We were here 2 years ago for fathers day brunch and the food and service was amazing. this restaurant was on top of our list of Indian restaurants We came happily and we were so excited to return to this place. No one greeted us. Lady just asked how many and if we have reservations? We were seated right away but we had yo wait. then we observed staff members actually fighting amongst themselves and we were seated for almost 15min. 4different servers were changed for us, there is no level of training or communication amongst themselves. Today service for horrible. We were given brunch menu and we were told there are no substitutions allowed for vegetarian people. They refused for any breads/ naan Until we heard some food items being served to guests that are not on menu When questioned- response for you have yo ask for the menu SO PEOPLE ASK FOR ALL MENU WHEN YOU VISIT THIS RESTAURANT Food quality- negative Chole bhature- chole were extremely salty, bhatura were cold, not fluffy and size of puri- when we complained, and requested better bhatura- definitely then it was better and looked they put in some effort this time. We asked for railway Anda curry with maska bun- before ordering i asked if it too tomatoey and tangy- he said no it is best- when we received- i tasted a bit of curry and it was very tangy-and the it was not maska bun- it was burnt pav bun. We ordered tandori tikka wrap- wrap was in frozen parantha- which was not heated properly- tandoori paneer was very dry I would not return to this place neither I am going to recommend anything.

That suited us as we were low on time and on our way to an event. Service was efficient and polite - a one man crew up front had everything easily under control. The atmosphere is spare and pretty basic, but that doesn't take away from the food experience. My mom's beef dish came out sizzling and spicy. She enjoyed it and the generous portions means she brought a lot home for an additional meal. BF had chicken tikka, which he also enjoyed. He's usually a lamb guy, but he finished his dish happily. I enjoyed my paneer - it had a good heat level and abundant fresh , whole spices and fresh ginger spears. It was not the more common creamy, mushy spinach, but a fresher version that I presume was more typically Pakistani. I had plenty for two meals. Our breads were good. My cheese bread tasted like cheese pizza and couldn't be terribly authentic, but hey - cheese and bread can't be wrong. Mom enjoyed a plain lassi. I did order a side of rice and was happy to have it with my dish, and while it was a generous portion, the price seemed a little high for a side. I would certainly eat at Peshawar again. Very good food with no bells and whistles.

The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was decorated nicely for Ramadan! We got the chicken biryani and butter chicken (two of our favorites when ordering Indian food). The butter chicken comes with white rice and garlic naan, which was to die for. We will be regulars!

A nice inviting restaurant. We were served immediately with great service…read more We ordered Samosa as appetizers which came with a mice selection of chutney. For the main course we ordered chicken tikka and chana masala with garlic naan. I order this combination at most Indian restraints. Indian food is my favorite food and I have been to all Indian restaurants in the greater metro area. The flavors are excellent. I would rate this as the top. The portions are large. We had enough left overs for another meal.

We entered and we were greeted right away by a very friendly woman. We sat at a table with lovely, rustic looking plates. The dining area was decorated nicely and the music was also very pleasant. I used the bathroom once and it was clean and everything was working. Our server brought us bottles of water and menus immediately. We ordered the puffed bread dish called chole bhature which came with a white raita sauce, a Chana chickpea mix and some sort of a pickled side as well. The bread and all the sauces were very tasty. We ordered two lamb curries and the lamb was tender and tasty and both curries were very good. Our server brought us gulab Jamun to try for dessert. Let me say, I'm not a dessert fan, but I loved it. I would order it next time. I can't forget to mention the service, which was fantastic throughout the meal. Thank you to our server who made the experience even better! I have already recommended this place to multiple people and will continue. Great experience. Thank you! We will be back!
