Millie's on Sunset is one of those classic LA spots that delivers exactly what you want on a chill morning. The chilaquiles were legit ..crispy tortillas, perfectly scrambled eggs, that spicy salsa soaking in just right, and all the fresh ingredients. . We also got the French toast with fruit, and it was great: thick slices that were soft inside, topped with fresh berries and banana. Definitely recommended!

So yummy! Service was incredibly friendly and quick! We were seated immediately. Plenty of outside seating, located on the sidewalk. I'm pretty picky with my matcha and was pleasantly surprised. The pistachio matcha (whole milk) was so tasty, would definitely order again (almost too sweet maybe ask for less sweetened). The chai latte (whole milk) was okay not the best but not bad! We ordered the Chicken & Waffles, Strawberry Banana Nutella Waffles. The waffles themselves were so yummy, great quality. The chicken was juicy & tender. Would definitely recommend and come back for a solid brunch. They also have a vegan menu!

The exact same as the Pasadena location, but slightly less nice outside seating area since it's on the very crowded street of Sunset. Still not the biggest fan because it's very overpriced breakfast food and the food isn't even the best breakfast food (I make better eggs at home...). Service is super fast though!

Your go-to Silver Lake brunch spot with an upscale diner vibe. Most of the seating is at tables on the sidewalk. The staff moves a line like nothing you've ever seen before. You won't wait long to get seated. The menu is HUGE, and there are so many vegan and gluten-free options, including pancakes and waffles. The portions are massive, and everything's delicious. Hungover? Go here. Fam in town? Go here. Catching up with friends? Go here. Just want a fat omelette quickly? Go here. They've got you no matter what.

Street parking was a bit of a hot mess, but the place was cute, and it was a fun spot to catch up with my friend I hadn't seen in a while! I started off with a latte. I don't remember what kind, but it was pretty good. I went with a LOX plate for breakfast while my friend got a full breakfast plate situation. My LOX was extremely basic, but got the job done. They don't really put much into making the plates look aesthetic, lol, but like I said, they did the job! It's very upbeat and social, so I wouldn't come if you're looking for quiet or to study. The workers were friendly. I probably wouldn't go back, but it was decent. I think the best part about the restaurant for me was how quick we got our food and also how cute the outdoor seating is. If they put a little more effort into the food, I may double back!

Wow !!!! This place is amazing. The food was 10/10. Quality, my taste buds were jumping for happiness lol. The service was amazing. We came in on a Friday afternoon, sat down quickly, and the food came out relatively fast even though the restaurant did look pretty cool so I'm happy about that. Everything was amazing. We also ordered one of the lattes and it tasted very good. Everyone is very friendly. The staff is very attentive. We for sure will be coming back. Glad I found this spot.

    USUAL BREAKFAST COMBO

Overall, we had a pleasant experience at Millie's cafe! I ordered the usual breakfast combo with a waffle along with a matcha pistachio latte! The matcha pistachio latte was ok. It tasted mainly like milk and pistachio syrup with a hint of matcha. I would skip on ordering that. The usual breakfast combo was decent! The eggs and sausage were yummy! Potatoes were somewhat crispy as well. The waffle was mediocre. It was too batter heavy and tasted more like a pancake than a waffle. Would skip on the waffle and order a pancake instead. Service was excellent. The servers were attentive and met our requests quickly. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. We were seated outdoors and there were plenty of umbrellas that provided shade. As several others have mentioned, parking is tricky. You will need to find street parking and it is located on a very busy street. I parked close by to the cafe in the neighborhood and walked over.

Popular breakfast spot with good vibes in Silverlake. My friend recommended it so We came here on a Sunday morning it and it was packed with a long line, but they were moving pretty quick so we only waited about 15 minutes for a table for 3. They have a large menu with lots of options (including many vegan options!), and I decided with the Millies Style Breakfast burrito with rosemary potatoes on the side. It was soo tasty, and the service was amazing! Their prices are on the higher side, but they had good portion sizes. I will be back. Definitely recommend coming here for brunch, just be prepared to wait a bit.

