Went in anyway, It's like any FFL, prices are fair, definitely less than Albertsons, Ralph's or Stater Brothers, that is very much so. Staff are somewhat cordial. The checker greeted me half heartedly but she's not rude, could be friendlier. I didn't visit any department besides the ice cream aisle but everything seemed copacetic. There was one long line when i started (about 8-10 people) and it took roughly 5 minutes for the other 2 check stands to open up, not bad. From what I saw (limited). the store looked clean & organized. Everything in its place. Parking is plentiful. If I need to return, I wouldn't mind going back, but it's not my go to market

The store is always clean and I love when they serve samples. Their samples are always super fresh and the servers are very sweet! Whenever I visit for the fresh food at the cocina they're all welcoming but Aura in particular is such a kind lady. She's very attentive and sweet. She makes sure that I get the best quality foods and even makes it fresh for me and my family most times! The waits aren't too long and they always prioritize the time of their customers. I never have to wait more than 5-7 minutes for my order. Aura definitely makes my experience visiting so welcoming. I appreciate her service always

The produce and hot food have always been good, but the customer service is a different story. The employees often seem unhappy rude and uninterested, which makes the shopping experience unpleasant. On top of that, the new self-checkout machines are not my favorite. I understand they're trying to cut labor costs, but it doesn't make things easier for customers--especially when there's only one cashier available and you're basically forced to use self-checkout. Last week, I used the self-checkout, and when I scanned my bolillo, the machine kept stopping. The cashier came over and began inspecting my bag like I had done something wrong. I then said, "I know how to count," because I felt that frustrated. Honestly, I've never felt so disrespected while shopping. If you're going to have self-checkout machines, don't treat your customers like they're doing something wrong. It really takes away from the overall experience.

Yet, when I do stop by, I'm reminded why I don't frequent this one. The parking lot is bad. Not that there aren't any spaces, but it's more so the fact that the parking spots are small. There are a lot of people who loiter here, making is uncomfortable to get in and out of the car. The aisles are smaller than other stater brothers and I find myself clashing with other patrons. The shelves are smaller and the floor doesn't shine brightly. In addition, the workers here don't seem to care for their customers as much as other stores that I've been to. The cashier seemed as though she didn't want to be there and I could barely squeeze out a hello from them. Although the prices and produce are lower in pricing, I don't feel inclined to buy my groceries here. I will continue to come when needed, but I don't think I will due to the service, location, parking, and situations.

Today we went to the deli department at the Stater Bros. on Schaefer and Euclid, the market we…read morealways shop at. We wanted to order the 8-piece chicken and were told we could not place the order the way we've always done before. I explained that we've ordered it this way many times in the past, including just two weeks ago when the young girl that was there also helped me without any issue. Unfortunately, the elderly woman with white hair working in the deli was very sarcastic in her response and simply said "no" in a rude tone. We have lived in this area for six years and have never experienced this kind of treatment at this location until today. What disappointed us most was not even being told "no," but the attitude and tone we received. Because of how uncomfortable and unwelcome we felt, we decided to walk away without buying any chicken at all. I understand policies can change, but customer service and respectful communication still matter. What I truly did not appreciate was that as we were leaving the store, I noticed the elderly employee speaking to another worker while staring at us as we exited the market. The other employee then turned around and looked at us as well, making it very obvious we were being talked about. That was extremely rude and unprofessional, and it made the situation even more uncomfortable.

Then Henry has an attitude with me being super rude as , I'm literally saying thank you as he is sliding my chicken to me. So as I'm in the store getting groceries Henry is mad dogging me down the isles . Trying to intimidate me . The prices were comparable to 99 ranch and seafood yet the fish was not really fresh. The eyes were red and frozen. You can technically felt the ice frozen inside the fish. That's made it heavy to weigh. The clean was free . Thank you. The coconut juice I literally was very cheap. Be back for some Asian needs .
