An animal ripped the old iron screens from my attic vent holes in my home and I was worried about critters and insects getting in there. I called Allure on the 5th to do an inspection (see previous review), and made an appointment for the vent hole screen repair at a follow-up appointment. I received a confirmation for the appointment for August 13, 2026, and was sent another reminder the day before and also received a text from the technician, Justice, letting me know he was on his way. The service and communication processes Allure Pest Management has in place are excellent - along with service and demeanor of their front desk staff and especially their technician, Justice. He is knowledgeable, professional, happy to do the work necessary and always willing to go that extra mile to ensure a complete and lasting job. Justice arrived on time, did a clean and professional job of repairing my attic vent screen so that it looks like the original screen to match the others and to ensure it will stay in place.
