May 2021 ~ The purpose for this review is to enlighten the local community to the fact that this particular dealership offers the consumer an extremely pleasant initial experience, with regards to the 'test drive' segment of the car buying process. For me, it was a 2017 midnight blue on beige Porsche Macan. The next phase for me, although lengthy and assumingely intended to end well, went south virtually overnight. Having agreed on a down payment and approved financing on my selected dream car, but before I was able to produce pay stubs, Alpine Buick GMC sold the car to another party. Calm, polite complaints to the owner's assistant and the dealership GM, produced nothing other than left handed apologies and zero efforts to locate the same make and model, to earn this customer's satisfaction. I want to start this off saying that buying the car here was the smoothest process I have ever been through. I bought a 2015 3500hd duramax from here with 60k for mileage. I had the vehicle for 2 days and drove maybe 50 miles before it left me stranded. 3 weeks later I still have no truck, and I found out that they are doing electronic diag when they can fit it in. Not acceptable. How does an ecu fail 2 days after getting it with nothing showing up on the used car inspection? I'm sure the blew threw the inspection because they are so backed up, and I am the one who got screwed. read more

Don't waste your time here. They advertised a great price on a car, so I called. They told me the car was only available at their other location and encouraged me to buy there. I called their other location, and they told me the car was in the shop with body damage. I said that was okay and I was willing to wait. At that point, they told me the price was a mistake and that I should just buy a more expensive car. This is a classic bait and switch scam. After looking around online, I found numerous reviews from people who had the exact same experience. This is not an isolated incident, but a clear pattern of Alpine intentionally deceiving and defrauding consumers. I reported them to the BBB, the FTC, and the DORA. I'm not even sure how this place is still owned and operated by the same people with this many complaints against them. Stay away. Take the bus. Anything but Alpine. read more

2007 GMC Envoy wouldn't start after a trip to Costco .25 miles away. Couldn't jump it. AAA couldn't get it started so I had them tow it to Alpine imagining it was the starter. Estimate over the phone was for battery replacement, cleaning cords and "decarb" for $760. When asked to clarify if it was the starter they said they couldn't tell until those $760 worth of repairs were performed to "get it power". I went to the dealership and they had moved the car from where it was towed. Clearly they "got it power" The Service Manager stuck to the estimate while the technician separately confirmed it was just a really dead battery. Under the hood including the battery and all connections are pristine. They charged me a $140 diagnostic fee which is fine: probably was a bit of work to get the car going. But the estimate was intentionally misleading for someone who doesn't pop the hood too often. $160 AutoZone battery and 30 minutes later: I'm back on the road. AutoZone offers free battery installation if you don't want to do it yourself. I'll be back because I want to see what they come up with next time I need $200 worth of repairs so I can absolutely know they are full of it. read more

After five years of trusting our maintenance to Alpine, we have discovered that our trust has been misplaced. In 2017, they replaced the transmission in our 2013 Enclave at 60K miles under warranty. Must be a GM defect. After 5 years and another 60K miles, they now tell us that the transmission needs to be replaced again. What?? They could not explain to us why these transmissions are not lasting 1/3 the duration that a transmission should last. They also could not explain to us the diagnoses or process that they followed to determine that a replacement was needed. They only said that maintenance was not done and that the "transmission fluid was burnt". Guess what? After five years of bringing the car into Alpine for maintenance and at least two "GM Multi Point" inspections per year, they have the nerve to tell us that there should have been better maintenance? If you don't check the transmission during your GM Multi Point inspections what in the heck are you checking?!?!?? The only response from the service people was that they're sorry and that they did not work at Alpine back then. What?!?!!? You work for the same company. Alpine should take responsibility no matter who works there. Now, they tell us that they want almost $7K for a new transmission without being able to explain to us why. Why are these transmissions failing? Why did you not pick this up during our multiple (at least 10) repair, maintenance and inspection visits? Why was the transmission fluid "burnt" when you have been doing our maintenance? What are our options other than giving you $7K more than the over $14K that we have already spent with you on repairs/maintenance to try to keep the car in good working order over the past 5 years?? BTW, that's almost $3K per year we have been spending with you. And, to add insult to injury, it took two full days for them to get to the car and then they had the nerve to charge $230 before they would release it to us. We trusted Alpine Service and they let us down and left us holding the bag with no explanation. read more

