I have recommended and will continue to recommend Flips! This place is new and so well equipped. It's nice to see it family owned. The Coach is authentic Olympian and has a great attitude and one can tell his knowledge. This place is next door to the Fade District Barber Shop next door, Anai, cuts my boy's hair and she mention the place, they gave us a free try out and we loved it!!

Hello I've been trying to get ahold of the facility to schedule a free trial for my 6 year old daughter but nobody has answered. Is the facility closed at the moment due to covid ? If not how can i contact someone?

Hi, I’m sorry that you are having a hard time contacting our office. Our office hours are Mon-Fri 3:30-6:30pm and Sat 10am-5pm. If you can leave your phone number we would return your call as soon as possible. Thank you!

What are the class sizes like? My daughter is 6, and wants to do the Girls 1 class. We've tried different programs before, but they were so large that she didn't get a lot of opportunity. She sat around waiting quite a bit.

Our maximum number of students per one class is 8. We do a free 30 min tryout to determine the skill level of the student. According to their age and level we place them in the right class with the right group of students. We make sure that each…

Just from visiting this spot a couple times on separate occasions, I would definitely consider this…read morethe best indoor spot I have ever seen for a toddler. It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.

I smell like a barnyard? Of course, because I was feeding goats & sheep at Barnyard Buddies…read more For $6 admission (at the time)(Groupon deals, as well), visitors to Barnyard Buddies can feed goats & sheep, and pet various animals. Buying a medium sized container of feed was more than enough, IMHO. Visitors are required to feed only the goats & sheep from the other side of the enclosure. Without feed, visitors can enter the closure & pet/brush the animals. Besides the goats & sheep, there are 2 pigs, chickens, and in a separate enclosure, emus & a cow. No access allowed to those, however. Pony rides are an option for little kids. The ride is around an oval track. There is also a playground area to burn up some energy. A few handwashing stations on premises to stay hygienic during your visit. Barnyard Buddies is an accessible nearby barnyard experience. I was lucky enough to grow up around chickens, so I'm not new to livestock. It's my firm belief kids should be around animals, and know where their food comes from, whether it be eggs, milk and/or meat. While not a place I'd recommend traveling large distances to visit, for those nearby or whom happen to be in the area, Barnyard Buddies is a wonderful opportunity to feed enthusiastically hungry goats & sheep, and brush plump piggies. Highly recommend!

So I will definitely come back. Only issue I have is that drivers drive a bit fast where the parking become dusty so be prepared for that or make sure the kiddies have mask or face cover.

The staff was friendly and we had a great time. Little touches like the Fog Factory and the round-the-park train really made the experience better. It generally has the same energy and mood as Disneyland, just much smaller and easier to navigate. The closer your kids get to 10, the more uncertain I am that it would be the best choice, but for toddlers it's heaven and for a decent price. The only downside is that the rides were sometimes understaffed, especially toward closing when we were no longer able to make the most of the park because several rides were abandoned 30-50 minutes before closing. It's pretty large and with decent seating and lots of room for setting up food and a gift/cake table. It comfortably fit our group of roughly 50 adults and 20 kids. Restrooms are gender-neutral and they provide sandals to wear inside. Parking was pretty easy since it's adjacent to a large plaza. Overall, this spot is fun and great for kids!

Unfortunately, it's disappointing to see that the playground hasn't really been updated or improved over that time. Many of the play areas look exactly the same, and it would be nice to see some new equipment or renovations to keep the experience fresh for returning families. Another concern is safety. The facility doesn't require grip socks, and they don't even sell them on-site. Grip socks are important in indoor playgrounds because the floors and play structures can become slippery, increasing the risk of slips and falls. Implementing a grip sock policy would be a simple way to help keep kids safer. My son still enjoys coming here, but after so many years, I hope the owners invest in updating the facility and improving safety standards.

Child Creativity Lab takes donated every day items (Lego pieces, empty prescription containers, bottle caps, buttons, wine corks, new popsicle sticks as well as excess items from various companies (excess fabric, plastic bottles, paint, pins, tacks, glue, zippers, etc.) and they put them together in a package so that kids can assemble them them and create a figure like a robot or animal out of all the parts. Before COVID they used to have in house workshops, but now they take the party out to the kids in city community centers, schools, etc. My friend planned a service event here so I came over to help out for a couple of hours. All the parts for the project were laid out at various stations and we went down like an assembly line and filled bags with the items to create a project-in-a-bag for each child. If I was a kid in elementary school receiving a project bag like this to put together with other classmates, I would be totally stoked. If you are interested in donating common household items for them to use, give them a call to see what they do and don't take. You can also arrange to do a service event here with your organization, they have people come in every week to help out. We need more places like this in all communities!
