How often do you need fingerprints? They aren't done with ink and paper they are called livescan for a reason. But if the machine isn't picking up on it someone should be able to help. We went here because it was said to be least expensive but turns out to be the same as anywhere else.

My first visit was on 11/08 with Christina or Christine, I wish I remembered her name perfectly because she was incredible. I live with severe agoraphobia, and that day I was also mailing something very emotional. I was overwhelmed, anxious, and apologized for being a little scattered. She showed nothing but patience and kindness. We ended up having the loveliest conversation while she helped me through the process, and she genuinely calmed me down. My second visit was today, 12/1, with Samantha, and once again I was met with the same warmth and compassion. Lines are very hard for me, especially knowing people are waiting behind me, but she made the whole experience feel easy with simple conversation and kindness. Not many people truly understand agoraphobia, but both of these women treated me with such grace and zero judgment. Their kindness mattered more than they'll ever know. I am incredibly grateful for them and for the care they showed during moments that were very hard for me.

Twice in less than a month, UPS Ground has failed to deliver air-freighted perishable food on time, though this time they did get the eggs and dairy to me; the meat will sit in the hot truck another day, because the afternoon shag driver claimed the business was closed at 4:39 pm. Funny thing is that I watched him drive by without a glance. The previous time, I immediately had that vendor switch me to FedEx exclusively, which I'll now attempt to do with this one. Now I know they both suck, and take turns wearing that crown, but I'm going to use the one that sucks less at the moment. Zero stars, of course.

They gave me a call roughly an hour before they came so we could prep for them and didn't complain at all when they couldn't get their truck up our steep driveway(not their fault, it's a VERY steep driveway and a VERY big truck). They were quick, prompt, professional, and very friendly. They also were quick to adapt when there was a last minute change in where we were going to meet and were easy to communicate with both via yelp and phone. 10/10, would and will be using these guys again in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for movers; especially up here on the mountain.
