Such a hidden gem! Just went to this place for the first time today after a failed attempt at trying to do my own nails lol Was so thankful the woman who did my nails was so kind and attentive. Just wanted a basic manicure and really appreciated that she didn't try to pressure me into anything else. I was very specific on wanting a very pale pink but something still opaque and really appreciated the effort she made in trying to find the color that matched what I was looking for. My nails came out so good! Couldn't be happier! And looking around, they definitely seem to have lots of options as well like jelly-looking nails and magnetic design nails so if that's what you're looking for too, I'd definitely give this place a try! I've never had a pedicure before. My nails are REALLY small & when I get anxious I pick at them really really bad. I've been doing better for months now to the point where my nails were able to grow - it may be a lot of growth for me, but I know they're still really short. I went in and I let them know that I've always wanted French tip. I didn't think it was possible because of the size of my nails. They said they could make it happen & they did! This felt different because I didn't feel like they were just doing it to do it & make some money off of it. They actually cared about my nail health. Trina started on my nails, preparing them & making sure I was comfortable. Then Tiffany came in and did the acrylic and massage. I didn't realize that there was a new customer discount till I came on yelp, so hopefully that will be honored next time I go in. Love my regular pedicures at Amore (previously Melange). Scrub, massage, and paraffin is an amazing part of the pedicure. I've been coming to this location for many years and never had a bad experience ever! Julie is my fav, but all of them here are great. The atmosphere is wonderful and I love that it doesn't have the strong chemical smell that other salons have. The nail art is awesome...I'm just not comfortable posting a pic of my feet. read more