Do not purchase a vehicle from Alpine Buick GMC. I was lied to mislead and treated so horribly. The sales person Hulk Sanchez made promises he never kept. The vehicle was a courtesy vehicle and had a few dings and a scratch on the bumper. He promised the damage would be fixed immediately. I guess my definition of immediately was different then his because it took him well over a month to call me back. When he sold me the vehicle he said he'd pick up my vehicle and give me a loaner. That never happened. I had to take time off work and deliver my vehicle to them which he promised would only take a day or two. It took 10 days!! But..... the worst thing he never sent any title info to DMV. I went to get my plates two times and was told no paperwork was sent in. They had 4 months . After trying to get the problem resolved with no help from Alpine I called GM Headquarters. They even had trouble getting a hold of Alpine. GM Headquarters went above and beyond to help me get this matter resolved. I was told to talk with Hulk Sanchez boss Ricky. When I called Ricky he was just as shady as Hulk. He told me it was an inconvenience for his staff to personally go to DMV to turn in my title paperwork but I was welcomed to go into the dealership to get the paperwork myself. I had no choice since I was driving on expired temporary plates. I finally got the paperwork and was shocked by the cost $1,430! Hulk told us it would be $500-$600. He didn't collect the right taxes. I had no choice to pay for their error in order to get plates. I was COMPLETELY MISLEAD, LIED TO AND TREATED LIKE NOTHING after they got my check. I've bought many vehicles throughout the years NEVER EVER have I encountered such shady lying sales people!!! read more

They might as well not have a SERVICE department because what they're doing is not SERVICE. I waited ON HOLD for 4.5 minutes just for the opportunity to actually speak with a person. Then, got hung up on. They should just put a sign that says NO SERVICE, OR CRAPPY SERVICE because that's what you get. "Oh you need wiper blades? Bring in your truck and leave it for a few days and we'll see if we can get to it" What? Are you fnkidin me? If I ran GMC I'd pull their dealership. Congratulations to the female minority who's supposedly in charge, for buying the business and all that. Happy for ya, but please get a clue on what SERVICE means. Do not waste your time. I was not happy with Alpine Buick when we bought my daughter's car back in 2018. The check engine light came on so we decided to take the car to Alpine and give them another try. Worst mistake! They wanted $1100.00 to start, but could not tell me exactly what was wrong. We are under 5 years and under 60,000 miles on the car. I was told repeatedly that nothing would be covered under warranty, mind you, they could not tell me what exactly was wrong, but knew it would not be covered. We decided to take the car to another dealership. Within 24-hours the car was fixed and let me add 100% covered under the drive train warranty. I feel that we were completely misled by Alpine and could have been a very costly mistake for my 22 year old daughter to have had Alpine do the work. I have yet to get a call back from the service manager. We are going on over 2 weeks now. Plus, I am still waiting for a refund on the diagnostic report. We are from out of state And are in town for work and found them online. We had brought our Sierra in a few weeks ago to have the lighted emblem installed. At that time we were not completely impressed with the customer service but decided to chalk it up to a bad day. now the last few weeks our truck battery has been dead every other day requiring it to be jump started and we had a code come up for some ABS system issues so we brought it in to be serviced... from the start our interactions with staff were terrible. The moment my husband brought the truck in and was talking with the advisor Cindy about the battery issue she said that rats had eaten through the wires. She had not even looked at the truck to make this assumption... my husband told her he's positive that's not the issue but she insisted this was the case and made him sign a statement that he would pay money for this repair before leaving. Later that evening we were told the issue was that we have a radar detector plugged in and that is killing the battery. The radar detector was not plugged in when we dropped the vehicle off and it isn't plugged in when we are not driving. We told the tech this and informed them again this started after the instal of the lighted emblem. She asked when this was installed and we said we didn't have an exact date and she stated they had no idea... we reminded them it was installed by them and they have the paperwork. They then decided they needed to watch it overnight to see if they have the issue and it will be done my noon. The next day we were contacted late in the afternoon and told the issue is the radar detector is draining the battery. Had to go through the same conversations again and admittedly were getting frustrated and this time the tech Corey who originally provided the service with the emblem was involved and rude. He stated the truck needed to stay overnight to watch again and it would be ready first thing in the morning and hung up on my husband. The next afternoon we had to again contact them and were told it's been ready. When my husband picked it up while holding out infant Corey was aggressive with him and said "drive your truck more than 40 miles and your battery won't die" my husband asked for the paperwork and Corey told him there isn't any!! So we have no idea what was done, no idea if the ABS issue was addressed and no record of anything. We will not return to this facility! read more

