To say that i am disappointed is an understatement. America's Tires was the place we all recommend here in Menifee. My own husband had all four of his tires replaced (at different times) under their warranty when there was various issues. In May 2023, I went into this location for new tires, and it was the experience that everyone raved about. The representative was honest about the tire I would actually need for the amount I drive, and did not try to up sale me. He was friendly, humors, and recommend a great place for an alignment. However, I guess since Menifee is no longer a small town, this America's Tire location has decided to be just another shady, take advantage of the customer tire shop. A few months back I could not keep a consistent tire pressure, and my car started to drive pretty rough. I went to America's for air fill ups, each time being told that my tires were good. "Maybe I just needed a balance". Since I was made to feel like there wasn't a rush, and I have a hectic life. I did not schedule an appointment until this past Monday, April 1st. Unfortunately, I was checked in by Menifee's locations Manager. This Manager at no time really listened to ANYTHING i said from checking in, to handling the issue. He refused to honor the warranty on my tires. However, after looking at the system, where I'm sure he saw that my tires aren't even a year old yet, and under mileage. The manager offered to replace the divers side tire because it was showing steel as a "one time deal", he said that multiple times. As for the other tire that also has wear, he would not discuss it, because he was giving me this "One Time Deal." I had to wait a full week for that replacement. And when I arrived at my appointment, I was charged for a warranty on the new tire. What good is a new warranty if America's Tires won't honor a warranty on all four tires? It was also very uncomfortable sitting in the waiting room while the Manager yelled across the room reprimanding an employee. Belittling this Employee for not talking to him first before handling a situation. The whole busy waiting room witnessed the Managers EXTREMELY unprofessional belittling because said Employee had handled a situation with another employee without letting the Manager micromanage . If America's Tire won't FULLY honor your warranty. It is condescending for the Manager to act like they're doing a favor by only replacing one tire... and then charge you to renew the warranty for that tire. It also needs to be noted, don't bother coming to the Menifee location voicing concerns with how rough your car has been diving, and asking why it cant keep consent pressure. They don't have time to do a proper inspection. read more

Learn from our mistake and don't come here, you'll be thankful in the end!!! They nickel and dime you and those warranties they sell you is just an up sell and not real value. When we got our tires installed, we thought the service was great, as other reviewers would also say. We got new set of tires for 3 different cars in the span of a year and a half or so. We even purchased the warranty they recommended and made sure we got our tire rotations regularly to not void the warranty. But when we came in for tire rotations, by the 2nd or 3rd rotation, they would tell us they weren't allowed to rotate our tires anymore since it was considered bald even though there was still plenty of tread left. We agreed with their recommendations the first several times trusting their advice. I even joked with my husband that "you better be ready to buy new tires if you're going in for a rotation". The final straw was when we came in yesterday to get a nail out of my almost brand new tires and they said that they can't do it because my tires too bald AGAIN!!! I have pictures, you tell me if my tires are too bald to repair. We paid extra for the warranty for fixes like this, the warranty that we paid extra for has not helped one but, literally a waste of money. You may have a great experience in the beginning when your giving them your money, not so great when it's their turn to hold up their bargain. You can learn this lesson for yourself OR you can go to a more trusted place. Back to Costco for us!!!! read more

Though the prices are competitive with other tire places like Costco or Sams, the quality of follow up services AFTER you buy your tires really sucks. Even after I made an appointment to get my tires rotated and showing up on time, I was told how busy they were and my wait time would take 2-3 hours! Yup. That's right. 2-3 hours wait time just to get my tires rotated. Lol! I ended up taking my car into my local mechanic to get my tires rotated. Thanks for nothing American Tires! They have a trailer here and they see me waiting since 8 o'clock because they open at 8 o'clock but didn't feel the need to tell me that I needed to move a different way so they can fill my tire up all these cars came in front of me. As I sat in the waiting room, it was amazing to see how friendly all the front counter guys were to all customers. Ok, in all fairness I need to write an updated review since my last experience trying to purchase tires on-line from the ATS website. The store did reach out to me and they made sure my tires were ordered and delivered to the store on the date we agreed upon. It was a pleasant experience to wait while they replaced all 4 tires at a decent price. I did purchase the warranty for all 4 tires as well. Moving forward to January 2018. The other night, due to all the new expansion projects at work, I got a flat tire. I made an appointment on line to repair the flat tire, which was good timing since I just received a reminder email from America's Tire, that it was time to rotate and balance the tires. I arrived for my appointment and was immediately greeted by "Trevor", who was professional and polite. He looked up my receipt and appointment request and issued my service invoice. I'm glad I purchased the tire warranty since it covered the flat repair and if the tire could not be repaired, it would be replaced. The tire puncture was repaired and all 4 tires rotated and balanced for free. I used to buy my tires from an ATS location in the Bay Area. My experience at this Menifee location has reaffirmed my position to purchase tires from them again for all of my vehicles. read more

Awesome 5 star experience from on time appointment / scheduling and minimizing wait time. My car had previously been to another shop 2 times to fix the issues with steering wheel / cabin vibrations to which that shop was unsuccessful in finding the culprit or cause to the issue. Came to these guys at Tire america and not did they only find the issue they were able to help find the cause and offer a remedy. Upon arriving I was greeted by Jacob at the Hemet location. I was disappointed as he explained the phone center did not place my order for my tires. Jacob quickly placed the order and called me once my tires were in, he made sure I left as a happy customer which makes me want to recommend them to friends and family and others who need these types of car services. Got new tires installed on my truck last week. Today I realized they didn't torque the lug nuts down on the front driver side wheel. Every nut was loose, I'm glad my wheel didn't fall. Then when I finally get my car back I noticed that they hit the front lip on my car what looks like multiple times in the parking space/curb when they were moving my car around. They filed a claim and said I would be called in a couple days and its been 5 days now and I have not heard anything back from them or their insurance yet!!!!!!!! so shady they could at least have acknowledge the fact that they hit it on accident instead of playing dumb - I know when they caused the damage you had to have heard the CRUNCH sound it made as they did it!!!! I purchased 4 tires in January of this year. The staff was extremely slow and the man at the register was rude acting as if we were wasting his time with our questions. Why is it always a love- hate relation with this particular branch? I got there around 10 am on a week day and was promised to be out by 12:00. (Yeah Right!) and with all the help they had(Several). I still did not get my car back until after 1:00. This senior citizen by me was mad because he had an appt and it still was to take about 2 1/2 hours. He left angry. Service always 5 star. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable, and the waiting area is cleaner than most restaurants. I took my car in for a tire inspection, wheel balance, and rotation which was all completed in less than an hour.
