I was seeking affordable car wrap providers since my ideal design is lesser than partial. So naturally I had no interest in paying hundreds of dollars for something which was only a fraction of the work. Alphawerks met my criteria as they delivered a beautiful job at an Incredible price. To get an even better cost, you can buy your sticker/decal yourself somewhere else and have them install it professionally! It only takes 2 hours for them to get the job done. After going through many different businesses, I found Alphawerks to be the most professional and easy to work with. Many businesses did not want to wrap my car in the specific pink I wanted. They kept pushing me to pick a pink that would not make me happy at all. I'm so happy that I contacted David. David was more than willing to work with the color and wrap brand I wanted. He was very informative throughout the entire process. Before I committed, he offered to take a look at the current state of my car and let me see the color swatches in person. David literally took apart my entire vehicle to get the tough spots of my car. It's amazing the level of detail and care he puts for his customer, especially for a wrap material that is not user friendly. At the end, I really love how it turned out! He turned my boring Honda Civic into a fun and beautiful one. With just the wrap alone, the car looks very luxury like. Not only did he wrap the car, he also educated me on post care. I own a 2024 Porsche Cayenne sports coupe. I went to David immediately after I got the car. This is the second time I went to David, and I'd say this is the best investment decision I made for my car to have David install the Xpel protection film on the entire car. David did an amazing job. You can barely recognize the film on the car because of the cutting technique. And my car is now protected from minor scratches and rock bump scratches. It's also very easy to clean my car with the film protection. If you own an expensive car, don't hesitate to have David install the Xpel film on your car, you will be stress free from paint chip. I highly recommend David to any of the future customers. I would come back to him for my third car :)

Dave runs this business the way every business should. A couple years ago I took my GTI to get tinted. There was a small hiccup with the switches, but he took care of it by ordering the new part and reinstalling it. I appreciated that he did what he could to make it right, including throwing in a discount for the inconvenience. That alone made me go back a year later for another vehicle. He treats every customer with respect and is very professional. 10/10 would recommend. His craftsmanship is great and I assume has only gotten better over the last two year since I initially met him.

Get your PPF or wrap here. Stop looking around, this place does their diligence. If you care about your car, which you probably do, AlphaWerks is the answer. They truly care as much as you do, even the little details that would drive you crazy. David and the team at AlphaWerks are professionals and knowledgeable about their work. My favorite part is that David explained everything in detail, and I didn't know anything about PPF or window tinting. He truly gave me the information I needed. The pricing is good. It's honestly fair for the work that they do. Initially I asked about a competitor, and David was honest in what he asked. I agreed on the initial estimate, and I'm so happy I did because his team puts the work in that you expect. I've had the PPF on my car for at least four months. I drove it up to Banff recently and it held up just fine. I had AlphaWerks do a ceramic costing and a ceramic tint as well. The car is so easy to clean, I barely have to put much effort in and I know it's protected from the UV. Same goes for the tint, especially since I have a black interior.

Dave and team did a great job tinting and ceramic coating my Tesla Model Y, plus some PPF on the front-end! From the initial steps Dave explained my options clearly along with his suggestions while leaving the final decisions up to me which I appreciated. Drop off and pickup went exactly as planned, no surprises. The final product is so sexy I can't stop grinning when I see my car!

I was able to connect with David shortly before receiving my delivery of my Tesla Model Y. He was able to provide me multiple quotes for various options of PPF and tint, and also was available to do a second delivery inspection for me (during which he found a few items of issue, including a dent I missed). The completed job (Xpel Stealth Full Body + Ceramic Tint + Ceramic coating) was excellent! I'll be coming back next week to get a car wash as I needed the car before they could complete that, but overall I am extremely happy with the service I received. The team is excellent and I'd recommend this shop to everyone looking for similar work.