I bought a used RAM truck from Alpine Buick GMC on January 28th of 2022. My salesman was Ricardo. I drove it , liked it, and bought it. Within 2 days I found 6 things wrong with the truck - things that should have been discovered during the "exhaustive inspection" and detailing of the truck at the dealership. 1. The drivers side seat back was loose and had to be replaced. 2. The Drivers side seat heater did not work. 3. The left side tail light had malfunctioned. 4. The Drivers side mirror rattled on course road and had to be replaced. 5. The HVAC blender door did not send heated or cooled air to the floor. 6. There was bubbling corrosion in the paint of the left fender and hood and paint was peeling from the roof. The credibility of the inspections done by Alpine personnel seemed to be lacking. I brought these problems to the attention of Ricardo who was initially helpful . This helpfulness quickly evaporated as he stopped answering his phone and returning messages. I ended up having to go to the sales manager Sergio. Sergio agreed to fix the problems and sent me to the service department. This was in February. I thought Sergio was a "do the right thing" sort of person. To make a too long story short, 4 of the 6 repairs were successfully completed over the next 5 months. The 2 that were not completed successfully were the tail light (3) and the drivers side seat repairs (1&2). The tail light I accepted as my responsibility as it actually worked for a couple of days after I bought the truck. After all the there was no warranty on the truck. The drivers side seat repairs were made - but in the process the outside company that did the work damaged the safety restraint system. I noted this immediately upon picking up the truck after the repairs were made. I did not bring this to the attention of Alpine for a few weeks due to a series of extreme problems that came up in my life. When I did bring this up to the attention of the the sales manager Sergio - the repair of the damage was refused. I argued this was a basic safety system on the vehicle that was working when I bought the truck but was now not working due to a faulty repair of their supplier - for which Alpine had responsibility. Sergio disagreed. He sent me to the service manager Art. Art agreed to have the seat inspected by the company that did the repair. They did and found several fault codes in the drivers seat. Alpine said they did not have the capability to fix the problems and told me to go to a RAM truck dealer for the repair. I went to a local SRS repair specialist who read the codes and confirmed the drivers seat SRS was not functioning. I authorized repair and he had to replace the side bolster air bag and the drivers side seat belt belt because the electrical connections were damaged - the pins were broken and connections could not be made. The cost was $650. I have pictures. I have tried to make contact with Art several times over a weeks period with no success. I can only assume he does not want to speak with me because I ask if he is in before being transferred to him when I call. He does not answer and he does not return my calls after I leave a message. I feel I am being ignored. I want a refund for the money I spent to have the SRS repaired. The damage was Alpines' responsibility. read more

We purchased Yukon from them in beginning of May, from out of state. They collected all monies to pay taxes and registration and assured us they dealt with out of state Dmv, well they didn't. They mailed us a check 28 days later made out to DMV and told us to go do registration(which is no big deal) except there is a 20 day registration policy in CA so it was late. We had no way to register anything prior to receiving packet and they had the $ for registration and taxes. which was a lot! So we were charged $833 in late fees. Now they refuse to return phone calls, or take responsibility. It appears small claims court is what we will have to do sadly. read more

