Went to this AMC to watch the Superman 2025 movie. We went in the GCL experience which was very similar to IMAX. The seats were quite comfortable and the screens were nice. Audio quality was solid as well. My dad needed a wheelchair and they were friendly and helped accommodate. Overall positive experience at the theater. We also liked how they had free water cups. Only went once and my experience was good, so not sure why there's so many negative reviews. Perhaps if I went more times, I may notice more aspects but for now seemed good.

This is a good AMC theater location. The staff were very courteous and helpful, and the screens were very large. I had a good movie experience.

The worse and most uncomfortable chairs I've ever sat on. They felt cheap with the shiney slippery leather.

Went to see a kids movie so of course we had to be downstairs. Downstairs is downgraded and the upstairs is the comfortable seating of course. When I was sitting in auditorium 8 in the far back seats watching a movie tolerating for a couple of hours it was annoying. View was fin but the chairs made cheap shiney slippery leather that I kept slipping as Im just wearing cotton fabrics. Moved around a lot and couldn't enjoy the movie. It's worse than sitting in a plane with spirit airlines seating and I could even tolerate being on an airplane than this. The auditorium was clean and lay out was nice. But they need to change the seating. Mind you I'm healthy and don't have any back problems. Im usually good about tolerating most things but this was the worse seats ever. Upstairs in the Parlor rooms of course are nice and plush but they can't half ass it.

I've been coming to this theater since it was Cinetopia. Usually I go to the big screen GXL theater. This time, opted to try their 21 & over theater. The screen was smaller of course, than the big theater with GXL. But I did love how comfortable the loveseats were, and the ottoman to put my feet up. The smaller theater for 21 & over, is ideal for couples.

Auditorium 21 is on the 2nd floor. It is a row of seats for adult only 21+. The seats were torn up. You have room rest which is decent if no one is walking by. The section could us a update. You can are far back and high up to see the bottom of the movie screen. Overall, parking was easy and they had the bucket I wanted.

This place is disgusting. Seats are worn and broken. The theater was itself disgusting, take a look at the photos. @ almost $20/person... I will never return...

This is my go-to movie theater. It's convenient, the price is right (join there A list club for cheaper tickets and money back rewards), and the theaters are clean. Could it be better? I'm sure it could but all in all, it serves its purpose and we happily attend at least twice a month. Idk what all the fuss is about in the bad reviews. It's a movie theater, not a 5 star establishment. The bathrooms aren't Walmart level but they sure aren't the Ritz Carlton either.

Went and saw The Jesus Revolution. What an amazing movie and true story. A must see for anyone whether you're a Christian or not believe in God or not. Go check it out.

From the second floor - in auditorium 18 - these side lights were practically on bright the entire time.

Horrible experience. Their soda carbonation was broken, the AC was off, and the workers were very unhelpful.

(It was lowkey painful seeing how exactly the same it was, honestly.) It's a big theater, with so many screens that you'd think they'd get every movie.

I have been to this theater over a dozen times throughout the years, with many different people…read more First off... to all you whiney complainers that feel the need to complain about EVERYTHING (food, staff, parking, the sound of the speakers being too loud, seating, not being noticed fast enough at the bar, people getting food during the movie etc.) GET A LIFE. You are the reason that people hate customer service jobs. The customer is not always right. Yes, the tickets and the food are on the pricier side. YOU CAN SEE THAT ONLINE... where you order your tickets? Some of the comments on here complain about the food options, prices and menu, then order food still...? Only to complain more... Parking is not horrible or bad. I do not know why there were comments about that? Maybe people want front row parking? Get over it. I have NEVER had a problem with parking. Have you been downtown? where you actually have to pay for parking, and where there is literally nowhere close by to your destination to park? If you are a picky eater, cheap, or both, learn how to cook, and take the time to make yourself something to eat prior to heading to this, or any theater. The seats are comfortable; the staff has been great (at least from the many experiences I've had). The popcorn has always been good; I order it almost every time. (I like the Herbs De Provence). Mindset is everything. If you enter a building mad about the money that you spent on the tickets, and/or about the prices of the food (LEAVE). If you are the type of person who needs attention right away and they are busy (LEAVE). If you need front row parking and you get bent out of shape over having to walk a few feet (LEAVE). You, this establishment, as well as the staff, will be better off.

First of all, know going in that the tickets are more expensive than regular theatres. OK, fine,…read morebut you get more, right? Well, only sort of. You do get a waiter and you order from a menu. If you get there early it's a little less awkward since food is brought to your seat. In a darkened theatre with ottomans and little tables filling up the aisle, it's quite disruptive to order or receive food during the film, so see something that you don't really care about missing lines of dialogue. You'd think someone would have thought of this when designing this place. Maybe have an aisle for wait staff behind the seats so the waiter can get in and out more easily with less disruption to other patrons? Secondly, food is average and overpriced. I ordered a 3-item snack tray ($19) which included an artisan cheese plate, 3 deviled eggs and flatbread. The cheese was not "artisan" in any way, shape or form, the flatbread was limp, and the deviled eggs were ok. My husband and I also split a large popcorn ($15). A 10-oz glass of wine was also $15. Regarding the seats and movie experience itself, the seats are different depending upon what seat numbers you choose, but you can't really know that until you enter the theatre and see them. It would be helpful if seating styles were better explained on the website at the time of ordering. Lastly, the house lights and some bright screens on the side wall were lit up before the credits rolled, making the credits impossible to read. As movie lovers, we always stay for and read the credits, and they are a part of the film. Leave the lights and screens OFF until the movie is done! Needless to say, we won't be back again, and we didn't find this movie going experience to be 'special' at all; more like awkward and uncomfortable. If that's what you're into, you'll love it!

I was drawn back because they were the only theater showing the Rocky Horror Documentary. I am so glad I stumbled on it and was able to squeeze in a showing! It was such a great movie. Then, just the other night I saw The Samurai and The Prisoner. I am ADA and usually have no issue getting into an accessible seat. I did show up, purchased a ticket on the way in for ADA - the whole row was marked empty... when I walked in, imagine my surprise that it was full of people who were supposed to be seated elsewhere. Being honest, people are so crazy these days - I am already exhausted so I just crawled up the stairs to the seats empty above. My food gets delivered and the guy was confused trying to deliver it to the guy manspread over three seats of ADA with his girlfriend and his coat and all his stuff thrown over chairs. I waved saying I had to move because they were in my seat. Suddenly manspread guy - it was exhausting seriously. He kept getting up and sitting back down and getting up and sitting back down while apologizing and saying I'll move all my things... at this point I'm already seated dude. I really just want to eat my flatbread pizza in peace and watch the previews. I genuinely had to ask him to please stop and sit down. So, hay - usually, us disabled people are already tired and broken and in pain - I really don't have it in me to deal with you. I get an ADA spot because walking up even one stair is painful but asking you to move and standing around while you do so - it's easier just pole vaulting up the stair. Being able bodied is temporary and I encourage you to please just be mindful of how your actions affect other people.
