfectly, even better than some recent steakhouses. Medium rare, juicy, tender enough I didn't need a steak knife. 12/10. Lamb Ragu Cavatelli was savory and pleasant with proper bites of lamb and a rich yet not overwhelming sauce. My husband absolutely loved this dish! I parked a few blocks down but there seemed to be lots of street parking and an Albertsons nearby if you really need to park somewhere. They allow dogs so we brought ours. Absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. I live in NY and am used to good service and I never write bad reviews unless there is something seriously wrong. So first off, they don't put the "market menu" online for a reason. They charge $42 for a bowl of pasta and $40+ for a cabbage and bean dish. For those prices, I expect a high level of service. But no they had appalling customer service -- I went with my disabled grandmother and we were made to wait 30 minutes when they had a fully open section in the back - which fine, whatever, waiting happens but the service whilst we waited was almost none existent. We then had the moodiest server but despite that, we ordered tons of food. Their tiny shitty IKEA outdoor tables couldn't accommodate that much food for 4 people, so we moved over an empty nearby table to make ours bigger (again, we had our disabled grandma with us who needed more room than 1ft of space). We would never do that typically but it was 9:30pm on a Monday and we were in a section with 10 open tables as it was closed off. The manager immediately came over and said I'm sorry you can't move tables around because we "need to protect the space" which was so laughable because the space isn't beautiful, it looks like a literal shack with cheap furniture. I felt like I was in a bad episode of "I Love LA" and we were making a joke about the pretentious LA service industry. If we had one more person at our table we could've moved the table though - so tell me how that makes any sense. They don't know what customer service looks like if it slapped them in the face-- this is coming from a former server. We immediately left and will never return. Instead, we waited over 30 minutes to be seated while they insisted our stroller "just wouldn't fit anywhere." When they finally brought us to a table, it was... surprise! A completely reasonable, spacious room where the stroller fit just fine. When I mentioned that -- thinking maybe we wouldn't have to hold a baby through the entire meal -- a man who seemed to be staff (manager? owner? aggressive random?) came over and yelled at me, saying I "needed to respect the restaurant's rules." No explanation, just a condescending, hostile outburst. I said we'd leave -- because at that point, who wants to stay? -- and as we were walking out, he continued yelling at me in front of my family and the entire restaurant. And yes, I told him "fuck you" on the way out. I absolutely did. Not proud of it, but I'm not going to let some guy scream at me in front of my kids and pretend that's acceptable behavior from anyone, let alone someone in hospitality. The wine was good. The treatment was not. If you're bringing kids or expect to be treated like a human being, skip All Time and go somewhere that remembers restaurants are about service -- not ego. read more

Came here for brunch on a trip to LA and loved it. The ambiance was by far the best part of the experience, with beautiful garden seating and an open air design. The food itself was also great, though not mind blowing. The crispy rice was favorite of all the dishes ordered at our table, but the breakfast sandwich was good as was the B.O.A.T. Were I be able to return, I would probably get the crispy rice or B.O.A.T as they were a little more interesting and unique compared to the breakfast sandwich with was delicious but a little more standard. Service was great and attentive, and we didn't wait too long for our food. Overall awesome spot for brunch with friends, especially on a nice day.