I hope the pics speak for themselves, but in case you're curious about what I think I'll write a little something. This review is long overdue, I found David about a year ago after buying my Infiniti. It was the first car I've purchased that was not black, but the price for the package on the car made me not think twice about purchasing a silver ride. After a few weeks of driving a silver car, I began having an identity crisis when everyone I knew expressed how weird it was for me to be in anything other than a black car. One of my friends suggested getting my car wrapped. I had never had a car wrapped and had very few friends to ask about maintenance, longevity, and more importantly, trusted shops in the area. I did my research and found some of the "go-to" shops in the area: VinylStylez, WerkShop, and SS Customs, I was all but ready to go with SS Customs until I found Alphawerks and the great reviews on David's work. I called David up and knew by the end of our convo that I was going to have him wrap my car. I was sold on David's integrity and professionalism, not once did he try to sway me from the other competitors and he acknowledged that "I'd be in good hands" with whichever shop I decide to go with. I was lucky enough to catch David at the tail-end of a job so I was next in the queue. Upon dropping my car off to David, I quickly learned that he was very passionate about his work and customer service. David listened to my vision for the car and expanded on my idea, he provided so much detail and truly enhanced my plans. I decided to get a satin black 3M wrap, Chrome delete, gloss black roof, and Rayno Tints. I also purchased a blacked-out grille that David installed for me as well. Overall I am abundantly pleased with the outcome of my car and can't tell you the number of compliments I get while driving. I recommend David and plug Alphawerks whenever I get a chance. The customer service is just as high quality as the work. It's hard to find a business with such pride and focus on customer service, I had a very minor question in regard to my wrap a few weeks after picking it up and David didn't ask any questions and simply told me to bring the car by, and he'd take care of it in the midsts of his current job. I did not want to be an inconvenience to his business, so I haven't had a chance to bring it by (it's been close to a year lol) so clearly it wasn't that big of a deal, but David stands on his word until this day. I am fortunate to find Alphawerks and recommend this shop to those looking to transform their ride!

Just had my tesla windows tinted by alphawerks and they did a superb job at a very competitive price. The tint film they use is top of the line (ceramic xpel XR plus), which is on par with 3M crystalline and formula one stratos. I did a lot of research on tint films and called almost 20 shops in the Bay Area for quotes. alphawerks came out on top. I would recommend calling to get a quote just to iron out the details quicker. They were also able to accommodate a same-day service as well since I live closer to SF, but this was arranged at the time of booking. They completed the job in just under 3 hours. Highly, highly recommend. I will be looking at these guys to tint/wrap any future Cars I have. read more

Made a purchase online for vinyl license plates for 2 vehicles, Quality and packaging was great! Met my expectations and was happy after DIY work. Only reason for 4 stars grade was because the delivery took 8days . I emailed them to ask why? If advertisement said shipped within 2-3 days they responded back stating that they had more business they couldn't handle all orders but will ship my order asap. Keep up the good quality work, hope you guy's get more staff so customers get orders on time. read more

Had David and Jyo work on my Jeep. I requested they do window tint and paint correction. Little did I know the level of quality they put out. The tint was perfect just like David recommended (UV blocking tint) and Jyo hard work made my 21 year old paint new again. I was so happy and impressed with their work that I returned and had Jyo do a ceramic coat on the paint for added protection and quality I would highly recommend both of these guys for the level of care and quality. I am confident with their work and feel easy going back to them for any other work I'll need done. read more

