    Goodness I.

Came here on a Friday afternoon and had a great experience. There was ample parking and lots of open seats. You have the option to buy your tickets online, outside with help, or inside at the kiosk. The popcorn was so good and concession lines were nonexistent. Don't forget to bring your movie blanket!

Cleanliness: 5 stars No refills on your $6+ drinks: -1 stars Charging stations!!!: 5 stars!! Staff is blah: -1 star AMC has a better award system: -1 star AMC lets you have 3 movies a week!: -5 stars No locations near downtown where I live!!: -5 stars!! Luxury loungers that warm up!!!!!!: +6 stars Bathrooms are old school but clean: +2 stars So...there is a Cinemark near one my favorite restaurants so I will travel to eat there then catch a movie here afterwards & charge my car before I head back downtown. Sucks Cinemark can not match AMC in award system. I think AMC has better food choices + all you can drink machines...even if they don't always work hahahaha. But this place is always clean and always packed compared to AMC North-park which is in a fancy mall that is always packed. All in all...Cinemark has great modern theaters and at least managers who care. AMC will still get majority of my money and time as it has like one the only theater locations downtown, amazing award system, and better food selection...unfortunately

The check out stand for items took 45min. We sat in our seats and couldn't even see the full screen. Ridiculous

I've been going to this theater for the past 20 years! I love the way the exterior looks. It feels very authentic with the Hollywood walk of fame stars out front. Plenty of parking. There's an arcade inside along with a photobooth. Box office ticket booths outside. It's what a movie theater experience should be! This place is always clean and it's got lots of theaters with regular seats, DBOX seats, and other cool features. Tickets are super expensive lately (like $13 for a regular seat at night) but you can go to the early bird showing or on a discount Tuesday for less. It's not in its prime since the age of streaming, so there are some concession stands that are never in use, but they have a wide variety of concessions, including drinks, and plenty of people working in the front so you don't feel the loss. The only thing that bugs me about this theater is that they have the nice cushy recliner chairs, but if you recline all the way back, you can't really see the bottom 1/3 of the screen. I think this is a Cinemark-wide problem though. Overall very nice place to go see a movie!

I dig Cinemark theatres. I went to my first one in Columbus, OH last November and loved my experience. Last month, I decided to take in a couple of movies during my vacation in Dallas. Both times, I came to the Legacy, which was the closest Cinemark by the hotel. Both times, I caught a matinee. On Sunday, it was Green Book. On Monday, I watched Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. The former was outstanding. The latter was pretty good. You purchase your tickets from a kiosk outside before you enter the theatre. It's cool. You also choose your seat. I used cash one day and a credit card the next. Alternatively, you can use the kiosk inside to pay for your movie. If you need to access the washrooms before hitting the concession stands, you need to go through the ticket-checking person first. I wanted to visit the women's restroom before getting popcorn and a beverage. He was kind to let me in without checking my ticket until I did it again with my popcorn and beverage with me. Nice! There is a ton of parking at this movie theatre. You have nothing to worry about. The concession stand lineups are short and move pretty quickly. I got a small Diet Coke and a small popcorn. The popcorn was the perfect size after having eaten lunch. I had half my drink remaining by the time the movie was over. The carpet in each theatre has the row letters marked. You can't go wrong. Each leather chair has an assigned number. You see this label twice on either side of your comfy chair. It reclines. It's wide. It's heavenly! The screen quality is sharp and crisp. The sound is excellent. I loved my experience here both times. I felt at home, but with a bunch of strangers watching the same movies as I was. I like this Cinemark. If I am back in Dallas again, I'd return here in a heartbeat to take in another movie. (70)

The woman up front who sold us our tickets was especially helpful and answered questions we didn't know we had. She showed us her screen so we could select our seats. Only 2 others tickets had been purchased. That's it! There were only four of us in our screening room. We aimed for the seats in the center. It was the best viewing. The downside is that these seats do NOT recline. They look like recliners, but apparently only the front two rows have reclining seats. That was unfortunate. The seats are also a pleather-like material, so if you wear shorts or a short skirt, your skin might stick to it. It was a little warmer than I expected in the theater, but I'm guessing they don't bother having the temperature gauge low anymore because they don't get a lot of bodies in seats heating up the place. We were given a menu by the woman at front, but there was also a QR code on the tray table at our seat. There is a big red button on the front of the seat for calling the server. Our Margherita pizza and vanilla milkshake were brought out separately. The shake was delivered long after we had eaten our pizza. Even though we had arrived well before the movie started and ordered right away, the food didn't come out until right as the movie was starting. I was actually hoping the food would be delivered sooner so we could eat before it got dark. Per usual, I ended up with food spilling on my dress. Plus, I would have liked to drank my shake while splitting the pizza with my husband. He ordered a diet Pepsi - both a big NO in my book. Overall it was a decent experience. We usually go to the SMG in our neighborhood, but this one in Plano had a start time that worked better with our schedule, so we made the drive here. We will most likely return to our local SMG where all the seats recline, the theater is cold, and all of the food and drink are delivered at the same time.

