They're really really awesome... I came from an amazing dentist but we have moved 50 miles from there so I was kinda nervous to go to a new dentist since I have gone to our old fam dentist for my entire life. This place was so great, they gave me a tour of their facility. It was clean, they sterilize, it looks very modern but they are all so sweet and helpful. I love my new dentist. I came in for emergency tooth pain. After X-rays they determined I needed a root canal. They assisted through the entire process. I was pleased to know that I was able to leave with a permanent crown that same day. During the entire procedure, my comfort was priority. I felt calm and confident with the staff during the entire process. And the doctor has a good sense of humor. It made things much easier. Hello Again, I recently left a review months ago about going for an emergency visit. Now, I was able to get myself in to see what is really going on. Once again, A refreshing experience to be surrounded by a team their main focus is working proficiently and being prepared for Doctor. I need a bit of work to replace old crowns, and it's good to have the reassurance that I'm NOT going to have to wait weeks for my crowns nor did I have to have that material in my mouth for an impression, yuk!! I also had a old root canal redone as it honestly never felt right from 15yrs ago. Doctor took that chance and gave his best attempt to save my tooth. Doctor was extremely honest with me all through the process and softly explained that next step is probably the implant stage. It's a lot to accept but Doctor Zaveri has my full support in what the right care is for my future. I was in full acceptance to being at the office for a while, but to my surprise, I was done by lunch with 2 crowns replaced, one new crown greatly needed, and a replacement root canal!! Wow!! Of course it was work, but Doctor had my patience because I really wanted these yucky decayed, smelly teeth out of my mouth!!! Today yea I'm sore, as anyone would be in my situation but Doctor has been available to provide excellent after care!!! Of course many wonder, what does this cost??? By far the Best dentist I know. A true professional. I found Dr Zaveri about 10 years ago. I broke my molar and it was a day before Thanksgiving. My dentist at the time was closed for the holidays. Dr. Zaveri was the only dentist opened for emergencies. He fixed my Molar just in time before Thanksgiving. I was so grateful and was very impressed with his work ethic. He made it as smooth as possibly. I also felt at ease and had no pain or anxiety as he was working on my molar. I made the switch immediately. Never went back to my old dentist. After all these years, he continues to impress me and wow me with his great services. There's no other dentist I trust. It used to always frightened me to visit the dentist, until I found him. Seeing the dentist is always a scary time for me but Dr. Zaveri and his team make it so much more comfortable for me to get dental work. I got information upfront and the cost as well. The girls in the front office are so nice too. My only issue is that Valerie. Although she was sweet, was really rough with half of my deep cleaning. My jaw is sore and for whatever reason, she couldn't get me numb enough. Im still sore and my cleaning was Wednesday. She must have injected me 10 times, and by the time I left My face was numb up to my eye and I was itchy but my teeth still weren't. So maybe I won't go back to her. This doesn't take away from the dentist though. He was fabulous! The fillings were great and so was the staff. Minus the hiccup but I understand things happen. read more

I developed severe anxiety last year I am really disappointed in how Dr. Zaveri handled my not being able to do my procedures on two occasions. The first time I was scheduled for the cleaning and fillings but was too anxious. I did not see him that time and only interacted with the hygienist who is amazing and kind. At that time I paid fully for my out of pocket part of the service. It was rescheduled and I again was too afraid. The last time at no point did he show empathy or patience or offer any helpful solutions to get my work done, such as the options to begin and take it slow and taking breaks, using nitrous oxide, etc. (the very nice front desk person actually told me about the nitrous.) He instead told me that he set aside an hour for me and I was wasting his time (understandably, but again never gave me options to attempt) and told me that I could still do my exams and cleanings there but I would need to seek out sleep dentistry and gave me a name of a dental office nearby. After I asked if he would be able to send all my info to them or another dentist so I didn't have to start over, he changed his tune and said MAYBE if I come out of the situation I'm in, in a few months he might be able to do it. I want to make clear that the staff there is AWESOME and this review is not about them. I have been coming to Dr. Zaveri for years and he has done a lot of my work. I figured dentists were extremely aware and prepared for patients like this. This is all new fear for me and I am just disappointed that he didn't do more to make me feel at ease. read more

I had a great experience during my visit. I went in for a chipped tooth, which was a very stressful thing to deal with but Dr. Zaveri and his team made me feel comfortable and put my worries at ease. Also, they were able to schedule me for a same day appointment which was great. The office was really nice and the staff was very friendly (everyone from reception to the doctor). After I filled out my paperwork I was called in shortly, given a tour, and a welcome gift bag, which was a nice touch (especially since it was my birthdays couple days before)! I had a ton of questions for Dr. Zaveri before and after my procedure. He answered them all thoroughly and went over all possible treatment scenarios. This was very helpful and appreciated since I did not have dental insurance and I knew what to expect cost-wise. Once the procedure was done I was ecstatic with the outcome. I paid a visit here recently because I was dealing with some severe dental pain. My primary dentist was closed on a Friday and had no other phone number to call if the office was closed. I even called Loma Linda school of dentistry and they were unfortunately booked. Alta Dental answered right away, and without question, told me to come right in. They were quite busy, however, they're standards to keep the place COVID complaint was great! After signing paperwork, I was taken back and had an X-ray within 15-20 minutes. Doc came in, checked out the X-ray and unfortunately found an infection in my tooth. I was given two options, have the tooth pulled or go home with prescription medication. Because he wasn't my primary, I opted for the medication. The next morning I woke up swollen and made a second call to Alta Dental, left a message and once 8AM hit, they called me back right away with my concern. Unfortunately they weren't able to pull the tooth because the surgeon was unavailable, but let me know to continue the medication and let it do it's work. If it weren't for this team, who knows where my situation could have been today. My swelling has gone way down, I'm still feeling pain, but I was much more comfortable throughout this long weekend. Thank you guys for taking me in on such short noticed during this pandemic. The staff there was friendly and amazing all around. And the doc, even though it was a simple answer, made my painful situation a little more bearable until I visited my primary. read more

I am updating my former review to 5 stars after returning to Alta Dental Care and witnessing the entire staff carefully following the CDC protocol: all were wearing masks and practicing the state requirements for healthcare workers. Besides being beautiful, the office is sparkling clean and sanitary with state of the art dental equipment. I can confirm their kind and compassionate staff is extremely concerned with the health and well being of their patients. With new found confidence, I began my treatment with a deep cleaning and I look forward to proceeding with additional extensive dental treatment including an extraction, crown and two implants. After getting 4 estimates from other local offices for these extensive treatments, I found Alta Dental and their staff is the most professional and compassionate practice of any of the others in of my journey.