Simply put Dave was awesome! He got in contact with me through yelp and gave me the best price for my wrap job. He literally quoted me for half the price I was getting from other places. He uses 3m vinyls, no cheap stuff. When he worked on my truck he took his time and made sure everything turned out the way I wanted. He didn't need too but he even informed me what he was doing and why. The wrap came out more perfect then I could imagine. Even his shop is nice inside with a nIce sofa and TV. My husband took our weekend car here and the quality of work that was brought home was awful. They redid out tints, and couldn't even put the car back correctly. I had to go out and let him out of the car because they were careless about putting the car back to working condition. Door would not open. I wish our car was not touched by this shop and we have connected with another shop to get the proper quality work done. We understand mistakes happen but 2, 3, 4 mistakes ? Time is money and we wanted to save time, and money but ended up spending more time and money for something we hired professionals for! Mistake 1- stated and paid for laser cut, instead got a blind mans cut Mistake 2 - let us take delivery and did not inform us of what had happened. Pure dishonest, wasted our time Mistake 3 bubbles, uneven tint Mistake 4 did not inform us it cost extra to have tints with no gaps, really? Lie, after lie ? Mistake 5 delivered car that wasn't working properly, could not open from inside. Horrible. Can't imagine if we had all the windows tinted, we could've been locked in the car Mistake 6 trusting this place Go somewhere else if you want quality, detailed, professional work. An overwhelmingly positive experience at Alphawerks and couldn't be happier with the interactions with Dave and Gio. Dave took the time to explain to me (both over the phone and in-person) what would be involved, both pros and cons, of getting a chrome delete done on my car. his recommendation to use a satin wrap (vs a matte or glossy wrap) for my particular application was spot-on. He also did the job within the time he promised -- so I dropped off my car, walked to Costco (15min walk), ate my lunch in peace, walked back and the car was ready to go - and it looked fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about David and his work. Amazing communication and really detailed oriented. Never once tried to up sale me during the process. Prices simply cannot be beat as I was quoted almost double elsewhere around the Bay. He was patient with all my questions and requests and was just overall passionate about his craft. I had my windows ceramic tinted as well as did a chrome delete. A lot of the chrome delete was tough, but David was able to work his magic. Was told if anything were to peel or if I was not happy at all that he would make it right. He honored his quote from online which never seems to be the case with a lot other places. I went ahead and added extra items and he was happy to get them done all within the same timeframe. I plan on doing some additional work and will work directly with David and Alphawerks again. read more

Dave over at Alphawerks came *highly* recommended to me by way of my autobody shop (no, I'm not in wrecks constantly, that I have an autobody shop! Just a time or two, and they've done amazing work, so I trust them! LOL). I just picked up a 2022 GR86. Toyota issued these with sorta lame stock colors, in my opinion. I'm coming off a 2020 limited edition - Hakone Green, which I absolutely loved! Global supply chain problems and all, the single 2022 I was able to track down is black... not very excited about it: - When I asked the dealership about throwing factory Hakone Green paint on it, they laughed at me. - I went to my autobody place. They did great color matching on the repairs when they had my 2020 Hakone, but they won't paint a full car. So, I called Dave. Even though I'm a newb, he was super cool! He really took some time to educate me on wrapping vs. painting a car, especially considering I lease. He located some wrap that might just fit the bill and ordered a swatch for me to see. I'm really looking forward to meeting him in person, to go check that out when it comes in! Hopefully it's great and we'll get to do business. But even if not, his personal integrity speaks very highly of what to expect from the business he owns. He really just wanted to provide me with comprehensive information, so that I could make the best choice for my needs. It seems like a lot of other people are just about making a buck any way possible these days, and Dave didn't do that to me. I feel very confident I'd be super happy with the finished product coming outta Dave's shop! Hopefully I can update this post with some great pics post-wrap!! ;) read more

David is the man. Not only is he a great person to be around, he has perfected his craftsmanship. He was very detailed when wrapping the roof of my Accord, and seamlessly wrapped the fin on top to perfection. I also got carbon fiber wrap around my side mirrors and they look great! Update to my previous review - The owner Dave is not only pleasant to work with but also incredibly accommodative. I came here on two different occasions (roof wrap then most recently ceramic window tint). Each time the work completed was high quality, and he honors his work and is very communicative, as I will note regarding my overall experience. Best decision ever! After a series of unfortunate events with another shop, my husband and I stumbled upon this hidden gem and decided let's take a chance. It's a small shop in the back of a industrial complex and let me tell you! Do not let the looks fool you. Arun and Dave are not only great professionals but share in your love for cars. Their team is one of a kind. My husband and I got our vehicles done with full body PPF and tint. Which having a 4Runner with all its curves, hats off to them. If you want professional work with a team that feels more like family and they are in it for quality and not quantity? Please see them. I don't care if I ever move out of the state. I brought my wife's BMW X3 to David about 6 months ago and the chrome delete and wrap that he did on it came out perfectly and has held up great through various weather conditions. The new X3s have these random silver sections along the side skirts and he was able to get a matching black wrap to give it a much cleaner look. Would definitely recommend Alphawerks! read more

