Well haven't been here in many years but disappointed. Used to be a rockstar. Now very greasy and simple. Although pizza crust had good flavor.

Pizzeria Tra Vigne in St. Helena is the kind of neighborhood gem that keeps drawing you back--and in our case, it has. I've visited a couple of times with my family, and each visit reinforces why this spot is so beloved. The atmosphere is effortlessly inviting, especially the relaxing outdoor seating, which feels perfectly suited to the easy pace of Napa Valley. It's casual, comfortable, and ideal for lingering over a good meal with people you enjoy. The food consistently delivers. Their calamari is a favorite--crispy, well-seasoned, and reliably delicious--and the pizza never disappoints, with a satisfying balance of fresh toppings and a perfectly cooked crust. Everything tastes fresh, comforting, and simply yummy in the best way. Service deserves special mention: the employees are friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the experience feel warm and unrushed every time. Pizzeria Tra Vigne strikes a wonderful balance between quality food and relaxed dining, making it a place we're always happy to return to.

Pizzeria Tra Vigne never disappoints with their excellent, flavorful food, outstanding customer service, and comfortable ambiance. Today I came in for my favorite pizza on the west coast; the Ducati. I also wanted to try the Funghi pizza, so my host said I can do half and half, which I loved. The pizza here is cooked perfectly every time. A delicious crust that holds well when eaten by hand. The Ducati comes with fresh capicola, sausage, mushrooms, and it is my favorite pizza in California. The Funghi pizza has three different types of mushrooms, truffle oil, and Fontina cheese that makes this one of my new favorites. I also had the Wood Oven Brick Chicken plate, which comes with Roasted Chicken, Garlic Pepperonata, and roasted broccoli. The chicken has a delicious char on it while complimented by the garlic pepperonata and broccoli. Did I mention the creamy crispy polenta that accompanies the dish? This was a 10/10 for me. Then I finished with Tiramisu, that comes with a chocolate spoon! This is fine dining, casually. I enjoy coming here, I always feel welcomed and the food is always on point. I'll be back soon!

Had dinner here after day full of wineries with a group of about 12 friends, and it didn't disappoint! The venue has a nice big parking lot outside and spaces for several sized parties inside the restaurant. Lighting is warm and background noise does exist, but it added a homey feel to shared meal. Within my group, my boyfriend and I ordered: - Truffle Fries: This was delicious and wasn't salty. Great for sharing! - Ducati Pizza (small): The spicy Italian sausage and sun-dried tomatoes were the stars of this! It came out fresh and was full of flavor. Staff were nice and did their best to accommodate and swiftly serve our large group. We really appreciate it since dinner time was busy!

It's very rare that I go for pizza that's not a typical franchise pizza eatery so Pizzeria Tra Vigne was a treat. At a drive about an hour away in the rain didn't stop me because I wanted to take my mom and stepdad out to dinner since they always decline my invitations. Upon walking in there was a cozy vibe that was welcoming after coming in from the weather outside. After being seated the hostess offered a more spacious area that was definitely warmer than the table close to the door. Teresa was our server who was fast and friendly and couldn't been more pleased. A smile and always accommodating made our dining experience a pleasure. My parents said they never had pizza like this but were very happy with Pizzeria Tra Vigne. This is definitely a great restaurant and near some of our favorite wine tasting spots.

I was surprised to find Pizzeria Tra Vigne so packed between lunch & dinner. We were quoted 20 minutes for a table, briefly stepped outside to retrieve an item from the car, & were then seated immediately by a different hostess when we re-entered the restaurant. Disorderly service, & it was obvious our server's attention was stretched quite thin. We shared a Chopped Salad ($15.95) which was nothing to write home about; a delicious al dente Rigatoni Bolognese ($19.50); & a disappointing New Yorker pizza ($27.50 for the larger size.) Its soggy crust & tasteless pepperoni made me question why so many tables had a pie as part of their meal. Perhaps I'm missing something, but I would not recommend Pizzeria Tra Vigne for their pizza based on my single visit.