Relatively chaotic eating at the diner inside. Everything tastes fine, frankly, it's impressive how many orders they are able to churn out. Most of it tastes like Sysco food. I feel like I could make any of it at home. Pancakes were probably the best. Dialogue is a better option. Cafe Los Feliz is the best alternative 3 mins away.

Line of depression waiting to happen

Food: My omelette wasn't actually an omelette. I think they use less eggs to save money which in turn make it so the bottom part of the omelette doesn't have eggs only a layer of eggs on top. Too expensive for what it is. Coffee: I ordered a flat white, got a latte, I understand that this isn't a specialty coffee spot but It would've been a a nice addition if it was good. Service: Their main goal is to get you in and out as quick as humanely possible. Check was given before even halfway done eating. Asking if I need a box while my fork is still in hand. I don't need amazing service, I understand it's a diner but at least let the guests finish their food without feeling rushed and they have to take the food home to finish eating. Ambiance Music was bad for conversation. You also have a line of people watching and waiting for you to finish if that bothers you. Overall Don't waste your time or money here. I would not come back. I imagine d this place would be nightmare fuel if I was hungover which is what I like to go to diner for.

    Chilaquiles Benedict
    Ai H.

Customer service is incredible here, they're so nice and helpful. The seatings are outside, and there's a bathroom for customers inside. Parking can be hard since it's metered, but I was able to get one in the residential area to the right of the restaurant if facing it. The food itself was a good 3.5/5 overall, not anything amazing or something I'd come back for in my opinion. My blueberry matcha tasted like a blue raspberry jolly rancher but the pistachio matcha was good. I thought the chilaquiles Benedict was lacking flavor despite all the sauce. The French toast was a 5/5 tho! And the usual classic, it's a usual so it was good. Didn't take pics of the other foods sadly, but they did look good.

    DEVILS MESS
    Alexis R.

My brother and I stopped in for breakfast yesterday and had such a great experience. We sat at the bar so we could watch the cooks in action, which was honestly really fun because everything coming out of the kitchen looked incredible. The food came out super fast and everything was packed with flavor. The staff were also extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I ordered a dirty chai with oat milk and it was *chef's kiss*. For food, I got the chilaquiles Benedict -- definitely on the spicy side (I'm sensitive to spicy food though), but so delicious. My brother ordered the Devil's Mess and it was incredibly flavorful as well. Portions were huge, so you definitely get your money's worth. My brother also got the Blue Majik Latte and liked that as well. They also have a really wide variety of options on the menu, so there's something for everyone. Between the great food, fast service, and welcoming atmosphere, we'll definitely be back.

FAMOUS BREAKFAST BURRITO with Turkey bacon
    Jeffrey R.

This burrito was bomb as heck. It's one of the best breakfast burritos I've had to date. The tater tots were the absolute best. They were so crunchy. It made the burrito. The service was great, and that wait wasn't the worst. The line looks pretty long but it gets moving quick. It's a busy street with a busy restaurant. It's worth the hype.