Okay so I waited a good year before posting this because I wanted to make sure the quality of the vinyls stayed on... as expected, it's still in top notch condition. David was awesome to work with! He's clearly passionate about what he does and he takes his time to make sure everything is done pristinely. We have a Model X and went straight to him after we bought it for a chrome delete. We talked him through what we wanted and he offered up some cool ideas. We opted for a red Tesla writing and it looks soooo sweet! It took him a couple days to finish it, but it was worth the wait. I also asked him to add red vinyl to my steering wheel and it looks so good. A year later, everything is still in great condition. I'm heading back to him for a clear coat on my hood and in the front to make sure rocks don't dig my baby. Just need to find the time to do it! read more

I wanted to share my recent experience with Dave @ Alphawerks in Redwood City. I found him on Yelp with not as many reviews as others such as Vinyl Styles but the few reviews that he had were convincing enough for me to give him a try. First off, the guy is super responsive to text messages and very professional in his responses. I needed someone who could install some tail light vinyls that I had recently purchased from a well known vendor. The stock tails that came on my 18 GX 460 Premium were a little to clear for my liking. I really like the tails that come with the sport luxury package and wasn't trying to spend hundreds of dollars on a new or used set. The solution was to find someone who could solve my dilemma via overlays. Dave's pricing beat every other local quote that I had received. His quote actually included using his own product and doing everything by hand so I ended up not needing to use my pre cut overlay. The end result was awesome to say the least. read more

Add one more five-star review to the list! Dave at AlphaWerks is no joke when it comes to tinting. Super easy to contact, chatted via text, made an appointment, and five hours later, my Tesla Model 3 has an AMAZING tint job. Single piece for the back window (I did have three other places tell me that couldn't be done!). He's a touch above the competitors' prices, but it's a drop in the bucket when you consider the value of the car and the quality of the work. His work is worth every penny. When using Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), the distance behind a car ahead was dangerously shorter than proper factory settings. Dashboard alerts for the Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS) were slow, happening only AFTER crossing a divider line. Dashboard and sound alerts were either slow or just non-existent for the Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS). To test, I crawled toward cars at stop lights. It was impossible to get any CMBS alerts. Bottom Line: I wasted $385 on an alignment that needs to be redone by a specialty shop at $400. If you want your forward sensing camera aligned correctly (and this needs to be done on most modern cars when a non-OEM windshield is installed), don't have it done here. Service after payment was non-existent. I was told to go to a shop with better equipment. If I had been told that in ADVANCE, I would not have spent $385 with them. Ugh. In fairness, they correctly installed a generic windshield that fit well at a reasonable price. If you have an old vehicle without a forward-facing safety camera, the shop is probably fine.

