This is a solid company the team is very well qualified to do quality work. First time I can in I just had a wobble in my tires I thought it was a wheel bearing or something expensive I even told them that. They didn't tell me the flex compositor was out blah blah they just balanced the tires. 25 buck s I was beyond happy and knew that these guys take care of their customers. Since this time. As I went to pick up my car, I realized I was never given an estimate for the work. Naturally my alarm bell went off and I was expecting to be possibly gouged. Jay, I called to ask about how much a patch for my wife's tire was. You stated they were free. As much as I appreciate the community kindness. This is not a patch, but a plug. Ultimately, not a huge deal because the gesture was kind and the time to plug is quick VS. a patch so I'm not complaining. What's disappointing is that you plugged the tire and still let my wife drive off with a low tire that showed a TPMS error on screen. Lastly the original BMW tire cap was replaced with a black aftermarket cap. Although you were kind to my wife, the tech showed little interest in doing the job and/or wanting to be present. This service although free, is overall sloppy. My wife at my instruction tipped the technician and we discussed coming here for future tire necessities. However, after this poor execution of such a simple job I cannot come here in good faith. read more

They also showed me the worn bushings on the lower control arms and they replaced them and did an alignment, all while I waited. I spoke with various employees and everyone there is very professional and knowledgeable. The worst alignment I've ever seen. After the alignment was done by them on my Tesla, the steering wheel was not centered. The stopping mode was set to "hold" for regenerative braking to recharge as releasing accelerator. But it kept running, like not released accelerator, no braking after releasing accelerator. It was dangerous and scared me, which abnormal issue lasted for two days, then it became normal. They are not familiar with Tesla and done something not supposed to do. Will never have them touch my car again. read more

After it was still leaking I took it back and they lied to me and said I need a new tire. They told me I had a leak on my side wall which I could see there was no damage. Then they continue to tell me I needed four new tires. I just bought 2 new tires 3 months ago. They told me BMW sold me used tires, which is not true. I left and went to Community Tire's who immediately patched my tire for free. Did not try to push me into four tires but instead told me I needed 2 soon and they could give me a quote. I've been going to Community Tire & Auto service for a while now and wanted to make sure that my review was valid and isn't something that was just based on 1 or 2 visits. So far here's my experience. Jay and the other shop foreman was very helpful from the get go. The first time I stumbled across this local shop was when I was in need of a tire rotation. Called the shops around my area and they were all charging me around $40-$60. When I called Community Tire they informed me right away that they can do it for free and to come by anytime the shop was open and they would gladly do the tire rotation for me. I know, FREE. Something that we don't often hear a lot of during this day and age. Brought my car in, had the work done and was sent to go on my way. As a simple gesture I got and brought back some donuts from a local donut shop down the street and the boys were very grateful and they all thanked me as i left the shop the second time. The quality of service that they provided was A1. Been going there since. I have recommended this shop to all my friends when they ask me if I knew a place and of course, i never forget to mention to bring the guys at the sI hop a little something as a little thank you for their service (me and my friends stick with donuts because PK Donuts is the best!). I highly recommend stopping by or considering Community Tire as one of your shop options when you are looking around for a place to get your car checked out or worked on.
