I had a terrible experience with this company. I called to get a quote on a windshield seal leak for my '16 Outback. They quoted me $120 for labor if they could repair it without removing the windshield, and $250 if they needed to remove it. They asked if the windshield had been replaced, but I bought the car used so I wasn't sure. They said factory glass is less likely to break during removal. The address associated with the business on Yelp is only 4 blocks from my house. After they took my info, I confirmed the drop-off time, which is when they said they would come to me. I said I didn't mind bringing it to the shop because it was so close. They said they recently relocated and asked which address I saw on the site. I told them the cross streets and they confirmed it was the correct address. So the next day, I bring my car in, only to be met with confusion by the business owners. They said they contract with Alpha for auto glass work, but are not associated with them otherwise, and were not notified about my appt. I explained the situation and they took my keys. A few hours later I get a call from Alpha saying my leak is fixed and the car is ready to be picked up. I asked what I owed them. He said $220. I had a meeting I needed to attend to in that moment, so I said I would call him back. After my meeting, I reached back out and asked if they needed to remove the windshield. He said no. So I reiterated the quote I received from his associate the day before, and suddenly the price was now $120. I walked to the shop to retrieve my car, payed the business owner, and got in my car to leave. I examined the area that needed repair, and the corresponding leak, only to find it was still leaking and the windshield seal stripping was still pulled away from the windshield. I went back in and told the business owners what I discovered. They immediately refunded my payment and I showed them the leak just to verify my claim. They were very kind and apologetic, and ensured they would cease contracting with Alpha immediately. So now I'm in limbo, with mold growing in my car, after three weeks away from home, and returning to discover the issue. Nothing is resolved and I'm feeling very discouraged. In short, I do not trust or recommend this company. Not only did they not do the repair, they tried to charge me for labor that they didn't do. Hard pass. Find a different auto glass company for your repair needs! read more

These guys are incredible! I called on a Saturday and they were at my house on Monday replacing the windshield. I called multiple places for quotes and they were the most reasonable. I got lucky when I found out Alpha Auto Glass had a replacement back window for my mom's 23 YO Subaru. Subaru wasn't making them anymore and I was panicking when Safelite canceled my appointment earlier because even they couldn't find one. The price was reasonable and they even came out the next day. I am super satisfied because the glass is on and sealed and I didn't have to end up at a Pick a Part yard. Alpha Glass's quote and response time were similar to all others. But One beat them all, both on price and lead time, and the job was finished before I received their response. Timing and response are average, several others came in late as well. I hope it was because they had the scheduled full. I'm sure they would have done a good job with many of the good reviews they have. They simply came in too late and too high. I won't plug the company that beat all the rest for this job. But they did a very good job with the install and it only took them about 20 minutes to complete in my parking spot. read more

A rock smacked my windshield causing three large and spreading cracks. No way was this repairable. A replacement was the only choice. My insurance deductible was greater than the cost of replacement. Alpha was the most responsive of the other auto glass companies I contacted. They also ended up being the best price too. Unlike the others, Alpha was somehow able to get a replacement windshield in less than a day. They also ended up replacing my windshield the next morning. Benny was on time and did a great job. Vo's Auto broke my windshield during a routine windshield wiper change and used Alpha Auto Glass. Was a nightmare experience. An inexperienced worker was sent to Vo's who used the wrong size seal. My windshield shook the whole way home. Vo's Auto refused to pay to have a new windshield replacement. I had a leaking windshield all winter with foggy condensation. These guys were able to get my windshield replaced quicker than most other auto glass companies in the area and at a reasonable price. I did end up paying a little more than expected for molding that needed to be replaced but I do have a 15 year old Scion tC and I have had glass companies tell me before that it needs special molding so either he was telling me the truth or that's It would've been better to know this up front but it wasn't that much extra and the tech did a great job and seemed genuinely concerned about making sure this was done right. read more

Company advertised and charged NEW OEM glass, company came out and installed a used scratched tinted window. They kept claiming they would install it but never did. Needed a windshield replacement for my Kia Optima. Most places were quoting me almost $400. They came out to my house (brought their own rain tent) and replaced my windshield for $249! One of the windshield wipers was broken in the process and they replaced those for free and gave me a lifetime warranty on both. I highly recommend this company! Our windshield took a hit from a rock, and the crack was large enough that the entire thing needed to be replaced. The local auto body shop was unresponsive and our insurance was being fickle. Enter Anderson from Alpha Auto Glass. He was responsive and fully informed on what would be best for our vehicle (2021 Honda Odyssey). He patiently waited along with us for the correct part to arrive, only to realize it was not the right part (dealer's fault, not his). He sent his crew out. They laid out everything to check before they began their work. Thankfully, they identified that it was the wrong windshield before they began their work. So we waited again, and the installation went beautifully the second time. He or his crew will come to you, so you can wait in the comfort of your home while repairs are done. He completed the work for less than what the local dealer quoted us, and about a month later, everything is working great! read more