Although their pricing may initially seem reasonable, I would recommend avoiding this place and choosing a more reputable windshield repair shop. Once resin has been injected and cured, another technician may have fewer options to redo or improve the repair. In my case, I paid for a repair that left the damage extremely noticeable, and I am not satisfied with either the workmanship or the overall experience. Yesterday morning 10AM, I found OAGS on Yelp with practically 5 stars rating, so I decided to call and the business owner (Dennis) answered. He was friendly and super easy to talk with. Once I confirmed my car year, make, model, VIN, and my already opened claim referral number from my auto insurance provider, Dennis was on it! Since I have $0 deductible and Dennis confirmed he can replace my windshield right away with OEM, he 3-way called the auto glass claim department of my insurance carrier (without me even having to provide him the phone number) and we established my authorized agreement to move forward of my insurance claim with OAGS. After the 3-way call and since I had time before heading to work at 1:30PM, Dennis was able to dispatch his replacement tech to my house within an hour with an OEM windshield. The replacement tech (Armando) arrived and he was also very friendly. He did his skillful job diligently in my garage since it was a very hot day and left at 12:40PM. Dennis kept in great communication with me via phone about the next step: ADAS recalibration, the process of realigning the forward-facing cameras and sensors mounted on my car windshield. Since I had to go to work, Dennis was flexible with me scheduling to go into his shop for the ADAS recalibration the next day when I am free after 2PM. The next day (1:45PM today), Dennis texted me a friendly reminder that his calibration specialist (Eric) will be waiting at the shop for my 2:15-2:30PM appointment. I arrived at the shop on time and met Eric. He must be that good at his job because he skillfully finished the recalibration within 20 minutes and I was on my way home. The entire OEM windshield replacement with my opened insurance claim was excellently completed in practically 24 hours and I did not have to pay a single penny, because my deductible was $0. I would give them six stars if I could. Recommended to me by a friend who recently had their windows replaced, I reached out to Able not sure about how their timelines would be. Eric, the owner, was extremely responsive, getting back to my initial request in under an hour. By the end of the same day, I had an appointment scheduled for one of their people to take a look and give us an estimate. At the time, we were in the middle of a kitchen remodel. Turns out our contractor wanted us to wait until after the project was completed to get the windows replaced due to permitting. No problem - Able quickly worked with us to get our appointment canceled and rescheduled once we were ready. When Leo came out, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He answered a lot of questions on site, and Eric replied to all of our follow-up questions via email. They have a showroom locally that I was able to go to to check out the actual windows to help me decide on the model I wanted. Once I landed on the model, Able placed the window order. They came in pretty quickly in my opinion, I think about six weeks? Maybe a little bit quicker. As soon as the windows arrived, they reached out to schedule the installation. Since we were replacing a lot of windows, it was a multi day project. We were able to schedule for the following week. The crew came and knocked out the windows in two days. There was some extra work that needed to happen to install trim around the windows on the outside, and they came on a Saturday to finish that work. I was extremely impressed at how clean they kept the work area, barely any dust/debris left at all. I was expecting a lot more, but they were vacuuming the whole time and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The areas on the existing trim that we needed to do paint touchup on were also so much smaller than I expected. I could barely even tell that the windows were replaced from looking at the trim! The outside trim work that they did was very high-quality, and both my husband and I were impressed at the final look. It truly looks way better than it did before. Plus, the crew were so helpful in explaining all the trim options to us, showing us mock ups of what it might look like, and helping us choose the best option. Simply put, Alphawerks did a fantastic job with my vehicle. I receive compliments from complete strangers on the street and in random parking lots. I even encountered a guy at a gas station asking what made my vehicle (somewhat common brand) look so different than others he had previously seen on the roads. Arun and David were extremely responsive from start to finish. From a rate perspective they were competitive with other highly rated shops in the South Bay area. Can't speak for shops in other parts of the Bay Area because I did not check. If you're looking to take your car from nice to standout, these guys have you covered. The bonus: while expensive, their work is reversible should you change your mind in the future and want to go back to your stock paint look. My only advice is depending on the color tone you move forward with, to consider adding a protective film and/or ceramic coating to the front end (especially bumper) to prevent imperfections from really showing up down the road. As someone who had waited months for a custom-ordered Porsche, I knew I wanted to protect the car from day one and wasn't willing to trust it to just anyone. I researched, visited, or spoke with nearly ten different shops before making my decision. Some were significantly cheaper. Some promised much faster turnaround times. Many claimed they could deliver the same result. Between the PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, windshield protection film, interior protection, and other treatments, my project represented an investment of nearly $20,000. At that level, I wasn't looking for the cheapest option--I was looking for the highest level of craftsmanship. One thing that stood out during my research was that many Bay Area shops quoted anywhere from 20% to 50% less than Supreme Detailworks. At first glance, that gets your attention. However, many of those same shops also quoted completion times that were only one-third or even one-quarter of the time James estimated for essentially the same scope of work. That immediately raised a red flag for me. When someone claims they can do the same work for far less money and in a fraction of the time, I start asking questions. The more I learned about Supreme Detailworks' process--paint preparation, component removal, edge wrapping, tucked installations, and quality control--the more I understood where that extra time was going. It wasn't inefficiency. It was attention to detail. I also compared Supreme Detailworks against one of the highly respected PPF shops in the Chicago area that is nationally known for premium installations. To my surprise, James' pricing was very