The pizza had a perfectly crisp crust with fresh, flavorful ingredients, and the short rib ragù was rich, tender, and incredibly comforting. Since it's a brewery, I couldn't leave without trying one of their beer flights. Our server recommended a selection, and every single beer was excellent. It was a fun way to sample their craft brews, and the recommendations were spot on. The service was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the location makes it an ideal stop before or after a show at the Bardavon. I looked at my husband and said I am ready to walk out of this place bc I am starving and it looks like they are too short staffed right now which is understandably out of a businesses control sometimes. But wait, instead of the waitress coming to our table to bring water or ask us if we would like a drink, she went to another table with a man and a child that she obviously knew well, and started eating their french fries and talking.
