Steak sandwich + Chilaquiles + Lavender Lemonade
    Felipe G.

Hits in all areas. Great ambiance. Lush greenery and very cool backyard vibe. The decor is great. Very warm and inviting. The host welcomed us and gave us some great recommendations. I ordered the steak sandwich and my wife got the chilaquiles. Both were phenomenal. I really enjoyed my steak sandwich. The chimichurri was spot on. Felt like it just kept getting better as I ate more. Every bite was better than the last. My wife also ordered the lavender lemonade. Subtle lavender flavor. It was perfect. I told my friends about it as soon as we wrapped up our lunch. We'll for sure be coming back soon.

This place had the most fire salmon bowl ever. I actually ate up every crumb because the salmon and salad part were both so flavorful and I would so go back for it. Really cute nice half outdoor brunch vibe though. P.S. I think I would've given this a 4/5, but I saw dev patel here so it gets an extra star

Their breakfast burrito is so yum!!! The eggs are soo fluffy and there is the perfect ratio of everything!! Very filling as well even for my boyfriend who eats a lot.

Good ass salad and fish tacos are amazing. Their house made hot sauce is bomb on the tacos. Ambiance is really nice especially the outdoor patio area. The front also gave us a bonus birthday cookie!

Yummies. Got the crispy rice bowl with salmon and it was delish. Salmon had a nice crispy skin and the hot sauce was a great combination. Rice wasn't super crispy but good enough. I ended up mixing it all together like bibimbap and it was fab. Matcha americano was nice as well.

Get the salmon bowl. You won't regret it!!! This was my first time eating here and I will definitely be back for this dish alone, but would also love to try some other things.

Went here for dinner and wow I was impressed. It was definitely super pricey but the food was great. I really enjoyed the beet salad, steak, gnocchi, French onion bread, and sticky toffee pudding. Everything was packed with so much flavor. Can't wait to try their brunch menu

It is a small quaint little place. The tables and chairs aren't the best but it's part of its character. The menu is minimal and their wine list has a lot to select from. The staff were pretty pleasant. I made reservations for 5:30 before heading to the Greek theater. It is very casual and not much to select from. I got the burrata which was tasty and a good size to share with one person, more like an appetizer. My daughter got the gnocchi which was a good portion. I had debated between their steak and burrata. I liked what I picked. I tried a blend for the wine which was pricey and when it was served it was too cold! Didn't love it at $19/gl! I asked one of the hostess about the distance to a parking structure and she was kinda short with me so that was not the best encounter and I'm not familiar with her area. Would I go back? Yeah I would! I'd rate it a 3.5

After seeing the dessert menu while going for brunch a few days prior, I had to come back! Me and a friend came just for dessert and had the sticky toffee (gluten free). It was so good! The vibe at night was so cool. Dim lighting, good music, everyone's conversation in the background, so cute for an intimate dinner.

Delicious breakfast burrito with hefty goodness! Egg, bacon, potatoes, avocado...yum! A bit on the greasy side, but still one of my favorite breakfast burritos. Ordered a side of potatoes and they were crispy and tasty! Easy and kind pick up service with a very busy dine-in ambiance.

Delicious food like the burrata, beet salad and sea bass, yummy wine selection, attentive service- lovely atmosphere. A wonderful dining experience overall!

The Whole Fish (Delicious) + White Wine
    Maral C.

We reserved a table outdoors and it was absolutely charming, felt like a little fairytale garden I ordered a glass of white wine and "The Whole Fish" (branzino), which was beautifully marinated and packed with flavor. It was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. It came with crispy rice, which had great flavor but was a bit too thick and crunchy for my taste, hard to chew in some bites. I'd love to see a lighter smaller version of it with more veggies to balance things out. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. Can't wait to go back, try more of the menu, and soak in more time on that charming patio!

The space is beautiful - like walking into a secret garden. You'd never know you were even in Los Angeles here. Unfortunately, our host sat us next to a table of loud children. This was not ideal for a romantic date night. I also didn't care for the tartness or tamarind on the different dishes we got. And the prices were very high. I presume that's to help afford rent in such a posh part of town. The tostada was nice. And I did really enjoy the brownie-style dessert we got - super flavorful but surprisingly light cake layered with decadent cream and generous drizzles of caramel.

Outdoor patio seating is great, and reminds of eating outdoors in a European cafe. Indoor seating is a little cramped if you're at one of the tables, which also sort of mimics European cafes. My one small knock on this restaurant is the service has been inconsistent. Couple times our waiter was great, but a couple times it was hard to flag them down, they didn't space out the dishes very well as the appetizers and entrees all came out the same time, or they forgot to bring water when we asked for it. Small things to complain about overall though.