similar. And even if I had chosen the Chicago shop, shipping the car there and back would have added roughly another $5,000 in transportation costs alone, not to mention additional time and logistics. Having that level of craftsmanship available right here in the Bay Area made the decision much easier. For my Panamera, James and his team installed PPF, ceramic coating, window tint, front windshield protection film, protection for the headlights and glass roof, interior PPF for the gloss black trim, and matte protection for all touchscreen surfaces, including the digital instrument cluster. The result is so seamless that several of my friends couldn't even tell my Panamera had PPF installed. In fact, I had to physically show them where to look and where to touch before they realized the vehicle was protected. That's how clean and invisible the installation is. What impressed me most was that James never tried to upsell me. Instead, he took the time to explain the different options and recommend what made the most sense for how I planned to use the car. One thing many people don't realize is that the true quality of a PPF installation is found in the details--the edges, seams, corners, and difficult areas where shortcuts are often taken. James and his team don't take shortcuts. They carefully remove and disassemble components when necessary to ensure the film is properly wrapped and hidden wherever possible. After investing nearly $20,000 in protection, the last thing I wanted was visible seams, lifted edges, or obvious installation lines. Supreme Detailworks delivered exactly what I was hoping for: a fully protected vehicle that still looks completely factory original. Another thing prospective customers should know is that Supreme Detailworks is almost always busy. There is usually a waiting list, and scheduling requires patience. If you're looking for the fastest shop in town, this may not be the place for you. If you're looking for the cheapest shop in town, this definitely isn't the place for you. But if you're looking for a team that refuses to rush the process and treats your vehicle as if it were their own, the wait is absolutely worth it. During my visits, I regularly saw Ferraris, Lamborghinis, McLarens, Maseratis, Porsches, Mercedes-Benz, BMWs, Audis, Land Rovers, Lexus vehicles, Teslas, and many other enthusiast cars in the shop. Seeing that lineup gave me additional confidence that I had chosen the right place. After seeing the finished result on my Porsche, I can honestly say my expectations were exceeded. And if you're looking for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a team that treats your vehicle as if it were their own, Supreme Detailworks is hard to beat. Most importantly, the work is amazing, crystal clear, can't tell the PPF is on the car and windows tint is perfect. I had them do a the annual service which included the following: 1) Full hand car wash 2) Clay bar treatment 3) Wheels cleaned and tires dressed 4) Door jambs cleaned and interior vacuumed 5) Ceramic Pro Sport applied to all exterior services This treatment cost me $300 - WELL WORTH IT! For those who want to save a few dollars you can take out #4 and it would be $250 (I was told). I highly recommend these guys, I will take my 2011 E-350 there to get the coating done next. For context, my car is a Lexus 2020 IS. I was thinking about this for over a year and then finally decided I would get serious about doing coating it. I wash my car at home for the most part. The last few washes from mobile detailers had been subpar so I needed to look into this to make my life easier and further protect my car from UV damage. I started to reach out to multiple places and went with Dynamic because they were offering a deal the following week and they had outstanding reviews. Their communication is great, so big props there while working with Harrison to get this all done. Harrison did tell me that if my car needed paint correction, it would be an extra $400, to which I said, ok, not bad. But nothing else was said after. I took my car in on a Thursday evening; they spent Friday doing the detailing/prep for the coat and it was done that evening. I was honestly very shocked at how fast it was done. My husband and I picked it up and while the car looked shiny as glass, we noticed some things that we pointed out. Harrison said they are scratches or bird droppings that couldn't be fixed. Which is weird because I always clean up bird droppings right away. I couldn't see much else because it was indoors. Once I took the car home and could see it in the sunlight at different angles, I noticed a few more things: -High spots on a couple windows -A rough spot on the side of the car that I thought was dirt. When I ran my hand through it, I could feel the smooth area and the rough patch. It was a missed area. -I then also noticed some smudges that were there from a previous wash. I know they were smudges that would come off because, when I tried to wipe them, they were disappearing. I left the rest as I was taking it into them and figured they would detail and decontaminate. Well, that did not happen. To be fair, this could have been on me for not bringing it up from the beginning and perhaps they didn't see it as it did require the right lighting to see it. However, Harrison did acknowledge the residue were scratches that wouldn't come off and bird dropping, which was not the case. -Paint chips on the front of car and handle were there. I didn't bring it up previously either but would've been nice to fix, especially the door handle. I reached out to them by email with my concerns and pictures, and Daniel responded right away. He apologized and asked to bring my car in and explained a few things. He told me they didn't fix paint in-house because of having to stock up all sorts of colors, which I understand. However, that's not what I was told initially when I spoke to Harrison over the phone, when he mentioned if extensive paint correction was needed, it would be an extra cost, so not really sure there. I guess I figured if they saw the chips, they would call and ask me or point it out when I took the car. Daniel did help touch up some chips with paint I bought. The chips are not sanded down, just touched up. He told me they wiped the residue and it came off. Which is weird because I know those were on the car prior to the coating. I thought anything left under the coating would not come off. Well, on my last wash just recently, I was wiping my car down after washing it and I found another residue, and it was coming right off. Again, not sure how this can happen after the coating; let alone 3 coats. I'm very particular when it comes to dirt, so I notice these things. My suggestion if you come in with an older car, make sure you're prepared and point everything out. At the end of the day, Daniel took ownership when I sent my issues and fixed what they could. My disappointment mostly stems from the fact that, for the price I paid, certain things that should've been removed were still there, and the missed/rough area. Lesson learned for me? If I get a new car in the future, get it coated right away to save me some hassle.

