Very good communication and was able to schedule something same day to diagnose the noise coming from my washing machine. The technician was prompt and straightforward about what the problem was and didn't try upselling a repair. Unfortunately, the nature of the problem would necessitate an expensive repair due to the cost of the parts and we elected to replace in the future. Not their fault They did what they could and charged me 55.00 dollars and said they would apply that to cost for revisit. After I got the power back on( finally.. thanks SCE) Kevin the technician came back and resolved it and didn't charge me extra.
