Once you selected what you want, take the order sheet over to the friendly staff, and they will make your poki bowl. You could also order using their Ordering Kiosks. Beside the poki bowl, they also have Ramen noodle bowls as well. I usually get the small size bowl that comes with 3 scoops of proteins. Even with the small size bowl, they give you plenty of foods. They also have a loyalty card program where you earn stamps toward free drinks and free poke bowls, which is a nice bonus for regular customers. The restaurant itself isn't trying to be a fancy dining experience, but it's clean, comfortable, and exactly what you'd want for a casual poke spot. So, they've lost a steady customer because of their greed. I'd go back if their prices were more reasonable because I used to enjoy most of the dishes I tried. After reading a few other reviews, it sounds like the owners have changed and the nice guy that used to work the front is now gone since I've been there over a yr ago.
