They are extremely honest.... I have been a customer here for some time. What does amaze me is how customer's do get mad when told the out the door cost. It seems people love cruising in a luxury car but can't afford the upkeep by putting on Walmart tires. I saw that customer today where the manager kept his integrity and wouldn't sell tires that wouldn't have been safe. He lost a sale but it was in the customer's best interest.... read more

Paid my $30 deposit and my tires never showed up after 1.5 weeks. Never experienced this And nobody could explain the status and when I could expect my tires...this is the 2cd bad experience with Americas tires shops. I decided to try them one more time and boy did I learn my lesson. Another tire shop will install tomorrow and cost $10 less. read more

Had to come in because my flat tire warning light thingy came on .... They did an air pressure check. Just had to leave a review - yes of course it was excellent service and they were extremely nice - very prompt too. But the five stars are from extremely CONSISTENT EXCELLENT service--- we have been going here for years - the guys behind the desk have changed but the quality hasn't. RUDE. My low tore pressure symbol came on as I got off on temecula parkway & I was little nervous driving around with it on as I've had a flat just a few weeks ago. I pulled into the tire pressure check area & waited for 10 minutes. Not one person came to help me, not one person acknowledged me there. How incredibly rude & bad customer service. I had multiple employees walk by my car & all of the guys in the garage saw me sitting there. Should I have honked my horn? Checked my tire pressure myself? If you guys don't want to check tire pressures at this location get rid of it then. read more

Saturday afternoon hit a pothole hard up Rancho California and limped the 550i to America's Tire on the OEM Dunlop 19" run flats that already were showing blistering and nicks after 15098 miles and were on my delete list especially given the bronco handling. AT's Robert Pedretti used his experience and specific car knowledge to steer me into a set of Michelin Pilot Super Sports (non-run-flat), confirming everything I had been reading on the m5board and bimmerforums about the advantages of this swap. Robert sourced the tires in nearby Oceanside, held onto my flying pig over the weekend, and had my car ready mid-day Monday. Super service! The price was exactly what I had seen at all the usual online suspects. Have only nine miles on 'em, but so far I am very pleased with this marriage of French rubber on German engineering. read more

I picked up three nails in my tire and they plugged and patched me up for free! They rotate my tires for free and check my air pressure whenever I'm in the area for free! I'm always so pleased after I visit. This time, I was looking for a used tire to replace a flat. In less than an hour, they had replaced the flat, as well as noticed there was a nail in the side of another tire & replaced that one too. At another store, I would've worried that it was just a ploy to charge me more, but the replacement of both tires ended up being less expensive than one used tire elsewhere. And they're so friendly. I stopped into America's Tire to get my tires rotated on my nearly new 4Runner. I was pleasantly surprised to get a free rotation! The advisor asked about a speed balance and when I said 'no thank you' there was not sales pressure, just an 'ok'. 5 stars for great service from a great company! I came in this afternoon to have a tire patched after recently running over a nail. Chris took great care of me, patched the tire, rotated and checked pressures in all tires and had me on my way in under 30 minutes. All of this at no cost to me, zero, zip, zilch, nada... No sales pressure or games either, this is how real business is conducted. I didn't spend any $$$ today but I know who's getting my business when it's time for new rubber! I came in here an hour before close with badly worn tires only to find out the tire I wanted was out of stock. Before I go further I want to recognize Steven as an exceptional person and truly valuable staff. Steven placed the order for me right then and there and promised they would be in by the morning. I was a bit skeptical for the fact that I came in so late in the day. The next morning Steven called me right at opening to inform me the delivery was still coming today but would be there later that afternoon around 5. Cool. He called me again at 130pm to let me know my tires came in and I could come by anytime. Everything said and done he got me out of there in under an hour. Thanks Americas tire. You guys rock!! I was totally surprised when Dan the manager told me since they didn't have any Yokohama's in stock for my car and he saw how bummed I was about not being able to get new tires, he upgraded me to some Perellis!!!! It was a great surprise since it was pouring rain. Dan and his crew are great. He saved me over 200.00 and service was quick. Highly recommend these guys. Totally redeemed themselves the other day when I had to have a slow leak fixed. Made an appointment and this time they got my truck right in. Gabriel came outside to meet me when I was pulling in. He checked out my tread and suggested rotating all the tires at the same time and switch the sides they were on for better wear on the tires. Told me it should take 30-45 minutes and had it done in 35! The guys were all hustling in the bay this time, didn't see anyone standing around or walking slow. These guys are super awesome! Super helpful! Brett met me once I walked in notice my pressure light came on, thought it was just pressure but Brett checked and I had a huge nail in the tire. I had no time to wait, set up an appt with Brett and he made sure I was ok by filling the tire up with some air as its a slow leak.
