Tried to oder garlic knots. Apparently the guys preparing the food (who were clearly drinking beer--I actually saw them drinking beer) either didn't know what garlic knots are (in which case, take it off the menu), or refused to take my order. I waited 20 minutes, ask the sever where my oder was...she asked the guys...told me 10 minutes. AFTER I had already waited 20. 15 minute later, I asked for my food...they hadn't even started my order. I asked for my money back. TERRIBLE food service, probably because the guys were drunk. I literally watched 3 of the guys preparing the food drink several glasses of beer as I waited for my food..which I never received. read more

I Honestly love this place, I came here with a friend and came to get wings since it's on a deal on Wednesday's, it's such a cozy and fun environment and the food was amazing, I usually go to wing stop for wings but this place is better and the employees were so kind. read more

This is my usual pizza place. Love the plain old cheese pizza. Customer service is horrendous now. Tonight on 3/15/22 I ordered a large cheese, chicken strips, pot stickers and two lemonades. Driver forgot lemonades which wasnt her fault they charged me but didnt put them on the ticket to bring. I called when food arrived manager was super condescending and pissed me off I hund up which yes was unprofessional of me. He called back asked me if I wanted credit, refund, or my drinks sent. I told him to send drinks. I waited two hours for nothing. I called 20 min before they closed the front counter girl said to call in am and refused the name of herself and the manager and told me it didnt matter because owner would defend her employees. Got a $23 "large" pizza (box was 14"x14"). First thing we noticed was the crust, it looked store-bought (ie factory-made). It did not rise on the edge like 99% of pizza crusts do, and was uniformly thick throughout. It also had 0 seasoning (no salt no nothing). The sauce was generic. We got the toppings half-and-half, pepperoni on my side and broccoli, jalapeno, and mushrooms on the other half. The pepperoni was nothing special. The jalapenos were fine (hard to mess that up), the mushrooms were burnt and tiny. The broccoli consisted mostly of chopped up 1/2" stalks. What sane person thinks "You know what my favorite pizza topping is? Broccoli stalks. I love 'em, can't get enough of em. Thinly sliced? No way. Gotta have em jutting out from the surface of the pizza so that it is nigh-impossible to get it in your mouth, IF you get it to your mouth without all of the stalks flopping off the factory-made crust! Best pizza the asylum had was like that." Overall it was a mediocre pizza, for which I would usually give 2 stars for effort made. But pricing a 14" pizza ("large") at $23 is ridiculous. Obviously whoever made the pizza didn't care at all. No effort was made. Save yourself $10 and go to a decent pizza place, or even a bad one with owners who care. read more

Have been ordering take out here for years today decided to give their dine in bar a chance and had a horrible experience they seem to cater to the regular drunks that seem to be In there. Was in a seat at the bar for about 30mins before anyone asked to help me ordered after staring them down and when finally ordered a drunk comes In and tells me that's his seat he was sitting there and I told him ok you were the lady over counter persisted that was his seat and other customers joined in and I just gave up the seat and proceeded to leave the pizza is ok but the service sucks wouldnt recommended anyone coming here at all read more

The open sign was on and I pulled over and stopped to come in. The time was 9:15 pm. I walked up, the lights were all still on there seemed to be activity inside. The door was locked and the individual inside completely ignored me. The pizza at Aloha has been worth the slightly seedy environment in the past. Not any longer. Unsanitary and sadly full of belligerent drunks. University students and faculty should strictly avoid. Went in and got confronted by noisy drunks who apparently think it's their private dive and wanted to physically assault University folk. Staff and manager did absolutely nothing. Pizza maker behind the bar - ungloved, unmasked - just wiped his hand on his dirty nose and went on flipping pizza. Avoid like the (literal) plague. read more

Lunch when a friend. Ordered pitcher of beer $13 for Stella, a calzone and fettuccini Alfredo. There's a pool table, some video games and kids candy machines. The place was clean and pretty empty. It was a Monday so that could be why. The order came out fast. The food was ok. Not the best but not the worst. I'll be back to try the pizza maybe in the evening next time. I ate here yesterday with a friend. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread. It came to me cold, but I was in a hurry on lunch break so ate it anyways. I have food poisoning and have been sick all night and still dealing with it now. I had to miss work. I talked to a nurse at the hospital now and it's looking like I have got E. Coli food poisoning which means one the food handlers took a shit and served me food without washing his hands. I'm so disgusted and pissed off. Ordered pick up from Aloha last night and found out that none of the staff were wearing masks or gloves and weren't requiring their diners to wear them either. The girl initially lied on the phone when I asked her about it, but my husband had already seen them all not wearing when he picked up the pizza. I refused to accept it and took it back. The girl at the counter was very rude and said they didn't care about wearing masks. If they don't bother wearing masks during a pandemic, they probably don't even follow basic sanitary and hygiene food preparation rules. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I've been coming to this establishment for year's with my family. I've always loved the food. Since this last change of hands.. BUYER BEWARE!! I called in a phone order for the first time. Since Covid it's the thing to do. I didn't have cash and when she asked for my card number I gave it and assumed she put it in the machine as I said it which was what she was supposed to do. Instead she says I'll put your card in and the order will be out in 25 minutes. At that moment I realized she wrote my number down but thought nothing of it. We've never had any problems in the past. Maybe that's how they do things. A couple weeks later I get notified my card made it to online services as far as United Kingdom!!! WTH so this chick took my number used it online then sold it to several others. I called the owner of Aloha Pizza which he said his name was Jason to notify him and he said he would look back and take care of it. I asked if he needed my info and he said no. He really didn't seem all too concerned if it even was the owner I was speaking to. If it was I got the feeling they were working together!! Normally when you're about to lose a life long customer you try to make it right. This was not the case. He could care less so I recommend take your business elsewhere this is not the type of establishment that deserves to serve the public!! At a time like this to prey on families that are having a hard time just as much as them. This is not how people should be treated!! They added extra stress to my life that already has plenty of. I went last last week and the waitress that attended us was really good, but I cannot say the same thing about the food. On top of this, I felt very uncomfortable when I heard the owner yelling at his employees. If this place is to get better reviews there needs to be a change of owner. I felt very bad for the employees because they really tried to make our experience the best even if they were not having it. read more

I was surprised that no one was wearing a mask, from the cashier to the cooks. There were customers inside too with no masks. I like Aloha pizza but they are not following safety recommendations. I was there less than 5 minutes picking up my pizzas with a mask on, but I cannot go back unless they are being safe. I hope the owner reads this review. read more
