Terrible experience. Order online and get an order number. They send an email saying the order will be ready in 30 minutes. My wife goes to pick up and is told it will be an additional 30 minutes because "that pizza takes an hour to cook." Just having the order number is not enough to pick up the pizza, they need a picture of the order and what was ordered and god knows what else. We will never order from these disorganized and obnoxious people again. Avoid this place, go somewhere where they care about customer service. read more

Heard that it was a great place to stop by for food so went in for a take out pizza to give it a try. I went with a standard pepperoni, mushroom, olive, and onion pizza. I tend to get a similar pizza when I try a new place so I can see how it compares to other pizza places I have been before. First off I was told that they were out of mushrooms since a delivery was late. it was around 1300 or so, so they had been open for a bit and had not solved this ingredient problem. But I pushed on and got my pizza anyway san mushrooms. I got home with my pepperoni, olive, and onion pizza to find that my "pepperoni" pizza was mistakenly topped with peppers. Unfortunately green peppers are the pizza topping I dislike the most so this was a unfortunate problem. After picking the peppers off I am now left with an olive onion pizza. Not quite the best lunch. The sauce was average without a heavy complexity. The dough was well made with a good resistance to it but perhaps a little underbaked with the lunch rush. The staff were very nice and friendly. Judging by the other reviews perhaps I had an atypical experience. At some point I will go back and give it another try and see how things are and post an update. read more

My friend and I came here at around 6pm, unknowing that it was closing soon (certain day of the week). Chairs were up and employees were cleaning but they still let us order from what pizza they had left. They saw we were a little disappointed in ourselves for coming in last minute and not having the selection we hoped, so the owner so nicely gave us each an extra slice of whatever we chose for free. I love coming here for lunch. The slices are piled high with great toppings, and there some good, creative combos too. Today, I had a slice piled high with sauce, cheese, sausage (whole pieces, not crumbled), and peppers. Their sandwiches are also good, and seem to take on the mantra that "everything is better covered in sauce and cheese," which is of course true. It's also pretty reasonably priced. 2 fancy slices will fill you up, and I can eat a lot, and only cost you $6. The only downside is that everything seems very salty. It doesn't taste salty, but every time I eat here I find myself crazy thirsty for the rest of the day. read more

Quick last minute decision to grab some grub has turned into my new "go to" for pizza! Great selection here. I just tried chicken Cesar salad pizza and can't get over how yummy it is. Wish they had late night hours and delivery! The dining area was a mess. I'm not holding that against them as its lunch time and they could be short staffed. The folks next to us both ordered the chef salad and I believe a family of four could've eaten off one of them! 18.00 and change bought us four slices of gourmet pizza and two drinks. Yesterday, I had Almafi's cater a party I had for my residents. Most of my residents are older so I requested the Chicken Marsala to be cut in small pieces instead of whole breasts. It was perfect! My residents were thrilled with the entire meal. The Caesar Salad was delicious and they were willing to substitute any type of pasta instead of spaghetti for the Pasta Marsala. The only reason they're not getting 5 stars from me is because it seems like every single employee there is nice except that one girl that takes orders and rings people up. So rude. I'm not the kind of person who won't leave a tip, but I honestly feel like an idiot every time that girl throws a receipt and a pen on the counter and just walks away from me and I'm standing there and writing on a tip for her. Called my order in for a medium pizza, half cheese-half pepperoni. I was told that it would be ready in approximately 20-25 minutes. When I arrived in about 30 minutes the pizza wasn't even in the oven yet. Of course I waited for another 20 minutes or so; in the meantime I inquired about the cost of the Italian ice cups. The cashier girl obviously assumed I was only purchasing one (1) icee and therefore felt the need to tell me about the $6.00 minimum debit card purchase policy. Fact is, I wanted to and did, in fact, buy 5 of them. After finally getting home with my pizza and Italian ice I discovered that the pizza was half cooked and looked extremely unappealing. There was a large glob of cheese sitting in the middle of the pie and pepperoni was carelessly strewn on it. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PIZZA EVER!!!! I was terribly disappointed about the quality of the pie; the outer crust was half baked and the bottom was soft and greasy. In short, I ended up throwing the pizza in the garbage can. That was my first time patronizing this business, and I seriously doubt if I'll ever return. I'm a big stickler for quality service, and they failed miserably. Back to Pizza Hut!!! read more

I work near there and it's usually my Friday stop. Yesterday my husband placed an order and I picked up. I went to the counter and the girl was extremely rude from the start., I wasn't sure if he placed the order online or by phone. I gave her the order number that he texted me and she said we don't use numbers. I gave the name and items ordered and she literally looked for 10 seconds and said we don't have that order and moved onto the next person. I went outside and called my husband. He sent me screenshots with the number that he was given by the female who took the order. I called that number and the rude girl at the counter answered. I walked back up to her and gave her his name and order again and told her that this the number that he called and $29 was taken from his card from here. I told her the name and order again and she magically found my order in the same place that she had looked 10 minutes earlier. And I know that it was there the entire time because the order was placed to be picked up at 5:15p and I arrived at 5:35pm because I got off work late. She handed me the order and said here with a nasty tone. I love the food there but last night the service was horrible! Funny part is that a co worker heard me talking about going there and she said that the service has been horrible lately. I replied that I've never had an issue but I've also never seen that employee there either. I gave 1 star because of the rude service but the food is always 4-5 stars.
