Great facility and great service! They are strict with their rules and regulations, which I love and hate to a certain degree. They do not allow for tints as apparently they are not legal in the state of NJ. I prefer this location to others nearby, but wish I could get a lash and brow tint here. Florham Park location - Unprofessional and lack of customer service GO TO ROCKAWAY LOCATION. They're very accommodating and professional. They stated every location has different ownership. Leona is one of the main reasons why I am canceling my membership and will never go to this location. This woman should never work here if she doesn't want to listen to the client. I don't recommend a place with unprofessional staff. It reflects the service. This place used the be good honestly, but the pleasant staff moved to a different location. I believe according to the other recent reviews, this place has new ownership. Another client's Google review I uploaded here is similar to my experience. Confusing appointments and not accommodating. They want current customers to change their scheduled appointments to accommodate other new clients that will take your spot - this is so unprofessional. This place wants to squeeze in as many clients as possible like a factory that's why they keep changing the schedule. When you try to help them, they screw you up. This is not how a business should run. Clients who have the original appointments should be prioritized. Especially staff argue with the customers. In addition, the manager wants to keep charging fees. At 1:28pm-1:43pm today, Leona stated no fees will be charged. If any charge I see in the future, it will be a huge problem. On Thursday at 9:37am, I got a text from a staff named Colleen that this place didn't even have my appointment on file even I made an appointment weeks ago from my last visit. Beware of hidden fees at checkout!! Went in to get a full set of lashes done this morning. Results of my lashes were good. It was my first time here and as first time guests they had a special of $99.99. When I called to book the appointment, they did not make me aware that they were going to charge me $30 extra for having a "master stylist" which wasn't mentioned at all at time of booking. I didn't even know it was a thing. If I wouldve known, I wouldn't have booked appointment. They also charge $8 for washing your lashes which they also charge you for and do not tell you about it prior to going in. At the end, they also pressure you to buy their products which honestly, it's not necessary at all to be honest. They aren't rude, but they aren't a friendly and kind staff either that you can trust when they have all these hidden fees when it is time to pay. Very disappointing. read more

Ok so this was my first experience at the Amazing lash studio. I wanna say that I was pleasantly surprised with their work. Pro's: Cost!!! Very affordable for your initial application. They have an amazing refill plan that's good for 1 refill a month for $59.99. I usually refill once every 3 wks so that's good for me. They also are so pleasant and make sure you are comfortable. I used the gorgeous set but that always depends on how much your eyes can hold. If you have smaller eyes or your lashes aren't that thick I would say consider a lesser package. The consultant will walk you through it all. Con's Getting an appointment is so difficult, you need to wait a few days ahead for an appointment. So don't wait last minute or your out of luck! They are only in NJ!! I wish they had a studio in NY but what ever. read more

The types of lashes this studio does is very tacky and overpriced. It's far too thick and one dimensional-even if you get the natural set. My technician did a good job with the application, however, it turned out too thick and looked like broomsticks when I wanted something more natural. I would go with somewhere else. read more

5 stars I love my lashes! I got them 3 1/2 weeks ago and they still look great! I have gotten so many compliments about how pretty my eyes look that I had to write this review.Jessie did a fabulous job! She clearly explained all the different style choices and she was so sweet about answering all my questions (I had lots!). The first time she did my lashes, I chose the "Cute" lashes, but this time I chose the "Sexy" and love how Jessie tailored them to just what I wanted. Well the outcome of my lashes were amazing. My stylist was so competent and professional. My somewhat negative review comes from the policies of the facility. When it came to paying for the service which was quoted at 89.95 for 1st time customers I was told the lashes I chose had an up charge of 30.00 something I was not informed prior the receiving. I was also told I had a master stylist which also had an up charge of 30.00. At this point I told the receptionist I had not requested the "master stylist " prior to my appointment and was not informed of the up charge. She did remove the up charge, but had I not spoken up that was an added fee not included in the original price. The service is very good but beware of added charges. Also the after care kit is quite pricey 72.00 and quite frankly the brush to brush eyelashes is flimsy at best. read more

Be very careful in giving your credit card or check. I visited twice and stopped because I developed an eye irritation from the glue used. I did not sign up for any series yet several months later the owners, Reed and Lisa Patton, started charging a monthly $59.99 fee to my card. (I even received emails asking me to return for services) When i called and complained i was told it was in error, it stopped but then they started again charging my card at $59.99 a month, sporadically. I never received a call back from the owners but reported started an investigation with my card company & filed a complain with the NJ Consumer Affairs Bureau. So far they've charged over $600 on my card. NJ law requires a medical doctor on site but the receptionist said they don't have one. BEWARE. read more

