We bought a 90 minutes couples massage deal through Groupon. We called the spa and they were able to accommodate us same day. When we got there, the receptionist greeted us with a smile. He asked us whether we wanted any additional services like hot stone or aromatherapy. He opted out on those. My wife had a male masseuse and I had a female masseuse. Both masseuse were wearing masks and face shields. We also had to leave our masks on while we were getting our massages. We both got excellent massages, and we were so relaxed that we both feel asleep. Just a heads up to those who are not familiar with the area...it might take a while before you can find a brave rideshare driver to pick you up from that location. Found this location due to Groupon. Been going here for almost 3yrs now. Seems to be very clean and on the up and up (if you know what I mean.) I have to call like a day in advance to get a 90min with a male therapist. I have gone through about 5 or 6 different therapist. Seems like they have issue holding on to their male therapist. Front desk empty, finally at 2:25 pm a rushed man appeared from the back busy texting on his phone as he approached desk, then he took a phone call in his native language for a good 5 mins before he even acknowledged us. My male masseuse was super rough, I lost count the number of times I had to tell him to be lighten up on the pressure. Got a couples massage with additional foot scrub and both back and foot scrub for hubby. Hubby had Ms. Aimee and was relaxed and fell asleep with the entirety of his massage. Overall, the ambiance was decent... not a wow factor. I received a 90 minute full body massage and this typically cost $110. I would rate the massage 3/10 because I do have thicker skin and like more pressure when it comes to getting a massage. At the end of my service I paid the receptionist $120 because I tipped my lady $10. She was standing beside me throughout the whole payment process and she said "i did 90 mins, that's a $20 tip, not $10". I was frazzled at the moment because that commentary caught me off guard and I gave in to giving her an extra $10 without even processing my thoughts. Which I strongly disagree in giving her that extra $10 because there was no policy in regards to what the minimum tip should be. Will definitely call tomorrow morning for my tip refund or some sort of compensation. read more

The reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because they kept leaving the room. We had a party of 4. 2 people in each room. We got a 60 min massage with hot stone and 30 min facial. The lady who did my massage was amazing unfortunately I didn't get her name. She asked me if the pressure was good so I had the opportunity to say yes or no when she switched to different body parts. The hot stone was aaaaamayzing. 10/10 for massage and I left feeling so relaxed which was a plus since the night before we walked around the strip and my legs and back were killing me. 4/10 for the facial. If you never got one done before it's a nice starter to cleanse the face. Since I had one done before my expectations were a little higher. They did cleanse and steam and moisturizer but no scrubbing the dead skin or any extraction of any blemishes which I understand with COVID. I found this place cause it was one of the good deals they had on here . So I called and they actually got me in. The place was relaxing dark , and cold . They make you pay at first which was good cause at the end I would just wanna leave vs being held up. Some lady I don't know her name attended me m I told her the areas that I didn't want massaged and if she could focus on the heel of my feet . I work hard everyday and am on my feet most of the day. When it came to giving a massage she was doing a good job with my back , my neck. I am not sure if she would feel me tensing up certain areas she would do , but she kept going. I ALSO told her not to do my arms , thighs , & calfs , just too focus on the heel of my feet . Well she still did the areas that I didn't want to be done. Also when it got to the heel of my feet omg I think that's where I was done. I did not enjoy it at all . She had left the room and went to go get something. Who knows what she got cause I didn't really look but all I know is that it wasnt her nail nor her fingers. It felt like I was being scrapped so hard like scratched almost and it hurt in a way that the stress and knots where not even getting taken out. I was so upset and disappointed because she also kept rubbing my leg / calf / toes and I didn't want any of that I wanted my foot the bottom where the heel is at. I was also upset when she went to go get whatever she went to go get for my heel . She left the door open. Like I just have a sheet over me and my panties . She came back and still didn't close it. Establishment honoured Groupon price. The staff was very friendly. My friend and I did a couples massage. I wanted a firm pressure massage, and the guy who performed my massage "beat me up" good! The place is kinda in the hood, but once you step inside it feels like a little sanctuary from the world outside. My biggest complaint is that the rooms was kinda noisy. I could hear the couple next door and their masseuses speaking loudly. The worst part is when the couple finished their massages,, the guy called his "homie" on speakerphone, so we could hear three entire conversation while we were trying to relax. Also, the spa music was too loud and on bad speakers. Halfway though the music stopped, and I told them that maybe they had to "flip the tape" over to play the B-side....yet another deterrent to my relaxation. I bought my mom a 90 minute massage here to show my love and gratitude for her. She said that the service was great but afterwards they forced her to give a $15 tip afterwards. They have a sign that says for 90 minute massage it's a $15 tip and the longer the massage the higher the tip. My mom was a little upset because this was given as a gift so she was not expecting to pay anything. She was going to give a tip but it wasn't going to be $15. Again, my mom said the service was great although they did not get to her shoulder blades and of course the force of giving a tip. The ambiance is appropriate and calming, with the exception that the walls do not go to the ceiling so you can hear what else is going on in the other rooms. The music was nice but it was the same song on repeat, so a change up would have been nice. The massage itself was very "beginner" level. It certainly was not a stress relieving massage, more of a nice body rub. This is not your place if you're looking for deep tissue. The masseuse covered full body and even a nice forehead massage, though. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage, and he was entirely dissatisfied. They messaged me again around noon offering a 5pm appointment. I arrived at 4:50 and no one was at the front desk. At 5:00 someone came out and told me it would be a few more minutes. From 4:50 to 5:22 the same guy came out a few times to tell the five people waiting it would only be a few more minutes. Long story short, they they accepted 5 people at 5:00pm. But only had two people working. And I feel bad for whoever was getting a massage from the guy as, he kept coming out and answering the phone. The atmosphere was horrible. When you come in, they make you feel like you don't belong and like you're going to rob them. They don't ask you how you're doing they don't ask you how the pressure is. They don't check in with you throughout your massage. If I could put ZERO stars I would! Walking in there have a fish tank and boyyy did that thing smell like the entire ocean which made the entire place smell. I've never been so ready to cut my massage short and leave until I came here. First off I paid for separate massages and they ended up giving us a couples massage for me and my mom. Ok fine right so they just tell us to undress without asking what we want them to focus on how hard we want it so forth. Before starting I tell him I have a fresh tattoo on my lower arm so he doesn't have to massage that part. This man said ok (meaning he understood) so he starts "massaging" and trys to massage the arm I told him not to touch come to find out he doesn't speak any English. At this point he's massaging me with all the power he has. I asked him to go softer (this was before I knew he couldn't speak english.) After the 3rd time of asking to go softer the other masseuse chimed in. The entire massage all he did was press down on my back using his palms. I only felt his actually fingers when he was rubbing my face. The entire massage felt like I was getting lotion put my back.
