Honest and efficient, I was really happy. I have been looking for tires for my Mustang for a couple of weeks, looking for the best combination of price and quality. One of the places I checked out was America's tire, but I wasn't happy with their low priced Chinese tire. Cyber Monday came and they had an extra $50 off if you bought any four tires. Great. i did an online reservation but the tires were out of stock. I got a call and they said they would order them. I did some searching and found their $176 tire advertised in their Colton store for $83. They match prices, even their own within the chain. They said no problem, come on in. I did and not only did they match the $83, but gave me the Cyber Monday $50 discount. No problem. Installation was real quick, they have an assembly line going on, not just one guy doing everything. Love love loved this place and Jonathan! Just drove with a friend to Blythe, CA, a 265 mile drive. She took her Honda Odyssey to this tire joint in our area to get a tire replaced plus new brakes.... She spent a little under $400 total. Driving back on the 10 freeway, in BFE, the front tire blew.... When AAA showed up and examined the used tire that was put on her car the day prior and deemed safe to drive 500 + miles with 3 young children, we were in shock to see how bald the tire was.... The tow truck driver continued around the car and showed us how the other tires were also bald. After changing the tire, he was so worried about us he followed us the 27 miles we had to go (at 60 mph) to get a new tire.... If this could not have been any worse, we show up at America's tires where they tell us all four tires are DIFFERENT BRANDS AND SIZES!!! They, like the tow truck driver, told us how unsafe these tires were to be traveling on.... At this point they could have completely taken advantage of us but they didn't.... They worked their hardest to figure out a way for my friend to get tires that would safely get us home without breaking her bank account too much. She got a very fair deal on four brand new tires, installed and balanced and it was all done in 30 minutes at closing. I always buy my tires here because they have great service! All the staff I've met with have been very kind and helpful. They do a great job. It's always better to have an appointment if you can but they so accept walk-ins. But if you don't want to wait very much I suggest you get an appointment because it can be very busy. But I don't go anywhere else for purchasing new tires, fixing a flat, and tire rotation. read more

I did a walk in at 5pm and ended up needing 4 new tires. Sergio was extremely friendly and helpful. This is an extremely busy shop and the phones are ringing off the hook, but everyone is working very hard. Definitely coming back here next time I need something done. read more

Sadly, this place has really gone downhill... i got a fair deal on all 4 new tires, but the service was horrible. They broke 3 out 4 air sensors, they didn't balance my tires correctly, i had to come back 2 weeks later to get the sensors replaced.. i drove off and noticed a flat tire so i had to go back again for a third time. They didnt put on the sensor correctly.. long story short, i dont think these young guys being hired here are doing a good job, or know what theyre even doing to be honest... i saw a few guys just standing around with blank faces, lost to the world... just saying. read more

I love America's Tires - have have all my tire service/purchases done at this chain for last ten years. This particular location, unfortunately the closest to me, has been doing my service the last three years. The service has gone from five stars to two stars. There seems to be no "one manager" to complain to. Appointment means nothing. Have had very long waits 2+ hours... Last trip they forgot to put back two of the valve covers on and I had to drive back after a long day of errands. Be sure and walk around your car before driving off. read more

I can't begin to explain how awesome this place is. I always buy my tires here and they always help me out when I'm short on cash. They are always willing to work with me and are always super friendly. They treat me with respect even tho I'm younger thank most of them lol. 1 year ago I got a flat on a bad road and I was flat broke and had no spare. I had no idea what I was going to do. I called everyone I knew. My last hope was to go back to America's tire and see if they could help me. I was kicking myself for not getting a warranty. So I go in and they gave me a price for a spare and I said I had no money and after talking to a manager he gave me the tire for free. Then they looked at my other tire and saw that it was showing tread and said they were concerned for my safety so they gave me another one for free! I was so thankful. They won my business and I am now a loyal customer and recommend everyone I know there. Just bought a new tire today from them! read more

America's Tire in Indio is well run, even though they are slammed all the time. They make sure that the customer is truly happy with their service. Larry , the manager is personable and professional in his dealings with the public. I feel that they are one of the more honest tire dealers around the valley. If you have a flat tire or need a balance they try and do it right away. I have bought all my tires there. read more

Worst service EVER. I made an appointment on like and when I arrived they all looked like I was an alien from another planet. They couldn't find the appointment ( I had the computer print out confirmation), they then just put me in line with everyone else with no consideration for my appointment. One and a half hours later I was serviced. Never again will I set foot in this place. read more

Is sad when a good business go down because lack of good customer service. I am a salesman myself and I know what it takes to be in the business customers are trusting and giving you their money for a service and they expect respect and good service, but American tires is nothing of that just because only the manager can handle in a good manner the issues it may come in the company so if you don't deal with him is going to be bad outcome not the assistance manager can handle because they don't have the skills to treat people. I was America tire company customer for 10 years more or less and give them a lot of business and recommend him with friends and family and They don't appreciate it so I go with my business somewhere else and most of the time is not about the money, but the way the act like is hard for them to look for a way to help you in a situation. this place became a joke , nobody cares about if you are happy or not with tires or service. My experience with them was disappointed after i been buying tires for my three cars the most expensive and reliable , now no more they didn't last at all and I took them back and they told me i need to replace all tires and spend $900.00 just because of one tire was more bold then the rest. watch out !! they want your money selling you tires at expensive price! That just means people know good business. They have always taken care of my tires and me as a customer. This place knows about Good Customer Service. If I could, I would not give this place any stars. The waiting time is ridiculous even if you have a scheduled appointment. A customer of America's Tire (Discount Tire in SD) for over 16 years, never had a problem with their service or products. My BMW has a run-flat tires (grrrrr) and as we all know run-flats are generally non-repairable and non-lasting :( In San Diego, one just goes to a Discount Tire and replaces a flat in about an hour. The situation is different in Desert Area :) - had a flat on Friday night on the way home, took all day Saturday on the phone to realize that not a single place has a run-flat tire (in any size) in stock and dealer's service closed for the weekend. Bad situation to be in, especially when one is with a kid. Drove to America's tire store, asked for help. Manager said there was no replacements in stock (I knew that), but offered to install a used tire so I could make it home safely. Did not even charge me for installation!!!
