I walked into the bathroom, no wet floor sign and i slipped and fell so hard with the amount of bleach that was on that floor and I hurt my leg and cut open my knee and told a worker and very little attention was given. instead, they put a wet floor sign in random towels scattered across the carpet floor outside of the bathroom rather than fixing an issue inside of it. I couldn't really walk for a couple of weeks I tried to reach out to the establishment again but no one like I said care so I will be probably find another way to handle that . My nieces (3 and 4 years old) love coming to chuckie cheese. They always have a great time. The bouncing house is an additional price from the arcade games. They give socks and a disposable wrist band to get access to the bouncing house. I do wish they would give a discount for return customers who have their socks. It can definitely get pricey paying for the socks every time we go, but I do feel that you get your moneys worth. Every time I have gone, the place is clean. I Went here yesterday for the first time on a play date with my baby and her cousin from her daddy side . We got here in the afternoon around 6pm , it was not to crowded but a few people was there but not to much to where we can't enjoy ourselves. My baby enjoyed her self walking around an admiring the place hence this her second time coming here she came around 3 months old where she knew nothing vs now at one where she was able to take in the presence of the place an actually get on a few of the rides plus see the mascot . I visited this location on a weekday around noon and it was a good experience. Chuck E. Cheese no longer sends out regular coupons, so prices are as marked. The cashier was able to confirm my suspicions of this. We opted to buy a play card for points. You have the option of points or minutes. Minutes can be paused with a machine In the rear. Most games are still 1 point, some games require 2, but I've never seen more than 3. A lot of the games are new and the old ones are operational. The kid won jackpots on two different games - so not as rigged. The location was clean. At this stage of Covid mask are optional. The staff was nice and attentive considering there were only a few people. Overall, I would definitely consider this location for a weekday or non-busy hours. read more

What kid doesn't love Chuck E. Cheese's? Mine sure do. We visited this location or my son's birthday and we had a good time overall. I have visited quite a few locations here in Georgia and without a doubt this is probably the cleanest one that I have been too. That being said, it is not as big as other locations, but being clean and sanitary is very important. One of the machines ran out of tickets and the employee refilled it within about 10 minutes. The quality of Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza has definitely went way downhill since the 1980's and 90's, which a real shame is, but it is what it is. Make sure if you plan on visiting you print out coupons off their website so you can save on game tokens (instead of 80 per $20 you get 100). If you plan on getting food, you can get free game tickets with coupons as well. As much money as one will spend here, why not? Overall, I would definitely recommend the Norcross location. Another one of my kids favorite places to go! It's a moms favorite too because it's a whole lot of fun for the kiddies and using coupons makes it a whole lot of fun on my purse! The check-in system that they have at this Chuck E Cheese's satisfies me and my need for safety when in places like these. Everyone in your group gets a stamp on the same arm, with matching id #'s so no one leaves with someone else without you knowing. I usually take them really early in the day as well, so they can have as much fun as they can before the traffic starts to pour in. I would also recommend bringing your own hand sanitizer because a lot of little kids crawling in and out of tubes, wiping their noses, eating food and forgetting to wipe their hands can be a recipe for germs all over the place. I keeps it nice and clean. Before you go check out whatever coupons you can find online. This usually helps cut the cost of tokens and food. I don't know why everyone is hating. We just made a family outing to this Chuck E. Cheese and were pleasantly surprised. It was pretty clean, not too crowded, and there was only machine out of order - and it had just been broken shortly after we arrived (I saw the kid break a pedal off, and a worker came by to look at it within 10 minutes). It might have been a little small, but it was perfect for our small family. Pizza is pretty meh - but everyone knows you don't come for the food. You come for the games. Our three-year-old loved it. The baby napped. I beat the husband at basketball. Fun was had by all. Next time we have to choose a Chuck E. This is the closest C.E.C to my house so I really wanted to love it for my own selfish reasons, however, it looks like I'll be driving out to Buford like I normally do. The facility is as clean as you would expect from an establishment with 50+ kids running around. The pricing is pretty standard and you can show your phone at checkin and if you go on their website there are a number of deals which will get you far more coins for the same prices. Definitely a plus! So why only two stars? Number one, they did the Chuckie song, however, Chuckie never came out. Then they announced the ticket fall, yet no tickets were dropped. Several machines were broken and several of the ones that did work had issues such as the camera ride that takes a photo with the quality of a 1999 Nokia cell phone. The workers, including the manager