Great service, I scheduled an appointment for the next day online and was helped right away. They fix flats for free but unfortunately the hole in my tire was too close to the sidewall. They found me a second hand tire for $50 that was replaced in an hour and a half. Very friendly and smooth. read more

Can't say enough good about this place. Went in early today 12-31-16 about one tire with a slow leak. They were quite busy as soon as the door opened. The guys got right on it, took the tire off, repaired the problem, put it back together and no charge. They really hustle. I've only seen one other tire store with that much hustle. It's too long of a story to tell, but suffice to say that en route to Yosemite in late June, we had limped into Indio the night before needing 4 new tires for our fifth wheel. We had spent hours and hours stranded in 112 degree heat the day before-- one of our worst travel days ever. The folks at America's Tire turned it all around. The manager made sure we were taken care of in every way, including giving us full credit for our Discount Tire replacement certificates. We were so impressed by the personal attention given to every customer, starting from a greeting and handshake the minute they walked in. Since we had our 4 small dogs with us, we also visited with a lot of nice Indio kids while we all waited. We highly recommend this store and thank them again for their great service!!!! read more

Everything about our flat tire went well thanks to these guys! We got a flat across the street and the man drove our car to the shop so we didn't reck the rims. They have really great pricing options and they go out of their way to explore your options for warranties and although they were busy timing was great. I walked in to make an appointment to purchase a new set of tires. Had to stand in a long line waiting for a rep at the counter to speak with. Waited about 20 minutes until I got to the front of the line. The next open rep allowed the cute young girl behind me to get serviced first. I walked out. Also, it seems the reps spend most of their time taking calls from potential customers, wanting quotes, etc, while they are supposed to be helping the customers who actually came into the store with cash in hand. The phone callers aren't spending any money, but the people standing in line have to wait until the callers are taken care of. That's why the wait is so long. No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere. PS. found the reps to be rather uncaring on prior visits; like they are doing you a favor by taking your business. This place is run like a hospital emergency ward with nobody caring about the people in the waiting area. There are many other tire shops in the Coachella Valley that would be glad to have my new tire business. Update: Went to Mountain View Tire Store in La Quinta. They took care of me without all the hubbub you have to deal with at America's Tire Store. Plus you can come back when you need a free spin balance and tire rotation without being subjected to the meat grinder process at America's Tire Store. Learned a lot in all this. I bought my tires here 1st time and had an oil change at the same time. The mechanis left lots of greases and dirts on my car without cleaning after installation , and it looks like that they did not change the oil and filter of my car neither! After couple weeks I wanted to check the status of my car just for peace of mind and found out that the oil level was very low and looks very dirty. I contact their service manager and he still hasn't call me back. I will contact their head quarter for further complains. read more

Although the ordering of tires/wheels that they don't have in stock is a challenge due to lousy shipping methods (probably not all this particular stores' fault) I will continue to go back to them for one big reason-- CUSTOMER SERVICE From the minute you walk in the door they are all about taking care of you and your car. Going too fast on the roundabout, hit the curb. Flat tire & bent rim. Then, donut blew out too! Needed a new tire and wheel, hard-to-find variety. Albert personally went to go lay his hands on one for me, quoting (& keeping his promise) an incredibly low price. Went to pick it up, was met by the manager, personally, at the door of the already very busy place. Sure enough, a beautiful tire & rim, at less than the junkyard price! The best tire store in the Valley! Everyone there is so professional and helpful! The prices are great and the waiting time is a very short time! I went in there in a bind at almost 6pm on a Friday with a tow truck after getting a flat and they were so helpful and took care of everything ....and based on their excellent service from that experience I went back in today for two tires...I didn't even call around went back to where I was treated well! Even thought there is a tire store across the street from where I live I chose to drive a little fartherl! They run that shop like a well oiled machine.....! read more

