This place has really gone down hill! I always go here for anything tire related. I notice that the music is blaring, there is this one kid who is always yelling, "WOOOHOO!" Or "YEEEAAHHHH!" As loud as he can for no reason, I guess to just wants attention? I went in for a driver side rear flat. The office guy was really friendly and we walked to my car. I told him what tire it was and he pointed "this one?" I confirmed "yes, that one" pointing to the tire. He told me the wait was going to be 3 to 4 hours and I said that was fine. About 2 hours later my car was finally on the rack just sitting there for 25 minutes. The kid who yells for attention was putting air in my tires and nothing else. I then recieved a text that my car was ready... huh? The yelling kid told me while raising his voice because the music was so loud, "We didn't find anything wrong with your car!" I told him that it was the driver side rear and that I didn't see anyone by that tire, I pointed to the tire. He then yells, "They said it was a front end inspection, look!" He showed me the paperwork. I then repeated driver side rear. He then stated he was going to do a secondary inspection. There was a different mechanic looking at the passenger side rear and I told the kid, "I said driver side rear" the kid told me that I told him "right side" I know that I didn't but the music is so loud maybe he heard what he wanted. The new mechanic who was already frustrated moved to the correct tire and found the nail. The correct tire was fixed and I was on my way. I'm not sure why the guy put front end inspection when he pointed to the tire I told him? I guess the music being so loud distracted him? Maybe if the music wasn't so loud and the employees were professional not yelling "WOOHOO!" This would be a great business it once was? ***Bring ear plugs to this business!! Where to begin I took my car here to get my tire Pressure light taking care of, come to find out my right rear tire had a nail in it.. the crew took care of it.. however when I got in the car the other three tire pressure lights came on. So instead of getting one problem fixed I was about to leave with three more. One conversation I had with an employee "Gabriel" told me they weren't responsible for the pressure sensors light.. which didn't make sense for a tire shop. I then asked to speak to a manager by the name of "Eddie" it took 45 minutes for that conversation to happen.. after conversing with the manager. They then pulled my car back in the tire shop and said they took off all four tires again and placed them in water and soap. However I'm not a mechanic but this evolution only took 15 minutes.. which had me skeptical because I felt like I was being lied too.. moving forward they put air in all the tires "again" . After this happened my tire pressure light was cleared and I was on my way. But Mind you this was all covered under warranty..... I contacted corporate because I felt like not being a mechanic or not knowing basic tire knowledge I was belittled. I received a message from "Justin Orph" who over sees the Fullerton area. But he was as about as useful as a tire mechanic.. he left me a voicemail with no call back number or email. I don't recommend this tire shop what so ever. read more

This is a very busy shop. Yes, you may have to wait in line to check in, but having an appointment is the way to go. After checking their website i figured they could handle my tire needs...another company besides Costco and SAMS Club turned the job down with my mini bus. From my initial phone call to see if they work on mini buses with Duallys, and have my specific tire size, which some tire shops don't, to driving off the premises with two new front tires before a short trip, I give them a 10/10 so this 5/5 rating is the same. Luis was my customer service adviser and very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable of his products and my vehicle. He gave me confidence right away in this tire company. I checked Yelp ratings before deciding where to take my business. I'm glad I chose America's Tires, sister company of Discount Tires across the country. I will be back to do all six tires in an upgrade before my cross country trip for sure! Thanks to the many efficient labor crew, we were out of there a little over an hour. Other place quoted my half a day for the job. Who has that kind of wait time or want to do a drop off and pick up inconvenience, like having a dog groomed? ...not me. This large shop also had the labor staff to get their customers back on the street pretty quickly. And they have a nice large waiting room where my dogs were welcome also! ! You can't go wrong with this company. They did raised trucks, oversized specialty wheels, from Honda to Infinity ("and Beyond!" ) while we were there! If I could leave this location negative stars I would. My car had a tiny nail in it, and it just needed to be patched. I took my car here and where I was sitting in the waiting room was pretty darn close to my car. I never saw them lift it and I never saw them take the tire off but I thought what do I know so when I was getting ready to leave and they told me my car was done I asked the guy did you guys take my tire off to fix it and patch it and he says yeah but didn't sound very promising. So I thought OK fine, maybe I missed it. Well, two days later, the nail is still there and my car was flat again. I've been buying tires from this particular America's Tire location for probably 10 years or so. I keep coming back because the staff is polite, honest, and quick. This past Wednesday, a very rainy Wednesday, I took my wife's car in for new tires. I had already purchased the tires online so it was just a matter of having them installed. I had a an appointment for 4 p.m. and arrived a little before that time. America's Tire does a great job in following the COVID protocols. You check yourself in using a QR code and go from there. The only awkward thing is you have to drive your own vehicle in and out of the service bay. Not all of us are skilled at driving a vehicle on to a service rack. Once on the rack, I was told it would take about 45 minutes. I know from past experiences 45 minutes in America's Tire terms is usually a half hour, sometimes less. Like a well choreographed ballet the service techs remove, inflate, balance, install, and rotate tires with ease. They banter as men do, but not inappropriately. Music plays and a certain song comes on and cheers ring out from the service bays. But yet, they still stay focused on their goal, which is customer service. This place sucks! They will not only rip you off for your money they will rip you off for your time. I went there to try and get my tire pached they tried to push me into buying new tires. After they told me they could pach it for free but I'll have to wait 1hr, After waiting the hour they come back and tell me that my tires are not salvageable and they tried to sell me tires that are a $160 each. I told the guy that that is BS because the guy who inspected my car when he checked me in never said anything like that, and if I'm gonna have to buy tires I need to buy the cheapest ones because I was not expecting this right now, and my tires are not even 6 months old. He said "that's what the paperwork says" and I ask "where's the guy who checked me in because hes lying" he refused to call the person who initially checked me in because he said was a lie and was trying to force me to buy the tires. He starts arguing with me asking me "what the hell is wrong with me and why did I choose to come here? He said you know were doing the "service for free?" And then finally the manager walks from the back stand there for about 4 minutes while me and the cashier arguing and finally decides to step in and do something about it. He offers to give me a discount. Lol poor thing, I never asked for anything for free or a discount, it's about principle. The person who initially checked me in should have told me that my tires would have been potentially unsalvageable, I would have been able to do my own research and make sure that I wasn't getting ripped off or being forced into purchasing tires because I was on a time crunch. On my appointment day, it seemed very busy but they were able to get me in quickly. When it was my turn, the technician checked my tire and suggested that my tires were worn out. However, I insisted on just getting my flat tire fixed so I could go to work. After waiting for about 45 minutes to an hour, the technician informed me that they were unable to patch the tire and that I needed a new one. I knew that the tire was patchable, so I decided to take it to the place where I had purchased my tires. At the tire shop, they confirmed that the tire was patchable, and they fixed it.