You would be visiting this place like it's your dentist or doctor--2-3 times a year for 10 years because of the poor quality of workmanship and wrap. They supposedly used Xpel but I really don't know anymore. I say this because almost a month later of getting the car back of it being wrapped....new and worse bubbles formed. First, we bought our car new and got it wrapped 3 days later. Appointment was scheduled at 10am on Tuesday and Veronica said it should be finished by end of day Thursday for a complete PPF wrap full body. It was not finished for pick up until 5pm Saturday. We actually had to go back on Saturday after we got home already to have them fix something since the wrap was already peeling off in one section. Now I understand the reason for this is because Tuesday night she texted saying there were really bad water spots on the new car and that they would need to charge extra $700 to remove it. Ok sure fine remove the water spots for $700 on top of the $4000 quoted for full body wrap. I guess it took them an extra TWO days to remove water spots. So we go pick up the car on Saturday only to notice when we got home bunch of bubbles. We understand it takes 2-3 weeks for it to cure. Gotcha. But there were things wrong with the work already. For one section, it required more work since it was under the badge, there was lint underneath. Appointment was scheduled 2 weeks out to fix it on Friday but we needed the car for Saturday. Veronica said would need more time because appointment was at noon. We asked for an earlier appointment during the following week, possibly Monday or Tuesday so if they needed to keep the car they can. We have to drag our baby and toddler back and forth to get this stuff corrected. So then, we rescheduled the appointment for the following week Friday since Veronica said we can get the car back the same day. Come the day of the appointment, we told them of two other sections that had bubbles that were quite visible. She said no problem most likely will be done after lunch or end of day Friday. Nope ---we don't get a call or text or ANY UPDATES until I told my husband to ask what's going on bc we needed the car back for Saturday. Looks like when he texted her, she said it won't be finished until end of day Saturday now. If she had communicated thru out the day, then I wouldn't be so frustrated. She waited until WE had to contact her. She knew we needed the car back same day. I talked to her on the phone about this. Next thing you know, she says the car is ready for pick up 10:24am on Saturday--not 3pm afterall! That's because they most likely didn't address the 4 bubbles on the back of the car. What is even worse is the spots on the back of the car look exactly how it was before. Photo attached. Doesn't seem like the work was done to even fix it. Later at home, found more bubbles more visible. At this point, it is too frustrating to keep bringing the car back and forth. We had to go get the car seats out for our kids since we had somewhere to go Saturday. My MIL stayed the entire day on Friday because they said it would be done same time. Very inconsiderate service. You get what you pay for. In this case, $4,700 for shitty work in which you need to go back constantly to try to get something fixed but it ends up NOT being fixed at all. See attached photos. Word of advice for you guys-- don't promise a service date that it would be finished and then fail to deliver. Also, another word of advice, communication is KEY. I would rather personally pay another company MORE money to receive good customer service. Thank God we didn't have our windows tinted here. I took that to a place I trust (Mr.Tint) where I had my previous car windows done. Unique Auto Films charged $25 more and at this point, it would've taken them 2 weeks lol haha to do all the work. Mr. Tint quoted me TWO hours for windows to be done. And at exactly two hours it was finished. Clear, precise communication at Mr. Tint. They also do full body PPF wrap. I regret not taking my business to them now.