During a…read morelazy afternoon after visiting the Pantheon in Rome, we had our first experience with All'Antico after taking a 5 minute walk down the road. They actually had 2 separate locations flanking the pedestrian road, so there were two long lines snaking out in opposite directions. While we were waiting in line, we bumped into a couple from Spain who were also visiting. They gave my wife some personal recommendations, advising we get the blood orange soda with our sandwiches. After getting said sandwiches (the La Paradiso), we nibbled on them while walking to Sant'Ignazio of Loyola Church, which is that cathedral where there's a mirror directed up towards the murals on the ceiling and a huge selfie line. Hot damn were those sandwiches good. The thinly sliced mortadella paired perfectly with that buttery, green pistachio spread. The only challenge for my taste buds was the mild oral trauma I sustained from punching through the crispy bread; your gums started to feel it by the time you devoured your sandwich. But we liked it so much that when we later took the train to Florence, we sought All'Antico again at their original location. I thought that would be my last experience with All'Antico (unless, of course, I came back to Italy). So imagine my surprise when later that year I heard All'Antico had coincidentally opened a branch in Los Angeles, although rather awkwardly situated in Koreantown. Even though we live 30 minutes away, we made the drive immediately. There was no way this remote All'Antico location, thousands of miles from Italy, would live up to the experience I had in Rome earlier that year. But I was mistaken. Not only is the taste spot on, but the bread they serve is actually chewier and removed the gum calisthenics I suffered in Italy. And yes, they also have the blood orange soda as well. It's a little weird their location is in Koreatown, but not a big deal; we'll usually do a bingsu run afterward. Just like their locations in Italy, All'Antico is small but they do have a small collection of bar seats, some of which overlook the staff as they're making your sandwich. Be mentally prepared though to take it to go depending on how busy it is. Parking sucks too; there's street parking only, but if you come on Sunday you don't have to pay. Every so often now, we'll make the 30 minute drive just to relive that slice of Italy we experienced nearly 2 years ago. Thankfully, not a lot of people recognize how good this place is yet, as the lines aren't crazy long like they are in Italy. For all the other Yelpers in on it too, let's keep it our little secret for now.

Lunch rush came around 1:30pm. The workers were kind and helpful, each working diligently to complete everyone's order timely. I ordered the Mamma Mia, Dante, New Yorker--with Dante coming out as my fav. Shoutout to their truffle sauce, light yet not overbearing! Loved to see how they only use focaccia that just come out of the oven, and they cut your sandwich's meat from the meat hunk on an order basis. Very fresh, never greasy. I thought the Dante and Mamma Mia could improve by adding just one more ingredient as a cherry on top, like a sort of nut (walnuts, pine nuts) or something that helps the sandwich spark. Would love to see a bit more arugula too. No public bathroom--closest one is probably Hmart across the street (needs a code). Parking is metered, but there's free neighborhood parking 1-2 blocks away if you're able to find a spot. There's a few seats (5-6) and a standing bar around the perimeter of the store. Also, the drinks are money but you can ask for a water cup for free.

Hey Dodgers fans... Looking for a great spot before, during, after every Dodgers Home & Away game?…read more then you got to check out LaSorted's! Chicken wings, pizza, focaccia sandwiches, beer, wine, and a friendly staff makes this a perfect spot for everyone. Located on Broadway, in Chinatown near Dodgers Stadium, LaSorted's isn't just a "Dodgers Joint"! It's a family friendly (dogs too) kinda of place that everyone wished they had in their own neighborhood. Opened a few years ago by Tommy Brockert, an accomplished photographer and avid consumer of wings and pizza, LaSorted's has the feel of a Dodgers Hangout, mixed together with a little Rock-n-Roll nostalgia. Beside Tommy and his team, the real stars of LaSorted's is the food. Wings are outstanding and come in several flavors. We tried the Garlic Parm, Lemon Pepper (with clarified butter), and Buffalo Lemon Pepper wings and candidly, we couldn't ranked them as they were all very tasty. Good size wings that were seasoned and cooked to perfection. Although I wanted to try the mortadella with pistachio, burrata, pistachio cream on baked focaccia bread sandwich (next time), we elected to try their pizza. Unlike most joints, LaSorted's sells their pizza by the pie or slice, which made it convenient for us to try the pepperoni and Upside Down Mamba. Both slices were terrific, but the Mamba stole the show by its pure simplicity! The tomato sauce on this slice of pie is good enough to eat by itself in a bowl. Tommy sat next to us and shared a bit of his story and how his friends and relatives supported him on his inaugural journey to open LaSorted's. Believe me, it couldn't happen to a nicer individual! No photos for this review, we were too busy eating and having a great time. I'll be sure to take a few the next time I visit LaSorted's and I just pray that Tommy and team will open one in my neighborhood soon!
