My water heater randomly just started leaking a couple weeks ago on a Saturday morning. I called around to a couple plumbers but Always Rescue Plumbing was the only one able to get someone to check it out within the next hour. Hugo was there within the hour and checked it out. Diagnosed that it needed to be replaced. Thankfully the water heater was still under warranty, so I was already in talks with the manufacturing company. I quickly worked together with the manufacturing company, Hugo, and Marina to get things sorted. The supply company where the replacement water heater was closed so I would have to wait until Monday to get it replaced. Monday rolled around and it was almost looking like it was going to take until Tuesday. Hugo was busy with another job and around 3:30 (they close at 4) I met him at the supply company to go purchase the replacement water heater. I had to buy it and then get refunded the amount with a warranty claim (which also only took 2 days, during Thanksgiving week!). He brought it back to the house and started on installing it around 4:30PM. He was done in less than 2 hours and now I am living with hot water again. Their quote was very competitive, and Daniel was very responsive throughout the information gathering phase. For the amount of work that was involved in this project, everything went very smoothly. Always Rescue Plumbing provided an amazing service to our leaking problem! They were able to repipe our mainline and crawlspace within 1 day. Even though it was raining quite heavily that day, their team members continuously pushed through and opened up the small patches of concrete to repipe the main line. Because of their relentless effort, we were able to use water by the end of the day. It's also a huge relief to finally see the water meter stop moving when there's no water usage inside the house. And to top it all off, they've even lent us two floor fans to help dry off our crawl space! I want to thank Daniel and his team for staying professional and getting the job done so well. They've done extensive work -replace all the drains, and install new fixtures and water valves. Since the house was not occupied so we didn't realize they left 2 valves leaking and installed a bad faucet that was not working on the hot water side. So that means they don't double check their work before they leave. Worst is they don't respond to come back and don't honor their warranty. The worst plumbers! read more

But one of the flushes started leaking, and no response from them. The toilet leaked all through yesterday, but still no response. Very disappointed in the after-service. The service was a big miss. We called Always Rescue Plumbing to fix the broken garbage disposal. They replaced the garbage disposal and installed a new chord, which was all good. Although charged the maximum allowable charge ($500) for the service allowed by my property management company. Should cost less than that but we didn't have any concerns since it came with warranty from them. The real bad experience was when the disposal stopped working in a few days. They wouldn't respect the warranty and charged an additional $150 on top for the visit and tried every excuse to avoid the warranty, blaming it on additional electrical issue with outlets, which they never mentioned the first time they came around to installed the new disposal. read more

Had always rescue plumbing come to unclog my girlfriends clogged sink. I snaked the drain with a 25' auger but was unable to clear the drain. I call and explained and had them come out. I was at work their first visit. The girlfriend and kids watched the crew. They left and did not fix the issue. They called and requested $250 for the there snake work that they said they did their best but I needed to replace the pipes for $1000. I paid them but when I got to my girlfriends house I noticed the drain was still clogged. I called several times and they agreed to come out to hydro jet the drain for another $400. The drain was better but clogged again the next week. I called at least 8 times and they wanted $1500 to replace the pipes. They finally agreed to come one final time to hrdrojet one more time. This time they actually clear the drain. Yes my drain now seems to work. But paid $650 and had to argue and have them come 3 times. They came but wanted me to pay $1500 because it was the only way to fix the problem. Turns out $250 hydro jet done right in the first place would have fixed the problem. read more