all seemed as if they hated their job and could care less about the complaints from people saying their coins were being taken by the machine. Now I can imagine the job can be a bit much considering they have children screaming non-stop, however, I'd be an idiot to believe you didn't know this when you applied for the job, right?! The beverage area could also use some attention, especially the straw dispenser. Lastly, the pizza tasted much different from all the other CEC locations I've been to in the past. My son had fun regardless and he didn't even seem to notice that the jungle gym was missing at this location (compared to Buford). Sigh... maybe they'll get it together and I'll return. My son decided to have my 2 year old grandson's birthday party here since I volunteered to take care of the bill go figure. Using the website to book a reservation was a little stressful at first and I still don't know what was going on with that. For some reason it would not allow my card to go thru. I contacted my bank and was told there was no problem on their end. I ended up contacting CEC's customer service and reserved the party over the phone. You have to put down a $50 deposit. Having not stepped inside of a Chuck E Cheese establishment in over 10 years I didn't know WHAT to expect. First let me say how packed it was when we pulled into the parking lot! This was the day after the light snow that we had here in GA so I was very surprised. When we walked inside we were greeted at the door, hand stamped, led thru a turnstyle and introduced to our party host Chelsea. Let me say now that Chelsea was an excellent hostess! She was very pleasant, great energy, and very attentive. Not once did we have to put out an APB on her. She gave us a rundown of the "schedule" and what to expect. My mouth almost opened in aw because for people like me who are not good at throwing parties this was perfect. The schedule being 1.) what time the food was coming out, 2.) what time Chuck E himself was coming out to sing Happy Birthday to all of the birthday kids, to what time my grandson could step inside of a plastic tube with a blower to catch as many tickets as he and his dad could hold. etc.. As far as food goes...the pizza was tasty, the wings were meh, the lemonade was just right. Not too sweet and I could actually taste a lemon flavor. The fries were decent, small cut like McDonalds without the Micky D taste, and the churros were chewy and flavorful. The customers are to bring their own bday cake and the hostesses will bring them out right before the "show" begins. It was an absolute awesome experience that totally surpassed my expectations. I went today to this location and it was by far the worst experience ever! The manager was rude, i swear he is racist! Anyways, since our arrival we felt very unwelcome....... the manager spoke to us with an attitude as if we weren't following the rules then i went to purchased a combo of food and game cards for my family everything was fine until i asked for a beer! The kid at the register said he needed to call the manager to serve me the beer so i said go ahead call him, the manager came and was very rude once again! He treated me like i was some kind of criminal, told me very nasty give me your i.d than he poured the beer and said (which this made me really mad) drink it slow because we dnt have anymore (with a horrific attitude) I was shocked, perplexed and mad, like gow dare you talk to me like that sir! My son's favorite place to play. Good place to sit down for me and hubby while our son plays inside the play area. Very clean ambiance. They have a very good security too! Even our baby has a family code. So that, no one will be able to get him if just incase, some bad people will get the baby. Food is reasonable for a go grab food, while kids play. We came here because we had a bad experience at Kids Paradise across the street. Like the other reviewer, this place sure brings back a lot of memories (I would always come here as a kid and have a good time.) We had a blast here and saw Chuck performing as we were leaving! This place is just amazing. I only have one small complaint and that complaint has to do with the animatronics. I was pretty disappointed because the animatronics do not interact with the children in any way, which is what my cousins expected. The last two times I came, are the last two times I will come to this location. We came on a Saturday to have a birthday party and it was a disaster, first of all there was no one at the door almost the entire time we were there. You know, the person who is supposed to stamp your hand and check to make sure no one is running off with your kids? Yeah they were ghost almost the whole time and were not at the door when we left. We ordered some boneless wings for our party and first they sent the wrong order over and after almost an hour and a half wait, I went to our party host and showed her the receipt because most of my party was gone and it was no longer useful. She then went to the "manager" and he said I had to wait in line in the front for a refund...well that would have been fine if the line wasn't moving at a snails pace and there was more than one person ringing. The line was almost out the door and everyone was complaining. After almost 30 minutes I finally get to the cashier, they start running around trying to figure out what's going on with my order, and apparently while I was waiting in line they brought the wings to my table and the manager said I could not get a refund because my party started eating it. Oh they thought! After a heated discussion with the manager, they snatched the remaining wings off the table and gave me a refund.
