After a shampoo she led me to her station. Prior to actually cutting my hair she held up my hair in front and exposed how much she thought I wanted cut. Perfect. I've yet to have a stylist so focused on her craft, using gentle, precise cuts. After she was done cutting she asked if I wanted any product on my hair. I specifically explained the hair color I wanted and provided clear instructions, but my stylist, Shana, did not seem to listen to my concerns or desired outcome. The final color was noticeably different from what I requested, and I felt that my expectations were not taken into consideration throughout the appointment. Good communication is essential when providing hair color services. I hope the salon takes customer feedback seriously and works on ensuring their future client requests are fully understood before proceeding with services. I invested both time and money expecting a result that reflected what we discussed, but I left feeling unheard, dissatisfied, unhappy with the outcome of the result. When I tried to contact her, to let her know the color is silver instead of blonde she did not show any kind of concern or sympathy, and did not offer me a refund or any solution to fix the problem. Instead, she threatened me with the surveillance camera saying that I was fine with the results which is untrue. In order to cover up her mistake, she took me outside to show my hair in the sunlight since the sun was very bright and the sunlight gave the illusion to my hair looking brighter than it actually was, because indoors my hair was grainy silver and not blonde at all.