If I could, I would be rating this salon an absolute zero. Their customer service was terrible. I want the owner of this franchise to contact me personally. The receptionists were laughing and making fun of the customers while they were standing in front of them as they were asking questions. They didn't have any clue about the products the salon use. The manager was extremely rude. Old pamphlets were there and contained old prices, they didn't honor their promoted prices. The manager instead grabbed the old pamphlet and said "these are from 6 months ago, I have no idea why they're out." Isn't your job to know? I went here as a last minute thing since my lash tech was on vacation. You have to pay an extra $30 on your service for a master stylist. Which is someone with only 6-8 months of experience and can do volume lashes in a certain amount of time (their definition). You know the place is crap when the lash tech keep trying to sell you their products to the point you are uncomfortable. I told Danielle I have my own lash shampoo that works great for me. Her response is Their product is better so they are not responsible for retention on my lashes since I don't USE their product! Sad. Also, Danielle kept trying to sell a "membership" before she even started. WHO purchases a membership for lashes before you even see your results!?! I spent an extra $30 on Danielle thinking I was going to get quality volume curls the way they advertise on Instagram just for it to look like a hybrid and fall out like I've never seen before, and this is before the 2 day mark where they tell you you're able to wash them. My lashes always turned out nice, but quite frankly I think this business cares much more about money than about the wellness of their customers. For my second refill, when I showed up I had a slight irritation from a lash that had fallen out a few minutes before I walked into the studio. I was told by the staff that it was a sty, and that they could not put lashes on me. The stuff was extremely incorrect because it was not a sty- it went away within five minutes after leaving the studio. When I left the shop the girl at the front desk said something about how she'd wave the fee of appointment cancellations (AS IF they were going to charge me for cancelling after they were the ones who told me I had to cancel and that they would not work on me.) Later on I called the salon to talk to them about the situation, and the girl I spoke to pretty much told me that since most my extensions will have fallen out by the next appointment I will need to pay for A WHOLE NEW SET. I was completely shocked that the company didn't offer to give me the price of refills for a full new set, since it was their fault that I did not receive my refills & not my own fault. On top of that, the lash extensions ripped out my natural lashes despite using all of the (VERY overpriced) products that they offer to avoid that type of thing. My natural lashes are nearly gone after just three months of their extensions, and I have many patches where there are absolutely no lashes at all. Also, when I quit my membership the lady at the front desk told me they need to know 30 days in advance if you're going to cancel your membership. No one ever told me this, so I was charged another $80 even after I cancelled my membership. I do not recommend the membership at all- it only worked for me twice because to be honest it's all a scam. They kept saying my billing wasn't up yet so I payed full price for my lashes every time except for once! Absolutely insane. Finally, the people at the front desk are not so nice. Every time I inquired about where my money was going or anything like that, they were quick to seem defensive and almost annoyed that I was even asking. They act like they are nice but it feels very phony and insincere. But I'd also like to say that this does not apply to the lash stylists!! The lash stylists who did my lashes were EXTREMELY nice and I enjoyed my time with them and they always made sure I was happy with how my lashes came out. They were the only reason why I wanted to continue getting lashes. Overall I do not recommend this salon, in case you couldn't already tell. P.S. DO NOT book your appointments online because it automatically gives you a master stylist which is an extra charge of $20!!! This was my first time getting my lashes done and I had an amazing experience! The front desk staff is extremely welcoming and all add a positive vibe to the studio. I was a little nervous getting my lashes done (due to the fact I never had them done before) but my stylist Lidia was amazing! She was extremely friendly and welcoming as well. She took her time explaining everything to me and asked plenty of questions to assure the look I wanted was achieved! She took her time throughout the whole service and explained what she was doing as she was doing it. It was a very relaxing experience and I'm extremely happy with my results! I am SO disappointed in the way my lashes turned out. I had the 6D glam lashes done only 3 days ago, and my lashes are falling out, and look sparse in areas. Don't do it. Things were OK for about 3 months. I started to be concerned that my own lashes were thinning and very short. After assurances that they were fine, and the company line about how I was just used to the extensions and mine seemed short in comparison, I went for one more fill. They started falling off right away because THERE WAS NOTHNG LEFT FOR THEM TO ADHERE TO. I scheduled a removal. Even after that, the manager tried to tell me I had a good lash line despite looking at what is clearly almost nothing. Yes, I bought and used the the lash growing product for a month. When I stated that I would be going back to Latisse and praying that my own lashes grow back, the manager tried to talk me out of that and suggested I a lash lift. Even she had to laugh a little when I said "there's nothing to lift, Doll!" I pray my own lashes grow back. I also hope that the owners contact me. When a customer voices a concern, is should be given credence. To deny my real lack of lashes with some company line is a thin defense. Almost as thin as my natural lashes got from the extensions. It doesn't happen to everybody but it does happen and they should respond in a validating way. Update: Sam, the Regional Manager heard me out and refunded my membership as well as the fee for the NatureLash I purchased there. She did validate my concerns and was very apologetic and was very good at the customer service piece. I won't go back there, but she did get that part right. Update: Well here we go again. The corporate machine that they are generates weekly texts for the last 4 Saturdays since I posted the above review. Despite my texting them back that I want to be taken off the list, this automated messaging continues. Apparently no one knows how to make it stop. You'd think they'd take me out of their system after the bad experience I had. Make it stop. You've lost me as a customer and now you're just harassing me. read more

This place is wonderful. All of the employees are friendly and professional. With each visit they discuss your needs and concerns to reach the best choice for you. The procedure is clean and the environment relaxing. When they are done they give a detailed follow up plan. They recommend accompanying products but never pressure a sale. Kat is amazing! She always knows the right style for my eye shape and it always comes out perfect, I get compliments all the time. I normally wear false lashes daily for work, but the extensions give me that full look and now I don't even wear eyeshadow. I've had the "glamorous" style for a new set which has longer extensions, because my features are dark with naturally long eyelashes. Then, on my next set I had the volume lashes and I Am in love! Kat made my eyelashes look exactly like the types of falsies I'd wear daily, and they compliment my eye shape so well. I am obsessed! Pain free and they are weightless! read more