Monique was my sales person. In the lot I had one option. A truck that we saw online and I was to check out. The other trucks she said had smoke or the chassis was bent in another one. Both of these vehicles I wasn't allowed to even open the door. Didn't get information on any of the other trucks they had there either. Such a mystery! She told me she would knock off money if need be, because we don't let someone leave over $1,000. Test drove the truck. It has a faint smell. But, "this is the best truck. I wouldn't put your family in any other." The truck was listed on their website having only 26,519. When I get there it actually has 37,xxx miles! Monique said she needed $500 to hold the truck from me and because it's a 4 wheel drive they fly out of there. The money was said to go against my purchase price. So, I asked for a receipt and said I want my money back if the truck fails SOS Inspection. She hand wrote "upon the inspection done on 7/21/19 if it does not pass this $500 is refundable. Ok per Aaron Malone" No worries. I thought I'd be covered. I bought the truck even though a few things came up during the inspection. The three major things: the truck bed is shifted about a 1/4" possibly due to it being in an accident. Not shown on carfax. The transmission fluid needs changed already. The truck is out of alignment. So, I've already spent $350 to get it ready for use. I had a check from my bank for the total purchase price minus my trade. Except, my paperwork didn't shown me paying $500 down since the papers were generated before I paid that. She assured me I would get it back. They have to cut a check. Ok. It's Wednesday and I have not received one word on the refund to my card or cutting a check. So, DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY DOWN!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO CHARGE YOU $400 for a "warranty". read more

We purchased a vehicle from this company and then were asked to return several weeks later to resign the finance paperwork. Sales rep change over and poor business dealings lead to missing/wrong documents that became the customer's responsibility. The finance team has lied, changed payment history, and made the overall experience a nightmare. The vehicle had electrical problems, tures that were exessively worn, multiple recalls were brought to our attention after having purchased the vehicle. Today was the worse experience I have ever had with a dealership. On Monday, I inquired about a 2003 GMC 2500 HD pickup. I found it on there listings. I sent in an inquiry and was contacted by a salesman named Hulk. I was going to see it on Wed. but needed to change the appointment to today at 2:00. I drove from Fort Collins to Denver. When I arrived the salesman was not available. "He will be just few minutes." After a few minutes, I was told by another salesperson that Hulk was filling the truck with fuel. Hulk then came in to the showroom and seemed to be looking for the keys. After a few minutes, he came over to me and said that the truck had been wholesaled out yesterday. I asked why he did not let me know the situation. "Well I did not know until today." And you could not have called me? Well, I just came in this afternoon. He then said he had 2006 he could show me. The truck was so best up, the engine was running rough and the drivers seat had been patched with duck tape. Told him no thank you. "Well, I have a 2013 you could see." Again after waiting a few minutes, he came back, Oh, I guess that truck is not available." "What do you think about the 2006?" "It is a piece of junk." I told him this was the worse experience I have ever had with a dealer. No apologies. If I had someone coming to look at a vehicle, I guess I would have had the truck fueled, washed and sitting out front. This salesperson is not a asset to your dealership. I spent 5 hours of my day not to mention my gas driving. I would expect some kind of compensation for my time. Do Not go to this dealership! read more

I had lots of problems here. Showed up intending to test drive a 2015 Chrysler 200. Salesman did everything to distract me from this goal. Finally, I insisted we go inside and look at the sales mgr sheet showing all cars. IT WAS ON THE SHEET, but had been taken to the auction 2 days earlier (because it was on their lot too long.) I came home just now, and I see it still showing on their lot. However, I can't 100% believe that it was taken off the lot just 2 days ago. It gets worse. They talk me into test driving a " ' 2017 Toyota Camry 2.5 four cylinder ' " I had earlier rejected it because it was too LARGE of a car. When salesman returns from private huddle with sales mgr Ben Harrison, my salesman Malachi Ross says "My mgr REALLY suggests you test drive the 2017 Camry ... It's the same size as the Chrysler 200. I said BS! but I'll test drive it anyway. Test drive goes just OK, despite low tire pressure warning that 'needs 2 b fixed.' I tell the salesman the car is 2 big, I'm not going 2 buy the car. First and foremost I want to drive a 6 cylinder, INTERMEDIATE sized Chrysler 200. I'm going to dash (and watch the rest of the Texas vs Oklahoma football game. I come home and come to find out that the Camry was actually a 2016 (not a '17.) And ... as previously noted, they are still showing the Chrysler 200 as available. I've gotten to the point that I can't believe a word anybody says. read more

