I don't like going into tire places... nor any "man store" for that matter. But every time I go to this America's Tire, I feel comfortable and not like they are going to try and rip me off (which is a big fear of mine, having been ripped off before by "man stores"). Today, Damien helped me and he was so great. I neede 4 but was only going to replace 2 tires to save money, but Damien looked in his computer from last time I was there, and found that my last 2 tires didn't last as long as they should have. RUDE. My low tore pressure symbol came on as I got off on temecula parkway & I was little nervous driving around with it on as I've had a flat just a few weeks ago. I pulled into the tire pressure check area & waited for 10 minutes. Not one person came to help me, not one person acknowledged me there. How incredibly rude & bad customer service. I had multiple employees walk by my car & all of the guys in the garage saw me sitting there. Should I have honked my horn? Checked my tire pressure myself? This is seriously the best company. Whenever I have a problem with a tire, I always come here. The guys here at this location were great. They opened a few minutes early since there was a line outside. I had a low pressure light and they took care of my car in about 45 minutes. We were very happy with our experience here! I bought my tires at a different store but they did my rotation and balance for free, hassle free. They couldn't do the rotation on my friends car because of the condition of her tires so she had them replace the worst one and will replace them as she can. They were informative and helpful. OK peeps, this is probably the best review I've ever dished out here. Was there on Wed. April 2nd. Had a blow out on the freeway, came here for new tire with little cash (the night before we bought plane tickets for easter). So after buying the new tire, I was busted. The sales guy says I need a new spare, and he was right, it was old and brittle, but I had no money left for it. He comes back and says they have a used one, and he's giving it to me, and putting it on the spare rim for free. WTF, who does that?
