I have located the local franchise owner and I am sad that my only recourse now is to file a smalls claims case and also file a complaint with the BBB and the State of California for financial fraud. They cannot extract money from my financial institution and then refuse to provide service nor a refund I am guessing this is finial punishment for my review on Yelp.