So we looked at a 2018 loaner vehicle with 1,400 miles. Sales person tells us they can sell us this loaner encore for $18K. My daughter goes through their financing. Sales person comes back with a price of almost $26,000. Keep in mind this car has hail damage. Then manager comes over and says, yes the price went up, but I got you 0% financing. WTH? Bait and switch all the way at this dealership. Wasted an hour with these jokers. read more

Our GMC Yukon was recently serviced at this dealership for a Takata passenger air bag recall. When we picked up our car the air bag light was on ( it was not on before this) and we asked them to take a look and tell us what happened at the time of service to cause this. Unbelievably, Ms Cynthia Robinson told us they did not cause this and "not to worry". We had to beg the service people to perform a "mini" diagnostic test to find out what was wrong as we are from out of town and had plans to drive that day into the mountains. Not one, but three error codes came up and again Ms. Robinson assured me I was over reacting and that my air bag was perfectly fine! She was rude, condescending and ignorant. We left the dealer upset and checked with our Buick dealer in Ohio. Based on the air bag codes, the passenger bag would not deploy at all. I could even see that when I looked up the codes on-line. At least two of the codes could be explained by a potential faulty reconnection. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had as a customer. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone in the service industry! They clearly do not know what they are doing at this dealership and I would NOT recommend them for service. read more

Car dealerships aren't usually Yelp-worthy, but knowing how many gorgeous ladies frequent Yelp Denver, I felt obliged to toot a warning horn about Alpine Buick-Pontiac-GMC. If you're interested in test driving cars, go elsewhere; you'll be test-driving corny pickup lines and plucking eyeballs from your cleavage if a certain Alpine salesman whose name rhymes with "Shmeric" gets anywhere near you. I showed up at the Littleton dealership on the spur of the moment late in the evening, hoping to check their lot for late model used Toyotas taken in trade, and was greeted by "Shmeric" and another salesman, whose name rhymes with "Shmack." I had my longtime boyfriend in tow with an arm around me, and his brother along for the ride, as Little Bro will be car shopping soon. "Shmeric" had "Shmack" take the guys inside and sit them down, and as I went to follow, he stopped me and asked for my keys to appraise my trade-in. The instant the guys were inside, "Shmeric" started asking me personal questions, and, no kidding, in the tone I'd use with a newborn puppy, telling me, "Oh yes, you're a sexy girl, yes you are." He then asked me if I was married-- I lied and said I was, since the boyfriend and I have been together longer than most marriages last these days. Then "Shmeric" started asking personal questions about my "husband." I had given "Shmeric" my business card-- stupid decision, but as I look pretty young, I was trying to make a show of the fact that I have a good job that gives me business cards, so clearly I'm able to pull in enough dough to make car payments. I'm now torn between worrying that he'll call for me, and hoping that he does, but calls my office number so our spitfire VP of Communications, who answers the phones, can tear him a few new ones! Anyway, I declined to buy from Alpine. No manager was obviously available, so I just excused myself as soon as I was able to do so without being rude to "Shmack." And the kicker is, my car hadn't moved an inch-- so "Shmeric" asked for my keys when he did ONLY to get me away from the big tall intimidating boys I was with in order to run some of the worst game I've ever seen by me. Memo to car salesmen: Most women are NOT so desperate for a compliment that we'll buy a goddamned car because you tell us we're sexy, and the VAST majority of Denver ladies are self-assured enough to take the high road, then promptly report your harrassing remarks to your supervisor the next morning. I got a "quality assurance" call this morning from an Alpine representative, filed my complaint, with "Shmeric's" full name, and I'm now waiting for a manager to call me to let me know how they'll be handling it. I'm the type who tips 25% for good service and 15% even if it's lousy, who refrains from telling the cashier, "Ha, ha, I just printed those yesterday!" when he checks my bills with a pen to detect counterfeits, who is polite even when telling telemarketers not to call me again-- but my tolerance has boundaries, "Shmeric," and ya done crossed one. So, ladies of Yelp, I suggest that you either avoid Alpine Pontiac-Buick-GMC, or that you show up on weekday evenings to pay "Shmeric" a visit and to point, laugh, and whisper to each other, "It's true! In the span of 5 days Alpine was the most frustrating roller coaster experience I have had. Initially I was offered a great deal on a Sierra 1500 to steal my business from a competitor. Once I had verbally agreed and sent out my confirmation of finance to them the truck was "sold" and I was offered a much more expensive model as a replacement. I lodged a compliant and was offered the up optioned model for essentially the same price as the original truck. I accepted and began to work on a delivery date and signed agreement; two hours before delivery I was informed that truck was not available, and they'd try to find me another (meeting the original trim level). As of right now I have been waiting on a call from "management" for an hour and a half. To reiterate the agreement was signed and I was left hanging. read more

