This is the worst co ever!! If your home warranty co assigns this co REQUEST SOMEONE ELSE! I had a hot water leak in my garage for over 1 week now and they have not even done the report or fixed anything! I told my home warranty co it was urgent so they called this so called co and they said they can take the job and be out the next day. They didn't come out till 8pm the next day after me bugging them ALL day for eta and giving me excuses. i even got the owners cell ph#, Alex, he didn't answer and mailbox full all day. All they kept saying and lying about was that someone quit, then there was a family emergency. This young guy finally arrives at 8pm after bugging them, didn't even turn off the hot water, just said "oh its coming from the wall needs rerouting". Never turned off the water just said it's going to leak till we get approval to fix! Called next day still no report submitted! Even texted the owner Alex and had no update! This is now thanksgiving weekend and 6 days later no report and the home warranty co called them since Alex has no update besides that the guy called out sick, again some BS excuse. So they tell the home warranty co they don't know when he will be back so need to assign job to someone else. What a joke!! And they said they are family owned. No communication, no care, at least submit the report because i will definitely not be using them but needed the report to go thru someone else since i had to pay someone else that knows what they are doing to stop the water leak. All this time i would've kept having a hot water leak if i didn't call a real legit professional co that knows what they are doing. Stay away! My home warranty sent out a plumber to fix a slab leak and they were unable to find the problem. I then called and complained they then sent American classic plumbing. Alex came out the same day and found the problem immediately. He sent Bryan out to do the repairs. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. This company was contacted by home warranty company after an issue following a dishwasher installation. The problem was not the installation but the plumbing. It was late in the day and had resulted in having to turn off all water to house. A super disaster! Not only did American classic plumbing promptly respond to the call for service they stayed in constant contact with me The service person arrived as promised he assessed diagnosed the problem went for parts came back and actually fixed the problem completely in 10 to 15 minutes. Every single contact with this company was with a gracious cordial and caring person. When I mentioned it to the service person he said that's their culture. I recently bought a home and less than two months into having moved in, my kitchen flooded. American Classic Plumbing was referred to me buy my home insurance company to fix what caused the problem. Bryan came out on two occasions. Once to fix the piping under the sink and a second time to replace old cast iron piping under the slab of the house. He did a great job and was very friendly. I highly recommend American Classic Plumming. My 93-year-old dad called another plumbing company who had an ad for 69.00 guaranteed drain cleaning. They came out and quoted him approximately $30,000 to replace pipes and move lines. They were definitely trying to take advantage of a senior citizen. (This is a stoppage that he had last year as well which American Classic Plumming was able to clean the line). When he called me, I told him to cancel the company that was at his home and let them know we would not be proceeding with their work) I called American Classic Plumming and made an appointment. Alex responded and was the same plumber as the last year. He was kind, friendly, efficient and helpful. His services were fast and courteous and definitely solved the major stoppage which had some tree roots and a cloth (Which should not have been there!) The company is extremely honest and we will definitely call them in again if needed. I would highly recommend them to our friends family and anyone else in need. read more

I have an Old Republic Home Warranty policy and my water heater broke. They sent a plumber out to look at it and he said it needed replacing. My out of pocket cost was huge and I thought maybe it was the plumber charging too much. I have used American Classic before so I called them and their quote was much lower! So I told Old Republic to cash me out and I would get my own plumber to install. A few minutes later the Old Republic plumber called to say he would lower my cost! So, obviously, he was high balling me! I was very happy with American Classic, service and work was excellent! I've had them back to do a faucet as well. I'm a single woman and always worried about getting ripped off! I won't be renewing my policy with Old Republic either!! read more

I called American Classic Plumbing and spoke to Alex and explained my problem. He sent Omar the same day. The leak in the back yard was fixed that same day. I was so impressed by Omar's excellent work and professionalism, I asked him to give me an estimate on replacing the 3 toilets in our home. He gave me an estimate that day before he left and came back the next day and replaced all 3 toilets with highly rated toilets. I love them. Omar was organized, neat and so fast. He exceeded all of my expectations. I thought the whole day would be a challenge and did not know what to expect. He put together the toilets in our garage and had all three out and then replaced in no time. I asked him to choose the toilets since he is the professional and I am so glad I did. American Classic Plumbing was who my home warranty company dispatched to come out and look at our toilet issues. We had two 9 year old toilets from Home Depot that wouldn't stop running. We tried fixing them ourselves but had little luck. Alex came out and determined that the replacement parts were no longer available as the toilets were outdated and are not manufactured anymore. He recommended replacement and found out that we also needed new valves (which I heard if the valves break they can cause a flood in your home, so we are super grateful he found that issue as well). Alex worked with the home warranty to get us the new toilets we wanted (they are BEAUTIFUL) and he installed them wonderfully. I'm a little OCD so he spent some time making sure everything was perfectly aligned before he sealed them. I'm so happy with my new toilets and would highly recommend Alex for your plumbing needs. I made an appointment at 11am. They were 1 hr late and where suppose to come back and finish the job. 4.5hrs later I never received an updated status on my order. After contacting customer service and spoke with a lady named margold, I will never recommend this company just because of her poor customer service skills. I have a rental property in San Jacinto,CA and I live in Los Angeles.The sink in the kitchen for the rental house got clogged last week,and the tenant called the guy in to fix it..she told me the guy came in 2 times charged her $100.00,and it's still clogged. I have to drive 110 miles to see it then. I saw the clog is still there and the guy made the drain pipe open.I fixed it myself in 20 minutes.I don't want my $100.00 back now.
