    Bait and switch con artists. Like most repair companies, they state they have a $79.00 diagnostic…read morefee. The guy fiddles with the washer and says it's a plumbing issue and he can't fix it. He hands me an invoice for $158! He says he inspected and diagnosed. Hell to the "no!" How many elderly, disabled, non-native ESL and gullible people does this company overcharge on a daily basis. This is intentional fraud and I will be reporting this to relevant authorities. They have some pleased customers but make sure you read the various low ratings for yourself. The owner of never accepts responsibility and the customer is always wrong. Here, I have my housekeeper as a witness and a receipt that charges $158, which is then crossed out and entered as $79. Update: the company owner is quite honest and nice. He called and apologized. He did that the employee worked for the company only 5 days and never should have done that and he would be disciplined. He refunded my $79 as means of apology. I believed him and that it was a rogue new employee and not the company. So now 5 stars

A fair price for good work and honest explanation of what was wrong and how to fix it. Mihran answered the phone last night at 10 pm and set up the appointment for today. When your refrigerator is dying and your food is about to spoil and the frozen food is defrosting, time matters. Thank you Mihran for the good work and Good Service.

    Where do I begin? This company was called out to our house by a home insurance company because our…read morerefrigerator was not cooling in September 2022. Repair person wrote down model number and ordered parts. Repair person came back in late October or early November 2022 to fix the broken part. A few weeks later before Thanksgiving I noticed the refrigerator and freezer were not as cold as they should have been. Insurance company sent out a different company and the guy said the first company should have did a dye test to see if there was a leak, because more than likely that was the issue. The first company came back in late November to access the problem. Said they needed to order more parts to fix the issue. Six weeks later WE have to call the repair company and said waiting for insurance company to order another part. A week or two later no response so we call insurance company and they said it shows parts were ordered WEEKS ago and they were delivered to repair company. Repair company claims they never received parts. After continuous calls to the insurance company complaining about NOT HAVING A REFRIGERATOR for TWO MONTHS and having our food go back twice. Insurance company finally deems our refrigerator non-repairable. We also have a 2 year old. How the funk are you supposed to function for 3 out of 4 months without a refrigerator?!?!? Coincidentally after our demands with the insurance company, the repair company starts calling leaving voicemails saying they received the part and want to set an appointment. We don't answer their calls since they never called us back like they promised they would. Then we get a text from them confirming our appointment for the following day. They never showed up for the "appointment" that "we scheduled" with them. They then show up unannounced the following day stating that they received the part and can make the repair. My wife politely said no thanks, it's already been handled by the insurance company. The guy kept asking if we got the refrigerator repaired and then takes a picture of our house before he leaves with his tail between his legs. DO NOT use this horrible company. The reviews on here are evident that they do not know how to run a company. They need to get a clue on how to communicate with their customers.