After several unreturned phone calls to Alpine, we put a review on BBB.org and Alpine replied to it, saying they offered to buy our used vehicle back. FINALLY, last week, we got a response from them after weeks of leaving messages and being promised a call back. They did NOT offer to buy our car back. They simply said "we are not doing anything. You bought the car "as is" and you gave us some bad online reviews so we are not giving you any money towards repair or buying the car back" . End of story. Wow. For the record, Alpine also said they had "a multi-point inspection, safety inspection, emissions as well as oil and filter change made on this vehicle". I can tell you that after waiting a half hour at the DMV to get the plates, i was informed that there was NO emissions test done on the vehicle. I then had to go back to Alpine, wait an additional half hour to even get someone to help me, then go to the Emissions testing station to get the emissions test done, and BACK to the DMV to wait an additional half hour to get the plates. And our mechanic said he has never seen oil so black and sludgy on a car, so I don't trust that they even did an oil change. So sad, we hoped they would stand behind their products but in the end, they did not do one thing in the name of good customer service. I will tell anyone and everyone who is considering going to Alpine to spend their hard earned money elsewhere. Very disappointing. read more

Aaron and Monique were awesome. The title clerk is horrific. I'm an out of state buyer and resident. They never sent the MSO and paperwork to anyone until I called numerous times 3 months after the sale. She then sent the paperwork to a random licensing agency in my state, not the Department of Revenue where it should have gone. Also, she never notified me what licensing agency it went to. There are hundreds in the state. Finally the GM (Aaron) was able to track down where it was sent. Again, sales staff is awesome, would buy another there in minute. I was pretty surprised how run down this GMC dealership is being how high end GMC and Buick is. It reminds me of a buy here, pay here type of dealership you'd expect to see on Colfax. Putting aside my first impression I have it a chance. Once I was greeted by a typical corky salesman who showed me nothing but high mileage SUV's of 100k+. They definitely cater to folks with no credit/bad credit wanting to buy higher end vehicles that nobody else wants. If your going to spend 40-60k on a vehicle you probably should go to other modern facilities. read more