Stopped by for lunch and a drink on a Saturday. Sat outside under their new umbrellas. It's great that they got a lot more so that most customers can be shielded from the sun. We got the fried chicken caprese sandwich. It was delicious. They came with a good amount of perfectly crispy fries. We each had a drink from the bar. Our servers were good and drinks came out pretty quickly followed by our sandwiches about 10 minutes later. I'd recommend trying Pizzeria Travigne. Happy hours are great too.

The food was excellent, very fresh and well seasoned. The service was okay, once a big party arrived, the service to smaller tables were more limited. The ambiance was alright for lunch, it's likely very nice for a date night

The large pizza is very big and filling. We got the Ducati pizza and the Spinach Arancini and both were great. I don't like spicy and was concerned about the spice level of the pizza and it wasn't spicy at all. The food came out pretty fast as well. The service was decent, we went on a Monday afternoon and they did their job and nothing more. The restaurant was mostly empty and the noise level was moderate. The seats are spacious and can accommodate large parties. They do have TVs playing sports games.

This restaurant is located among Brasswood's other businesses: winery, bakery cafe, and some retail store (that I didn't check out). there's a large inside dining room with interesting decor, and there's an outside seating area in the back as well, which overlooks the courtyard in the middle of all the business (which has a nice water fountain thing in the middle). the middle of courtyard looks like it's set up for weddings. I opted to sit outside since it was a nice day as did most of their other customers at the time. Our server was polite and professional. - fresh mozzarella with toasted bread: I don't know why this isn't listed on the menu since it's the biggest reason to come here. Fresh pulled mozzarella that they cut up tableside and serve on some freshly charred and toasted bread. It's not just nice, fresh mozzarella; they season it properly along with a drizzle of olive oil. So good. - heirloom tomatoes with balsamic vinegar: this is also not on the menu, but it's probably seasonal and based on the availability of good quality tomatoes. delicious. a perfect complement to the mozzarella, really. is it pricey at $12 for a few pieces of tomato? yes, but I'd do it again. - Short Rib Sugo (slow-cooked short ribs, carrot, & onion sofrito, mushrooms, cabernet sauvignon, parmesan, house-made pappardelle pasta): this was a solid dish. basically, what you'd expect. nice and rich. I think they used a touch too much rosemary when seasoning this dish, but not enough to ruin it. - Duck Bolognese (sonoma duck, classic mirepoix & red wine, pecorino romano, house-made pappardelle pasta): this was also delightful. it ate similar to the short rib sugo in that it was this rich, delicious pasta dish. I found this one more to my liking compared to the short rib sugo, but I think they're both fine dishes. - The Brasswood Burger (meat, cheddar cheese, & ketchup only): this was a variation of their standard burger that was ordered for a kid. I had a few bites of it. while the bun was just plain great, the patty itself was dry & overcooked. they didn't ask for the doneness of the meat when we ordered, and perhaps, they just hammered the thing since it was being served to a kid. - French Fries: these were served with the burger. they were very nice. thin and crispy. good fries! - Chocolate Mousse Cake (cranberry sauce, chantilly cream, amaretti cookie): this was very chocolately. almost too chocolatey, but the cranberry sauce and chantilly cream played a nice foil to the richness of the chocolate. I wasn't sure if I'd like the chocolate & cranberry combination, but it worked nicely. A good dessert for chocolate lovers.

The food was excellent--the mozzarella, heirloom tomatoes, ahi salad, and pizza were all delicious. Unfortunately, our server took our order and then essentially disappeared for the rest of the evening. Our plates and silverware were cleared but never replaced. We asked for more and waited so long that we eventually took silverware from the table next to us. We asked for the check twice and told someone we had lost our server. Meanwhile, we couldn't even order a glass of wine or dessert. When our server finally returned, she explained that she had a friend in a wheelchair and had needed to help transfer her. I understand wanting to help a friend, but leaving an entire table without service for essentially the entire meal--with no communication or backup--was unacceptable. Credit to the chef for the fantastic food and to the busboy who kept our water glasses full. But great food can only go so far when you're literally ignored all night. We won't be returning. It's a shame because the food deserves much better service.