I bought low profile tires from them in June of 2010 and asked (at the time of purchase) what the air pressure should be at and every how many thousand miles should they be rotated. I was told they should be rotated every 5,000 miles. Since the time of purchase I've been taking them in every 4,000 miles. Now, two years later I'm told I have an "alignment" problem.I asked the serviceman how many more miles can I go with these tires and he replied "you can go a few thousand more after you get an alignment." I took my car to Ramona Tires the next day for an alignment & told them that America's Tires advised me to get an alignment because of the wear on the inner part of the rear tires. I took my car back to America's Tire 2 days after the alignment because I got a nail in one of the tires and now they tell me the 2 rear tires are completely bad & I need to replace them so they tried to get me to buy 2 new tires for $400 bucks. I told them why wouldn't they tell me this prior to me spending $80 for an alignment and I received complete silence from them while they all looked at eachother "dumbfounded." I told them to just fix the flat and put my tires back on so I can drive to Ramona's and get a quote from them because afterall "You Get What You Pay For." read more

Stopped in for a rotation and balance and the lobby was packed full as usual no matter what day or time you arrive. I waited in line to check on an Appt or how long the wait was. The wait was an hour and the next Appt was an hour and half later than when I arrived. The times didn't work for me so I decided to try another day when I had more time. As I walked back to my car in the parking lot the Manager Larry asked if the staff had gotten me taken care of. I said the wait was too long and the next Appt didn't work for me either so I would just come another time. He asked what I needed and I told him. He then said I can squeeze you in before an hour which worked perfect because I wanted to get my car washed before tire rotation. I said wow, really? He said of course and wrote my phone number and mileage on his hand and said he would put me I the system and be ready for me when I returned from the car wash. When I returned a technician immediately came outside to greet me because he was expecting me and said they would take my car right then. He told me Larry had already done all my paperwork. So all I had to do was wait 15-20 min and my car was done as promised. I'm so happy with the level of customer service. This place is the Nordstroms customer service of the Tire industry. I've been a loyal customer of this company for 7 years and will never go anywhere else. Every location I've been to has had good service, but this location was the best I've been to. On our way home from the river our trailer tire developed a bubble. We called to see if they had 4 tires, we were told yes. When we arrived 30 minutes later they sold 2 and only had 2 for us. Honest and efficient, I was really happy. I have been looking for tires for my Mustang for a couple of weeks, looking for the best combination of price and quality. One of the places I checked out was America's tire, but I wasn't happy with their low priced Chinese tire. Cyber Monday came and they had an extra $50 off if you bought any four tires. Great. i did an online reservation but the tires were out of stock. I got a call and they said they would order them. I did some searching and found their $176 tire advertised in their Colton store for $83. They match prices, even their own within the chain. They said no problem, come on in. I did and not only did they match the $83, but gave me the Cyber Monday $50 discount. No problem. Installation was real quick, they have an assembly line going on, not just one guy doing everything. I was in and out in in less than 30 minutes. Nice friendly people. Good product. Good prices. great service. read more

Love love loved this place and Jonathan! Just drove with a friend to Blythe, CA, a 265 mile drive. She took her Honda Odyssey to this tire joint in our area to get a tire replaced plus new brakes.... She spent a little under $400 total. Driving back on the 10 freeway, in BFE, the front tire blew.... When AAA showed up and examined the used tire that was put on her car the day prior and deemed safe to drive 500 + miles with 3 young children, we were in shock to see how bald the tire was.... The tow truck driver continued around the car and showed us how the other tires were also bald. After changing the tire, he was so worried about us he followed us the 27 miles we had to go (at 60 mph) to get a new tire.... If this could not have been any worse, we show up at America's tires where they tell us all four tires are DIFFERENT BRANDS AND SIZES!!! They, like the tow truck driver, told us how unsafe these tires were to be traveling on.... At this point they could have completely taken advantage of us but they didn't.... They worked their hardest to figure out a way for my friend to get tires that would safely get us home without breaking her bank account too much. She got a very fair deal on four brand new tires, installed and balanced and it was all done in 30 minutes at closing. I have always had luck with America's Tires and this just proved it again. read more