This theater is so much nicer than the previous venue we went to and the cost was less expensive. Like night and day. I was going to buy advance tickets but we decided to just get them there at show time since it was not a busy day/time. You select the movie and time and pick your seat(s) on the order kiosk. Then select your payment and the tickets print off. Take them to the attendant and you're on your way! Once in the corresponding theater, you find your seat as they are all numbered. The reclining seats were very comfortable and in good working condition. The popcorn was warm and fresh. I would absolutely recommend this theater and can't wait to come back!

Last time it was Wuthering Heights which is on HBO now and I tried torturing him with prior to having him sit through Euphoria szn 3. I think Devil Wears Prada 2 + Euphoria was the perfect combo for him to be thrilled to be back in LA and away from me. This was our first time to this Cinemark, I'm an extremely fast learner and notes were taken immediately upon arrival. Pro tip here: bring your cozy movie blanket. I'll need to purchase a dedicated blanket for this purpose because I am the type of weirdo who wouldn't feel comfy cozy to use my sofa blankie at the theatre and then return home to use it without washing it. I'm just neurotic like that. The seats were great, recliners WITH HEATERS. I love a heated seat, not toilet seat - those creep me out but a vehicle seat and now that I've had the option, a movie seat. Popcorn was mediocre at best, soft drink was subpar and I don't drink soda so when I'm going to have one it's a disappointment if it's not great. Perhaps the syrup needed to be replaced or it was some off brand to actual Sprite which my palate will detect immediately. This theatre was great in a pinch. I purchased our seats online a few minutes before deciding we'd take in a late show. I was actually concerned a bunch of people would be dressed to the nines since it was Devil Wears Prada and I was not changing out of my loungewear for this outing so I was thrilled that the 10p Plano crowd was not "after date" show dressed up, just a totally casual Saturday evening crowd which set me at ease. Wouldn't rule out returning for other films in the future and next time with my allocated movie theatre blanket.

We recently saw Project Hail Mary here on a Tuesday night. My husband bought the tickets in advance on Fandango so he could reserve our seats. He said it was surprisingly cheap, and my husband NEVER says that! LOL! The strip mall has a lot of parking, so you are bound to find something close. Check-in is just inside the door. The different screening rooms wrap around the hall. The aisles are wide so that you and a server can get through without bumping into the recliner chairs. The chairs are decently comfortable, but the middle seats get used a bit more than others, so you might notice that they aren't as supportive nowadays. There is a swing table with a QR code to access the menu. WiFi is free. ADH is really strict about phone use during movies and with unnecessary talking. They will not hesitate to boot you, but they have softened their stance a bit now that the menus are accessible by phone. I ordered everything online. The process was super easy to add drinks and food. I didn't like having to pull out my credit card and try to enter that in the dark. I really wish they had offered payments through PayPal and Apple Pay. We had margaritas, bottomless popcorn, and a pizza, but NO NAPKINS! My popcorn was given to the guy next to me, but he was nice and said, "This must be yours.". I handed it to my husband. The servers cane and went several times bringing food and drinks to various people. The movie started and still no pizza. I was not happy about this. We got there early so I wouldn't have to eat in the dark. It finally arrived, but I was not impressed. I ordered the Margherita. It was soggy, so the crust didn't hold the ingredients. I had to fold each slice NY style to prevent myself from wearing it. The mozzarella rounds on top were not really melted. They were still thick circle slices. I would not order this again. The popcorn was good, but I wasn't sure how to get seconds for our bottomless order. The QR code did have something that said seconds, but I didn't dare turn on my phone to put in a request during the film for fear of being booted. Maybe next time I will just get a standard popcorn. It's cheaper. Film was loud! Too loud for my hubby. He had his fingers in his ears the entire time. I was okay with it, but you definitely wouldn't want to make a habit of coming to see films here and risk your hearing longterm. ADH has some fun old films that they show each month. These special events often include props related to the film. It looks like fun. We will have to check it out eventually. We usually come here for new screenings that aren't available on streaming yet. They also have a monthly membership that allows you to see multiple films each month without the hassle of paying each time. That's a great idea for the movie aficionado or someone who likes to go out regularly. I do love the movie experience and try to support this local film house whenever I get a chance.

This is ridiculous. I'm assuming the manager is not trained well or lost the paper with the contact information. This theater didnt make an accident report when my wife fell with the theater stairs. There was no lighting for your feet when using the stairs during the movie. It was dark, and she fell and busted up her knee. She didn't want to make a commotion and waited for the movie to be over, and we reported it right after. The attendant contacted a manager we spoke to him about it. I stated that I have seen theaters with lighting with the stairs, but didn't see that here, and that my wife busted up her knee. Wanted to report it for documentation. He said ok and left to go get something. We thought he was getting an incident/accident form to fill out, and all he brought was blank paper and a pen. Had her leave her name and number. He did offer an ambulance and a band-aid, but nothing else. He didn't offer her a chair when she was showing pain standing. He said someone would contact her the next day. No one has called about it. With a big chain like this, there is usually a protocol for accidents and forms to fill out for liability, and there was nothing. I don't know if he wasn't trained well or they didn't take it seriously. My wife is still in pain, and in the picture that I'm attaching is all the bruising that is developing. I dont recommend this theater especially for safety concerns.