On Tuesday July 23, 2019, my 1993 Ford Explorer finally gave up after 27 years. I had tried to put off a vehicle purchase for some time, as my credit was not in the best of shape. Being self-employed, there are times that your credit can suffer, as you keep your business alive. I must say, I also suffered from a bit of embarrassment, due this fact of my credit being sub-par. I contacted the Alpine Buick GMC South Colorado Springs Dealership, as my first contact, because of a fondness to the Buick brand. Joani Pierce took my call and assured me that she would find a way to help, despite my credit circumstances, as I was left stranded and car-less. She asked me to complete an application online, to save me time and to get the process started; so, I completed the application moments after our conversation. About 30 minutes later, Joani texted me back to inform me that she had a way to go. She let me know what documentation I needed to bring to make the process smooth and seamless. From there, I hitched a ride and proceeded to the dealership. Once I arrived, Joani greeted me with the most pleasant demeanor, as if I had been a client for years. She let me know that I would be working with Edward Mesa, who would be showing me a new vehicle and pose as my sales professional. This was quite the surprise. I had hoped for just a used vehicle. A new vehicle was never anticipated, but it was a welcome opportunity. I sell real estate, as an Associate Broker. Having a new vehicle was a better fit, because I drive an enormous number of miles. Edward continued the exceptional customer service, carrying the proverbial torch, if you will allow the analogy. Edward brought up a 2019 Buick Encore in white with a dark interior. I do not know if they were psychic or if Joani had taken note of the color on my 1993 Ford, but that was definitely my preferred color-mix choice. Again, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. We took a drive, came back to the facility to complete paperwork, and then I was introduced to Darek, (Dutch) Harris. He was the paperwork financial team member that finalized my paperwork. Dutch was also just as professional and got me through the process with ease. They really make you feel like family at this facility. I would like to thank Joani, Edward, and Dutch for an awesome experience and for making my time there a pleasant one, despite my credit circumstances. Thanks for treating me like a person and not a person with sub-par credit. With that said, I have one final person to thank. After taking delivery of my vehicle, the next morning the check engine light came on and it made me a bit concerned. I immediately drove back into the dealership service department, to get it attended to quickly. I was met in the service drive by Eric. Eric was unable to address my concern immediately, because the shop was booked. However, he did run the codes, before I left to determine the severity of the issue and he deemed it not an urgent issue. He immediately scheduled me for an 8am appointment for the following day. The next day, I drove back and the light had disappeared. It was determined, because the vehicle may have been on the lot for an extended period of time, this is why an O2 sensor code showed up. He asked me to keep an eye on it and alert him immediately, if it shows up again, and he provided me his contact info. Again, his service was just as exceptional as the sales team. I truly believe that it is the sales team that starts an ownership experience, but it is the service team that brings the clients back. Eric's attention and attentiveness to my concern, will definitely bring me back. I just had the best car buying experience of my life at Alpine. The initial shopping phase was a pleasure. Rick our salesperson showed us several different models that all fit our needs but we finally decided on a new Sierra. The negotiations on price were very open and friendly and we agreed to a price quickly. The financing phase that is usually painful with all the add on questions and pressure sales was very refreshing. There were a few questions about added services but no pressure from the staff. Overall this was just a great experience that I thought needed to be shared. Talk to Rick when you get there and he will make sure your experience is second to none! read more

This place is a joke! They advertise great discounts and their online payment calculator is very deceiving. Go elsewhere if you want to buy a car. No ones got $700 a month for a car. read more

I'll preface this with the fact that this is ongoing, but so far, this has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a dealership. Needing to bring my truck in for an oil change before a cross country move, I called 3 times ahead of schedule to stress the importance of receiving my truck back that day as my lease was up the next day and I needed to start my drive. On top of this, I was reassured that this oil change was covered by my certified pre-owned maintenance that I received when I purchased the vehicle. In the lot at 9 AM the day after these calls, I had to wait 1.5 hours before I was even able to talk with a service representative who then apologized for whoever told me the service would be covered and that they wouldn't honor that. Fine, the bigger problem I have however is after stressing again the importance of getting the vehicle back that day, I was promised it wouldn't be a problem and that they would call me if anything changed. Now here I am 45 minutes after they've closed with over 2 dozen calls to the dealership, no word on the vehicle, and no response whatsoever from the general manager (who the employee who I spoke to promised would return my call before close). I find myself without my truck and unable to start my drive or move out of my house due to the empty promises from Alpine Buick GMC. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere read more

Service Department is disorganized. My car sat for eight days before it was diagnosed. They didn't provide a loaner until day 4. They charged me a $575 restocking fee when I had the work done elsewhere. read more
